Lovely private fenced backyard. We have a full size table that seats 6 on the pool deck. In addition, there is a 3 person adult swing to relax while the kids enjoy the pool. Additionally, we have a box of toys for kids to enjoy while they are at the house. One High Chair and a sleep and play will provide comfort for your little one. Our Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, and beach cart will allow you to carry less stuff when you stay with us. *The beach, via Singleton Beach Road, is approximately a 3 minute bike ride over a beautiful expansive salt marsh with wild birds and crabs. Crabbing permitted at the small bridge. If crabbing is not for you, enjoy watching wild life on your way to the beach. Beach access is also available at the town's 70-acre Chaplin Park which is just a block away and offers the following amenities: basketball court, beach access, dog park, multipurpose field, outdoor showers, picnic pavilion, playground, restrooms, tennis court, biking and walking trails. * Parking limited to 4 Cars *** This enclave of homes offers golf cart shuttle service to and from the beach.
