Located in Seabrook Island, this attractive house for R 7,110 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. 1303 Pelican Watch is a beautiful first floor villa with bamboo flooring, granite countertops, remodeled bathrooms, new furniture and more! This is a favorite! Not only is it beautiful, it's in one of the best locations on Seabrook. Enjoy fabulous sunsets and ocean views from the deck of this delightful first floor Pelican Watch Villa. Walk out the back door to the beach. This is a great villa for a romantic getaway or vacation for a small family. Relax in the large living room with views to the water and beach beyond. Soft grays coat the walls, and accents of aqua and green bring the outside in. The bamboo flooring adds to the clean, warm look. The dark wood dining room table and warm upholstered chairs invite you to share stories of the day on the beach. The living room has new furnishings. The sofa pulls out into a queen sized bed, and the armoire has a new flat TV, DVD player, and there is WiFi internet hook up for your computer. The kitchen has new cabinets, stainless appliances and a unique granite countertop. There is a washer/dryer too. Just down the hall is a full bath with a shower, granite counter, and an oversized vanity. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, new TV and adjoining full bath. There is a desk perfect for your computer. The bamboo flooring continues through this room as does the gray color palette. This is a peaceful haven. The en suite bath is gorgeous. The bathroom is fun -- great colors, spacious, modern and welcoming. * Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge. Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment. Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If you add a gate pass less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival, a $10 additional fee will apply. THIS PROPERTY ALLOWS FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 GATE PASSES TOTAL Once the car has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive. Amenity cards giving you access to the Seabrook Island Club are included in rental. These cards are $225/week if not included! They give you access to the new swimming pool/Pelican's Nest poolside restaurant/bar - just a short walk from the house. Two championship golf courses, tennis courts, Equestrian Center, and Island House restaurants/bar are also available for your use. Fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. This is a dog friendly villa for (1) dog. An additional pet fee to apply. No cats or other animals are permitted. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have. For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement. SI Business License 2023-0414

Seabrook is a beautiful community and this place gives you access to that beauty right off the back deck. Easy to get in and out of Seabrook w/ amenity card and gate pass provided. Would stay again. Great for my family of 4.

We had a very nice stay at Pelican Watch villas. The beach and location were amazing! We enjoyed kayaking and long walks along the beach. The villa has abundant wildlife in a natural setting! The sunsets are outstanding!

Seabrook Island was the perfect place for our week long vacation. The island is beautiful. The property we stayed in was clean and close to the beach and the pools. Property was clean and comfortable for my wife and I. Weather was perfect which is always an added bonus when on vacation. Loved exploring Seabrook Island, Bohickett Marina, Freshfields village and the fact that Charleston was not all that far.

My wife and I along with our small dog had a great stay in Seabrook. The condo was as advertised. The location was well maintained and very convenient to the beach. So nice to be able to enjoy our vacation with our dog. We want to come back soon.

Just as described! We enjoyed the view of the water from the villa, the attractive decor, comfortable seating and king sized bed. We love the beach area by the villa and the ocean area at the Beach Club. When our daughter visited us for a few days we took her to Sunday Brunch at Seabrook Island Clubhouse. We has a delightful stay and hope to return soon!

Great ground floor unit right next to the sand dune/beach boardwalk. Awesome sunsets from the deck. My wife and I and our little dog Stewie, came and relaxed just like home. It had everything we needed for an awesome vacay including deer, dolphins, rabbits, armadillos, numerous shore birds, and the little lizard living by the deck.

The apartment was great. We arrived on a Monday. Tuesday there was apparently some renovation going on with the apartment above us. Probably my fault for not figuring out that after Labor Day the restaurants were only open 3 days a week, being after the summer season.; And those that were open those 3 days, required reservations which went quickly. We never got to eat lunch or dinner out. But all in all, it was an enjoyable week.

Easy access. The upstairs ppl were noisy late into the evening on Friday and Saturday .. not the owners fault .. just letting ppl know. In our opinion, new ones are needed .

Great place to stay, and loved having our 10 lb poodle with us. Very clean, had everything we needed--even beach chairs and umbrella. Is a bottom floor, so possible to have a little overhead noise, but nothing to really complain about. Location to the beach is perfect!

Perfect property for the beach location. Situated perfectly at the end of the boardwalk to beach. Awesome beach as well. Inside is very well appointed with everything. Only issue is you can hear some noise from Upstairs unit. Besides that - perfect rental for 2 people.

Overall, a nice experience. Condo floors, towels were not very clean. Kitchen not as well stocked as other units we’ve stayed at in Pelican Watch. We’re really there for the beach and that was wonderful!

We loved this unit because it is so close to the beach with an incredible view!! We were able to walk to the beach club pools and we enjoyed using our amenity provided options with this unit. We love having the 1 bedroom space because it fits our family of 3 perfectly. I do wish some of the electronics (tv’s) were a little more updated but the location and the view was perfect!!!

Our stay here was lovely and we would absolutely rent here again. It is a nice, clean one bedroom condo with a pull out couch too if needed. The real perk is being right on the ocean and close to the boardwalk. We enjoyed seeing dolphins daily and sipping coffee on our porch and taking in the beautiful views.

We loved staying in 1303, perfect access to the beach making it easier with having our dog with us! The kitchen is well equipped and very clean villa! We’ve been to Pelican Watch 4 times and this is one of our favorites, I highly recommend it!!!😃😃

Plenty of room. Great sunsets! Master bedroom picks up all the outside foot traffic up and the stairs so don't plan on sleeping in if you are residing in the master. The cleaning crew only cleaned the open space. Plenty of dust bombs under the furniture and in the laundry room. Need to get the light switch for the six recessed lights in the family room replaced. It is faulty. One other safety item is the fire alarm strobe at the front door is inoperative which is an OSHA violation.

This property was extremely clean and as described. The area was beautiful, however the beach right outside this condo is smaller than typical in other parts of Seabrook/Kiawah and the water is very calm (good for small children). The sunsets from the porch were beautiful !
