Featuring one of the best panoramic views of Seabrook Island's gorgeous waterfront landscape, it also offers all the comforts of home. It has been remodeled and boasts an updated kitchen, tile flooring, and appliances. Step off the deck to the boardwalk leading to Pelican Beach. Bring your chair and a cool drink to the beach and watch the sunset turn the sky bright orange each evening. You will relax the minute you arrive at this lovely home. The open living area is brightened by the sun that streams through the large windows and doors. Settle into the comfortable sofa and chair and enjoy a show or movie on the HDTV/DVD. The sofa opens to a bed to accommodate extra guests. Dine around the table that seats four while savoring the view of the water. The open kitchen ensures that even the chef can see the water's reflection. Cook on new appliances in this updated kitchen. Highlights include Corian countertops, white cabinetry, and a washer/dryer tucked in the laundry closet. Off the hall is a full bath with a shower making it perfect for your guests. Continue down the hall to the master suite. The master bedroom has a king size bed, HDTV, and adjoining full bath with a tub/shower. Not only is this villa in the ideal location, it is also dog friendly. Up to (2) dogs are welcome! Additional pet fee(s) to apply. Extras in the villa include wifi, linens, towels (please bring your own beach towels), beach sand chairs and 2 beach cruisers (Covered at bike rack marked with 2 orange markings). * As of January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $40/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $40/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive. Amenity cards allowing access to the Club amenities -- Beach Club pools (seasonal), Pelican Nest oceanfront dining (seasonal), the Island House dining, two championship golf courses, and 15 Har Tru tennis courts -- are included with your rental. Venture to the Tennis Center or Equestrian Center and arrange lessons, court time, or a trail or beach ride. There is no charge to use the Beach Club pools except for a $5 towel fee, however, you are responsible for your dining, golf, tennis, or horse activities. The Lake House, Seabrook's property owner's facility, invites you to use its outdoor pool (no fee) and fitness center/indoor pool (fees apply). During the summer there is a full slate of activities on Seabrook, at Freshfields, or Bohicket Marina for young and old alike. Or take a ride to Charleston (25 miles) and enjoy our beautiful city and all it has to offer. If you're looking to get away from it all - we think you've found the right place! Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. My boyfriend and I had the best weekend here. The villa was exactly as described. Check in/out process was easy and Nancy even let us wait out the storm past our check out time. The beach is steps away and is so private. We loved how pet friendly the beach was and had an amazing walk where we saw tons of dolphins. We would definitely return and stay here again!

We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay at this lovely place! The location is perfect and the view is unmatched. It was just the right size for my wife and I and our 25 year old son to spend a wonderful Labor Day holiday. We hope to come again soon!

This property had everything we needed, was conveniently located across from the beach and close to the pool (we drove, but we could have walked), was clean and had beautiful views. Bonus that it was pet friendly. The property managers were very responsive. We will be back!

This place is even more updated, clean and spacious than it looks in the pictures online. Everything felt fresh and welcoming. The furniture is comfortable and also seems to be all new. The aesthetic is beautifully coastal.
If you love sitting on a breezy, peaceful deck looking out at water, this is the place for you. I wanted a little get away but also needed work from home—the wifi was strong and I could work out on the deck. I also ate all my meals out there too. One evening a beautiful rainstorm moved in across the water and I could watch it all safely from the deck. It was gorgeous.
If you will be using the club amenities and pool, it is easily walkable. There are multiple accesses to the river side beach which loops around to the Atlantic side too if you like to take long beach walks.
I highly recommend this place and would happily return.

This was our first time to Seabrook and using VRBO. From start to finish this was an amazing time. The home is clean, upgraded and stocked with everything you could ever want, down to the Smoothie Maker! The home was sooo pretty and peaceful. We hope to come back a few times a year! Amazing Property!
What a great place to ring in the New Year! On top of the weather being perfect, the condo was amazing! Very clean and beautifully decorated. We spent lots of time on the corner patio listening to the waves crash and watching beautiful sunsets!

Room was clean and well equipped. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a cooler was provided.. doggie toys and bowls also provided. Overall the room was great, except the front lock and door was hard to lock and shut. There was a swing door also over the front door with no number on it so when we first arrived we weren't sure it was the right rental. The bed was hard and I would recommend bringing your own pillows as the ones provided were flat. The location was excellent as it was close to the beach club and pools and the deer loved to hang out in that area. We saw dolphins almost every day too down at the beach. Overall it was a fantastic vacation with just a couple of minor issues. We would stay again and hopefully next time, the lock will be fixed and a new mattress..

Great location
My husband and I spent a few days on Seabrook for our 10th anniversary and we enjoyed our stay at Pelican Watch! The views and sunsets were phenomenal and we loved how close it was to walk to the beach! The condo was clean and nicely decorated and was fine for just the two of us. The bed and pillows were quite firm and uncomfortable and the front door was a pain to lock and unlock but other than that, we enjoyed the property.

We enjoyed everything about this condo. We loved having our dog, Hank with us! My husband and son played golf, we ate at the Pelican’s Nest and spent lots of time on the beach! Great vacation!!!!!

Perfect location & Dog Friendly
My husband and I fell in love with Seabrook last year so decided to come back again this year. We wanted to bring our pups this time given that the beaches are very dog friendly, therefore we needed a place that accommodated them as well. This condo was perfect for the 2 of us and our 2 fur babies. Very clean property and recently renovated which is a plus! Had everything we needed in the kitchen for meal prepping. The location is spot on with super easy access to the boardwalk and beach. Also loved the fact that it is on the first floor. Will be staying here again in the future!

This property was very nicely decorated and updated, however, we kind of felt it was lipstick on a pig if you will after being there for the first full day/night. My husband and I would recommend some corrective action/fixes that would take this property up a notch. The master bedroom bed literally is broken and held together at the bottom with a board, so be careful! Also, the mattress feels like you are sleeping on a concrete floor. Our backs are just now returning to normal! The same goes for the pull out bed in the couch in the living room - our teen boys slept there and we traded off for a night and you can feel the coils in your back, like there is no mattress at all. The lock for the front door was very hard to work as the door seal/frame is rotted and needs to be replaced. Also, the back door to the boardwalk is held together by wind and a prayer, that should be replaced. Finally, the laundry room doesn't appear to have ever been cleaned nor the door to enter it. That needs some serious attention as we really count on using that space when we go on vacation and the washer/dryer needs to do several cycles to actually work so they probably need replacing as well. I believe once those items are addressed as I stated previously this could be a five star condo all day long!

Seabrook Christmas and New Years 2020-2021
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is located at the "back" of the community which ensures that the area is more secluded and peaceful. The direct access to the beach was wonderful and enjoyed walking with our dog every day. If I had to give one negative~ it is that the property while clean~ had a lot of dust around the doors and the baseboards. Is just a general "Spring cleaning" that needs to be done. But otherwise the property was clean. I googled if Uber ran on the island and my search (flawed) said yes but upon arrival realized this isn't accurate. Thus, anyone wanting to go to Charleston or Kiawah for dinner/drinks need to look into other transportation options if do not want to drive. This was the perfect, relaxing vacation that we needed after the craziness of the year. The property management staff were EXCELLENT and responded to several of my inquiries almost immediately. Would definitely stay again- and are already looking into potential dates.

Lots of fun walking for miles on the hard pack beach after the tide rolls out. We saw multiple dolphins each day. Very cute and private island.
