We came to Gatlinburg for my daughter’s 17th birthday. She chose to go to Dollywood and Titanic.

Quaint property high in the mountains. Excellent value.

Wonderful locationand beautiful scenery.

My friends and I stayed here for our trip to Dollywood. The location was great. It's close to Pigeon Forge and Galtinburg. The beds were very comfortable, and it was in a quiet area. We loved the drive up and down the mountain. The views were beautiful. We saw a bear our first morning as we drove down the mountain.

We enjoyed our stay, but with little ones is was a challenge not having that third bedroom closed off, (loft area is open into the livingroom). TV network sucked. Couldn’t have phones connected to Wi-Fi or TV didn’t work. Other then that we were happy with our stay. Kitchen has lots of pots for cooking and most needed utensils.

Very nice location. We see a bear right outside our window pool is nice and clean. Perfect amount of space for all. It did rain for a full day while there so it took sometime getting back up the mountain due to road closers.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for 4. Everything was clean. It’s situated perfectly between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The drive up the mountain is a tight twisty road but any place you stay up on the mountain is going to be this way. Can’t emphasize enough though, this is on the top level with no elevator. If you are unable to climb stairs this condo is not for you. Other than that we found it to be a pleasant stay.

Nothing fancy here but it suited our needs for a long weekend getaway.

Pretty basic condo. Nothing too fancy but we also didn't need anything fancy ...just a place to stay. About 15 minutes up a windy road from the main strip. Lots of restaurants and things to do within a 15 minute drive including the national park. There was a pool, but it was closed for the season when we were there. Was easy to check in. We couldn't get the TV to work, but we also didn't stay at the condo too much between all our activities.

This condo was a great space for our family. The kids were thrilled with the loft and spiral staircase and our teenager loved having her separate room from us. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean.
I am have a horrible fear of heights so the ride up to the condo was terrifying but once we got there finally, the space and views were great. We just had to door dash pizza because I did not want to drive that road just for supper lol.
Side note- It is a three flight walk up with no elevator, so be prepared.

We had a great time at this condo. We had my mother in law who is 70 and our kids that are 14 and 11. There was plenty of room for our crew. All the beds were super comfortable. The beds are a little small for two people if you are used to a King size but were fine. It was very clean and decorated cute. Everything thing we needed was supplied. We went to ski at Ober and you are about 10 minutes from there. You are also about 10 minutes from downtown. The road to get to condo was very curvy and quite steep. I wouldn’t want to drive it in the snow but if the weather cooperates it’s not a bad drive and is beautiful on the mountain. If we ever come back we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Check in was super easy. Thanks for a great stay.

Enjoyed our stay. Space for 4 adults, 2 kids, & a toddler. Easy to get to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge from condo. Only complaint was the rude downstairs neighbor.

Location was great. Owner was great at communicating when I clearly didn’t read important info (hahahahaha). Condo was pleasantly supplied with amenities as well. It served our needs, as we weren’t there very long. We would return.

Our stay was amazing. The weather was great. Daniel was amazing and took care of a few things when we got there and was willing to help. The drive to the condo was beautiful and the roads where pretty steep but no different than other places I have stayed. I’ve been on worst roads in the mountains. The steps were a little hard for my 87 yr old Mom to tackle but she made it. The view was beautiful. The rooms were clean and comfy. It was just what we needed for a mini vacation with family. I highly recommend staying at this condo. I will be back. Thanks Daniel for everything.

Wish I had known it was on third floor. Nice unit but my wife has trouble with stairs so was a little cumbersome but overall great stay

Perfect little place to stay while visiting the smokies! Our room was on the top floor (3rd floor), no elevators but that doesn’t matter. Had a beautiful vaulted ceiling with a skylight that has a peaceful sound when it rains outside. Highly recommend, for the price especially

One of the guests had reaction to something you clean the sheets with so for future I would use free and clear. There was also cheetos under the bed in guest bed room. Other than that great stay. Thank you

Being my first time using VRBO you're always worried about what you're walking into but we were all glad and satisfied what we had.

