The home was perfect size and location fir our family vacation. Loved being right on the beach/water.

Had a great time. The house is in a perfect location, close to everything and the natural beauty is breathtaking. The pictures honestly do not do it justice. We had a large family group ranging in age from 2 months to 82. This property had everything we needed and more. Our 2 year old grandson enjoyed the sand toys, we all enjoyed the paddle boat and just relaxing by the lake. The apartment over the garage made a great place for the younger folks and late night board games. Rented boats at the pier to go to Emerald Cove too which was a lot of fun. The entire group thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we definitely would return.

Lovely, spacious, beachfront home right on Lake Tahoe with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. Amazing California sunsets. First floor bedrooms each had private access to the beach. Outdoor dining table for al fresco meals. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the cool nights.

This house has an incredible view of the lake from almost every room. Our family enjoyed the use of the big kitchen, balcony, hot tub, and sitting on the beach in front of the house. The house was very clean and the owner is incredibly nice. Anyone who stays here will not be disappointed!

You get a wonderful location with outstanding views with this home. Very easy to work with the owners. It is very cozy and with a relaxed feel. Would love to have a king bed or two! Very reasonable price for the view. You do have many people walking up and down the beachfront since you are so close to marina, but overall I would rent again!

The view from this property was just incredible! We had an issue with turning on the TV and the host came by to fix it immediately. We had a wonderful time with my family.

I celebrated my 50th with 4 of my best friends couples at this awesome home in South Lake Tahoe. The home is spacious and provides all the amenities and supplies you might need. The home is not updated in terms of decor, but it is clean, and comfortable and all of us really enjoyed our visit! We loved being so close to the casinos and restaurants too, and the views of the lake cant be beat! I brought in a private chef Sunday evening to top off the weekend and we really enjoyed the 3 days very much and wished it wasn't coming to an end. Thank you to the owners for an awesome time in Tahoe!

Our family, all adults, had a wonderful, relaxing stay during the Thanksgiving holiday week. The kitchen is fully stocked meeting all needs. The property is quiet and peaceful with magnificent views. The house layout is perfect for private bedrooms and a large cozy living/dining area to come together. We would love to return. Big Thanks to the owners!!

We stayed in this home for the 2nd time and absolutely love the home location and community. The property is private, has plenty of grass and sand to play on and is right next to a rental for water toys, however just heads up— the home is not modernly updated. Kitchen was equipped with everything you need to cook and eat. The owner Vicky was great to work with, she personally called me to notify that check-in for the home was an hour earlier then anticipated. I was able to text her with super quick responses. Suggestions for the owner- - new/more pillows in the rooms (the two in the master were completely flat) - more towels - provide some beach towels - living room carpet looks like it needs to be replaced - we couldn’t get the AC to work in the master or living room, could be a user error but seemed like a basic thermostat so not sure why it wasn’t working. Overal, this home is great for large retreats and RR. Would highly recommend.

Perfect place for a Covid safe vacation. We loved the private beach and walk thru the meadow and to the Marina. We had a wonderful experience!

We had high expectations for our stay, but everything was better than we could imagine. Perfect location on the lake. Roomy comfortable house With all of the conveniences. Kids loved going in the lake , in fact they spent all day everyday playing in the sand and water. Front yard with grass and trees was perfect for hanging out playing games

Every facet of this home is well thought out, and flawlessly delivered. The amenities are exactly as promised. The private beach provided COVID-19 protection. We could not have been more pleased! The indoor dining table accommodated 16 - and the plates & utensils more than served that number. Even better, outside dining on the shaded lawn offered cool summer breezes and a wonderful alternative for the indoor venue. The kitchen is well equipped for grand dining ventures. I enjoyed daily meadow walks and was sorry the kids did not have their bikes. We rented a power boat one day and a party pontoon on another and we overjoyed that we could load people and supplies from the private pier located within 50 yards of the house. I would happily repeat this experience!

Great property and great location. But... The owner claims on their contract that they "almost always refund 100% of the deposit", but that is not true in my case. We were told that we have to remove the sand from the tub with no instructions and tools to do so despite paying a large cleaning fee and also cleaning the unit thoroughly prior to our departure. We were also blamed for breaking a chair which we put aside when we walked in since it was clearly broken before we arrived! Otherwise, highly recommended.

Worth the price of admission. Communication with owner was timely and they even came out to re-light the pilot light for one of the gas furnaces. Highly recommend. Pro-tip - if you're staying for more than a few days and have more than 10 guests, bring an extra roll or two of paper towels.

The house was the perfect size for a big group, fully equipped, stunning views and great location to access Heavenly, we would definitely come back to this property!

Beautiful house right on the shore of the lake. Well appointed kitchen with plenty of seating to feed a large group. Hot tub was great for an apres-ski soak. You can walk to nearby restaurants or even Heavenly Village (less than a mile away) great quiet location. Would be perfect in summer too. Would highly recommend!
