Bedroom to full bathroom ratio was perfect. 1 bath is shared with the living area on first floorIt's only 1 stop from pedestrian bridge at Lionshead. It was so close we walked it most days. We stored our skiis and boots at Vail Tech which is right on path to lift. The owners are very attentive and responded quickly.

Love this location for the price! Very convenient on the bus route. This unit was great. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths were perfect for our group. Loved the gas fireplace. Unit had everything we needed. Very comfortable place to stay with seating for all of us. (Often times places sleep more than they can sit at the table, or living room, etc). Very pleased with this unit!

Great condo for hosting our family group of five adults for ski trip. Beautiful views from every room, comfortable amenities and convenient to shuttle to Vail Village. Would certainly stay again!

We had a wonderful and restful stay at Monica’s place. The bus system was super convenient to hit the slope.

Property was very spacious and easily had sleeping arrangements for our group of 8. Property felt like chalet cabin. Very efficient. Was on top floor which made the views spectacular. I used the elevator however the kids loved the stairway up. Met our expectations and made for a very enjoyable family Christmas Holiday together and New Year!!!

After walking up five flights of stairs with luggage someone in our party located the elevator that starts at the second floor. Who knew? The entry walkway to the front door was worn down to the particle board underlay. Inside, the mattresses were very worn except for the master bedroom and the linens were also past their prime. Their were four wine glasses available and the screen door to the deck was propped up against the stationary door of the patio doors. One of the bathrooms had a sink that didn't drain. That said, the kitchen was well equipped. The location was good. And, the hot tub and pool were excellent. It was the end of the season so perhaps it had been overly used. Our family did enjoy our stay in Vail and with a little updating and tlc this could be a great property.

The condo had great space. Beautiful views. Perfect for 6, tight for 8. The bathrooms were dated and the unit has been rented quite a bit. It showed. The pictures on line do not reflect this. The elevator did not work 5/6 days we were there. It's a problem because the condo is on the top floor...5 flights at altitude with your luggage!! Location was fine. Shuttles to the mountain were across the street. Parking was an issue as well. There is not enough for the property and often times we had to double park.

The unit met the needs for our family ski vacation. However, the elevator was out of order during our entire visit from 12/26 to 1/1. We were told it has been out of order since November. This is unacceptable for a 5th floor unit.

We were there Tuesday - Saturday. The condo was perfect for my wife and I and our adult children, total of 6 of us. Easy to get to the mountain and to nearby stores.

The condo was perfect and as described. There was plenty of room for six male adults and the location was very convenient. We also had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely come back amd stay here!

This location is at an excellent spot with a free bus stop right across the street, Safeway grocery store less than a mile west, a 10-minute walk to Lionshead. We had a car but could have gotten anywhere we wanted on the bus. Athough it would have been nice to be on the ski hill side of the highway, it is difficult to find la 3-bedroom place there. The space was great for 2 couples (king bed and bathroom with bathtub for each) plus 2 kids or another couple (twin beds also with own bathroom). The master is on the upper floor and is a large space. Every bedroom has lots of dresser and closet space, which is unusual, and the mattresses are all comfortable. All bathrooms are small but have the sink/counter outside the bathroom proper, which is a nice set-up for allowing enough space. The dining table, where we had most meals, seats 8 and the kitchen is well equipped for meals in. Not many extras are provided, e.g., don't expect a hairdryer, paper napkins, washing machine detergent, toiletries. However, there were paper towels, lightbulbs, toilet paper, lots of towels, dishwasher detergent, and we found some basic items that presumably renters had left behind, like coffee filters , salt & pepper, mustard, etc. This place was perfect for us but if you don't like climbing stairs, it would not be appropriate -- there are 3 flights from the parking lot before you can get the elevator. Monica and Steve were very easy to contact both before our stay and during and very attentive to our needs.

This condo is great! We had a group of 9 girls and the size was perfect - everyone kept saying "great find, this place is amazing". Spacious yet cozy with great views from the balcony. This was my first time using VRBO and I'm impressed! Monica and Steven are very nice and respond quickly to any questions.

I recently stayed here with a group of old college friends for our yearly ski trip. This condo was everything we could have asked for and more. With everything so expensive near Vail Village and Lionshead Village, this was a great place to stay at a fraction of the price. The condo is located right by the Vail Bus stop so we were able to get to Vail Village each morning within 10 minutes. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay at Vail with a good size group without wanting to spend Vail dollars.

I stayed here with a group of 8 people total - all young adults. We had a fantastic time. The condo was definitely big enough for all of us, very spacious and a cool layout. Everything is close by - we were able to load up on groceries at Safeway to save money and we even grilled out one night (there is a grill on the patio). The shuttle stop is right across the street and is a very short ride to the slopes, Vail Village, and Lionshead! I would definitely stay here again - great value in Vail!

Me and 3 friends stayed for about a week at this very comfortable and spacious condo. We each got a very comfortable bed - 2 twins and 2 kings. I took the upstairs bedroom (king) which has a magnificent view of the mountains. Had my own shower and bathroom as well. It was fantastic waking up to that view every morning before taking an always hot shower and hitting the slopes for fantastic skiing. Be sure to hit the back bowls for some serious thrills and adventures. Ski lifts are right across the interstate. The kitchen has all the tools you need to prepare meals for yourself which we did on occasion. I like the stools along the kitchen bar. We congregated their nightly to have a drink, cook when we did, and reminisce about the days runs. We cooked a nice, big hot breakfast every morning to have enough energy to ski the whole day and the kitchen table is huge so we could eat, watch the TV, and not have to move our laptops. The Living Room was extremely comfortable. There is a a really spacious and cozy leather couch. One of us nightly would fall into a coma on that baby while watching TV or a movie before regaining consciousness later and making our way to the bed. There are 2 nice leather chairs that are super comfortable and also recline so we all ended up watching TV or a Red Box movie every night. The fire place is gas and with the flip of a switch, it lights right up. It doesn't take long at all to heat that space up nice and warm. The balcony had fantastic views being that the condo is on the 4th floor and basically there was complete privacy. No one could really see our balcony. There were a couple of chairs and a nice gas grill but we never fired it up. Be sure to take some pictures from this location. We didn't use the hot tub unfortunately but coincidentally we ran into a couple in Vail Village on our last day who had lived there previously and said the hot tub is a must. I regret now not making it down for a soak. There are plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby on the condo's side of the interstate and there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in the villages on the other side of the interstate. We really had a blast and can't wait to go back to Vail for skiing. It's our new favorite spot and we will definitely look to stay at this condo again.