Perfect for our family!
The condo was exactly as described, and perfect for our family of 5. As previous reviews stated, the drive up the mountain made me a little nervous, but the location and views were amazing. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The hot water heater may have been the champion of the trip! We all showered immediately after swimming every day and it had enough hot water for five consecutive showers. The condo is also right next to the pool, which our kids absolutely loved! The kitchen had all the essentials and we cooked every day in the condo. One thing to know about the condo is that the loft sleeping area is not separated from the main living area. There is a really old set of blinds that are supposed to create some separation, but they really don’t. If kids are sleeping up in the loft, it’s almost impossible to hang out in the living room. This didn’t really impact our stay, but I could see it being an issue for others.
The location provided easy access to the park, and we hiked every day. Our kids really enjoyed hiking to see waterfalls! The hidden gem of our trip was the hike to Spruce Flats Falls from the Great Smoky Mountains Institute at Tremont. I highly recommend downloading the All Trails app to read reviews and plan your hikes ahead of time. Overall, it was an amazing vacation and we’d definitely stay here again.

Nice Mountain View
Perfect for 2 adults a teen and 3 preteens
Loved the pool and 2 hot tubs
It’s a drive up to the condo but the Mountain View’s are well worth the drive

Clean and affordable. Owner and housekeeping were very responsive.

Good things: View, 2 hot tubs plus pool, comfortable beds, spacious, 2 bathrooms a big plus
Not so good: the drive from town to the condo - crazy narrow roads, switchbacks, 40% inclines and 0 shoulder with some 25 ft dropoffs on the edge.
Fixes needed - this condo would be a lot better with a little TLC - fix many of the smaller broken items - door latch, coffee maker, fridge door hard to shut. Consider getting more silverware.
The Smoky Mtns were awesome and the hiking incredible.
Use River Rd and/or the Bypass Rd to avoid all of the craziness of Main St in Gatlinburg.

We were happy with most aspects of our stay. The condo was well stocked with necessities and felt spacious.
A primary concern was that the door reinforcement that helps prevent break-ins was broken and not functional. Some minor issues that didn't affect our enjoyment of the condo, but are points to consider updating: doors to the balcony do not open easily, main living room light flickered, the shower by the stairs had poor water pressure so we all shared the one in the master bedroom. The dishwasher was also full of dishes from the previous residents. It would have been nice not to have to put away someone else's dishes in order to load our dirty dishes.
These are only some of the negatives. There were many more positives and overall we enjoyed our stay!

We loved the condo, but it is a little dated, and the view was nice from outside our condo, the view from our room wasn’t great, I would like to have the view from the condos across the parking lot. All of our mountain pics have the other condos in them. But all in all it was a great first time experience for our boys first time staying up in the mountains, our last stay was on the strip at Pigeon Forge. The drive is steep and narrow, as is to be expected with going up a mountain, but is was not a problem for my husband.

Loved the location and had plenty of room in our condo to spread out and relax. Wished we could have stayed longer but there's next year,

To begin, about a week or so before our trip we received an email from the owners with info about check-in/out, door codes, location, etc. That all went very smoothly.
The drive up the mountain to the condo is very long, steep, with very sharp curves. The view once you get to the top is great, but if you’re from somewhere flat, that road is very intimidating (especially at night). And don’t expect to be able to get anywhere fast from there.
As far as the condo itself:
The GOOD:
- There is plenty of bedding and an adequate amount of towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc provided.
- There are full shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in both bathrooms.
- The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, eating utensils, cooking utensils, etc. There is a regular coffee pot AND a small keurig.
- The condo was pretty clean.
- The view from the balcony was pretty.
- The central A/C and heat work well.
The BAD:
- The condo sleeps six, but there is really only enough comfortable seating in the living room for 4. Any others have to sit on hard dining chairs or bar stools while socializing or watching tv.
- There is a tv in the living room and guest room, but not in the main bedroom or the loft.
- The beds are very firm in the two bedrooms. All four adults on our trip slept horribly each night.
- There is NO storage in the guest room. It’s a tiny room with no closets available (the one in there is padlocked for the owner of the condo), no dressers, and the nightstands don’t even have drawers.
- The loft is cute for kids, but there is a skylight angled to point right down onto the beds, and the curtain blinds provided to block that are broken and can’t be pulled shut. My son was woken very early each morning due to this.
- There were many broken things: ceiling fan and light in living room didn’t work, the door from living room to balcony is very difficult to open and close/lock, the fire alarm in the living room was missing, the fridge door was hard to shut and you’ll end up with spoiled food/drink if you don’t push it hard and double check each time.
- This is a third floor condo with no elevator. That’s a hefty walk up with heavy luggage.
- The “fireplace” is literally just for looks. You plug it in, the “logs” glow, and it emits no heat at all.
Overall, it was adequate for our stay this time, but if/when we return to the area we will rent elsewhere.
