Elegance and comfort is immediately felt throughout the home. A chef's kitchen, fully stocked butler's pantry, and granite throughout. Grand Master suite with spectacular views. A steam shower and air tub in master bath. Granite in all bathrooms. Onyx in main level powder room. Master suite and 3 spacious bedrooms are located on 2nd floor along with an east facing, screened-in sleeping porch. A bedroom and bath on the garden level along with a washer/dryer and sitting area. Incredible views of Flatirons and Longs Peak. Beautiful flower gardens and decks to relax and dine. Bocce Ball-Petanque court to enjoy with a glass of wine. Outdoor gas fireplace and living space. 2 Cruiser bikes to take to the farmer's market and to dinner.

The house was gorgeous and perfect for our family. It has lovely views. The neighborhood was very quiet except for a few airplanes taking off in the morning if you like to sleep in late. However our grandchildren loved the airplanes and gliders.
The hostess was very friendly. I would recommend this property to others.

We feel so fortunate to have stayed in this immaculate, pristine, beautifully designed home with our family of 11. With a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space for everyone, we enjoyed the beautiful views, the comfort of each room, the wrap-around porch, all in a peaceful neighborhood. Bicycles, ping pong, a pool table and a tree swing entertained us and kept us all busy.
Location to Boulder and walking and cycling paths was a big plus.
Christine was extremely responsive to all of our questions and needs prior to and during our visit. - This home was more beautiful than we ever expected or imagined. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Our son recently got married in Colorado, so our family spent the week in Boulder. Five adults and two grandsons, ages 4 and 2. Beautiful home with plenty of room. We truly enjoyed our family time together. Christine and Taco met us in the rain when we arrived to give us a tour of the house and the keys. They did a great job and were wonderful hosts. While they were available next door and checked-in, we always felt we had plenty of privacy to ourselves. The house had plenty of room with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, wooden floors throughout the house, with a beautiful kitchen and family area, in addition to a very nice pool room and ping-pong table outside. The kids were occupied with the downstairs playhouse area while the adults enjoyed the wraparound deck and cooking and eating outside. The pictures are accurate. Two things to be aware of… The upstairs air conditioners are in each room separately and difficult to operate, also you do hear and see the planes from the Boulder municipal airport nearby. Overall great stay and would recommend to family and friends.

Very comfortable home with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. My family enjoyed hours of Pool & Ping Pong.
Property is right across the street from a local small craft airport, so planes can be heard throughout the day.
Our boys loved the comfortable beds on the screened in porch, total ‘glamping’ experience!

This is a truly amazing property. We stayed here for a family gathering and celebration. We did lots of cooking and hanging out in the kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. We also enjoyed the billiards table and the outdoor bocce court. Christine was a very responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed. 5 star everything!

Wow….Christine and Taco have created an amazing place to stay when visiting Boulder. The online pictures do not do the home justice. They have thought of pretty much everything necessary to make your stay an enjoyable one. You feel like you are a guest in your friend’s home and not some rental.
The location itself was great too, a rural setting but only about 3 miles to downtown. And the views were breathtaking!
Christine was very responsive and promptly responded to our inquiries. Without a doubt you can rent here with confidence.

The house is spacious and immaculate, perfect for a family get together. The owners built it as their dream house, which makes it an unusual rental.The kitchen is incredibly well stocked, clearly the kitchen of serious cooks.

Our family was very impressed with this property. The views and wrap around deck provided many options to relax and views of the Flat Irons and mountains. This home is appointed with all any guest could need and Hosts are an amazing couple.
This was the best home and host in our VRBO experience.
We loved everything about our stay. The soaring flights offered at the local airport were incredible and would recommend guests experience this bucket list activity.

Great house! Beautiful, high-end finishes, furniture and linens. Immaculate! Plentiful amenities. Incredible, fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable outdoor seating areas. Lots of room to spread out both inside and outside. Quiet neighborhood, with short drive to Downtown Boulder. Access to garage was helpful when loading car in the rain. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Readily available and responsive as they live in the coach house on the property-they do respect your privacy. Please note that sleeping porch is a "bonus" bedroom, so comfort is weather dependent.

We were in Boulder for my nephew’s destination wedding. We had great grandparents to consider as well as our first grandchild and everyone in between. I was hoping for a place where we could cook and eat as a family while enjoying the scenery. Honestly this kitchen was a dream to cook in. It was beyond fully equipped. The 6 bedrooms allowed us to spread out when we needed to and the communal spaces were large enough to allow us to come together as a group for meals and games. The young adults took advantage of the pool table and ping pong while the rest of us lounged on the wrap around porch. The view of the sunset was spectacular. We borrowed their bikes, hiked, tubed and even fit in a picnic in the park and the rehearsal on Pearl Street. Each room was decorated with beautiful European furnishings. Our stay was truly a gift and a joy that we won’t soon forget.

Amazing property
We stayed at this house for a few days on my wedding weekend. We had guests (family and closest friends) from Europe and everyone loved every minute of their stay.
The pictures do not do it justice - the house, porch, the grounds are amazing! It’s super clean and spacious, and Christine & Taco have been fantastic hosts!
I couldn’t recommend this place more.

Pleasant stay in Boulder
We were privileged to stay in this beautiful house for Four days in June visiting with family. The house was immaculate and in a very nice neighborhood with gorgeous views. This is a perfect setting for a large family. Thank you for allowing us to share your lovely home.

I had a couple of personal issues and Christine was so kind and thoughtful with helping me. The house is gorgeous. Beautiful European furnishings combined with so comfortable beds and living room sofas. New deck furniture. I have never seen such a well equipped kitchen. Such a pleasure to cook in. Gas stove, brand new kitchen countertops, everything you could imagine from two types of coffee maker, Vitamix blender, ice machine, extensive pots and serving dishes. And the entire house from top to bottom is spectacularly clean. I would absolutely go back to this beautiful rental if we ever return to Colorado.
