I stayed when it was cold in New Orleans so problems with the property may have been easier to notice. The insulation of the building was pretty poor, so it was cold and drafty. In addition, one of the toilets didn’t flush properly and would backfill the tub next to it. That made things a bit uncomfortable and made one bathroom pretty unusable. Additionally, there are some cracks and signs of structural issues with the building. Finally, the parking system works okay, but the gate is very heavy and stiff. Overall, it could be a good place, but there are some underlying problems that need to be fixed.

The house was perfect for my bachelorette party. It fit my group of six with plenty of space, everything was clean and in good condition, and the location couldn’t have been better. Check in and check out were easy and the host was courteous and responsive.

Stayed with 9 total people for a Bachelor Party. Someone did end up sleeping on the couch since there were 8 beds on the property (though some of the beds were full-size so they could be shared). The host had the house clean, organized, and prepared for our check-in. Towels and toiletries were available for our use, and the beds were prepared with pillow, sheets, and blankets. The property also was equipped with kitchenware, trash bags, a laundry hamper, and plenty of electrical outlets. This property is a big townhouse with all of the amenities you would need for a short stay. Since there were only 2 showers in the property, there were some moments of waiting for a shower to be available, but not a deal breaker at all. It took less than 10 minutes to walk to Bourbon Street from the property. Plus, there were convenience stores and gas stations very close by.

This place was perfect for our group of 10. Mike was quick to answer any questions and so friendly and helpful!! Perfect walking distance close to all the action in NOLA but far enough away from the noise to get good night rest.

I stayed for a girls trip with a group of 6 of us. The rate was amazing for the value we got. All of us agreed it was the perfect most easy getaway largely in part because we got such an affordable, clean, spacious, and culturally rich place to stay on vacation. We also were able to easily walk to all of our destinations.

I rented this for my buddies bachelor party/jazz fest and it was perfect for our group. It was walking distance to the French Quarter or Frenchmen st. It was also easily accessible for ubering to jazz fest. I would say adding some extra towels or linens could be helpful next time around. Had all the essentials though.

This property is walking distance to the French quarter and a great location for a weekend stay. This house worked great for the 7 of us on a bachelor weekend trip. The house was well supplied with shampoo, soap & conditioner which we greatly appreciated and there were plenty of trash bags & bins which made it easy for us to keep the place tidy. There are three bedrooms with 2-3 beds each. if bedroom privacy is of concern for all guests, then I wouldn’t recommend this place, but otherwise perfect for a fun trip for friends & family who don’t mind sharing rooms.

Had an amazing stay in New Orleans during Mardi Gras. Owner was very responsive to one small issue we had with the lock and addressed it immediately. Home was clean and comfortable and had easy access to all the Mardi Gras activities. The owner even gave us some recommendations which were great. Thank you!

We had a group of 7 guys for the 2nd weekend of Jazz Fest 2022 and we had an amazing time. We love the back patio for post Fest relaxing before we went back out for the nightly activities. We loved the location with easy walking access to the French Quarter and Frenchman Street. We also loved being close to Esplanade Avenue for biking and walking back and forth to the Jazz Fest fairgrounds. Our Property Manager Mike was a pleasure to work with. His communication and walkthrough made our experience an easy one.

If you are traveling with a big group and plan to spend most of the time outside of the home. This is a great option for you. It’s a big home and virtually all beds, not much “living space” but you are in NOLA so what do you need that for? Would definitely stay here again.

If you’re having a bachelorette/bachelor party this is THE BEST PLACE. We loved the layout and the house is walking distance to bourbon street. We had to contact the owner once because we kept blowing fuses and he was prompt and super helpful. House was spacious, clean, great location! Would stay here again!

This was a great townhouse located just 3 short blocks from Bourbon Street, and a reasonable walk/Uber to Frenchman Street or the Casino. The house comfortably fit 10 guys for our bachelor party, and met all our needs! Mike was superb to work with and was very responsive to all our messages. This townhouse definitely helped make this trip memorable for our group of friends!

This place was a perfect place for my bachelorette! Walking distance from nearly everywhere we went, meaning saving on ride shares. We comfortably fit 11 and the living room was extremely nice for hanging out in. Mike was also very nice and communicative throughout the entire weekend and coming up to it!

We stay here for my bachelor party and the manager Mike was great to work with. The place was clean, communication was fantastic, and you really can't beat the location. The area was nice, just a 5 minute walk to Bourbon and about 10 min walk to Jackson Square. You are close enough to be in the action, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. I would definitely stay here again!
