About this house rental
Situated in Trinidad, this lovely house for R 9,554 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Guest reserving home must be 25 years or older, be staying at the property the entire time and will be considered the responsible party for this booking. Sorry but this is not a pet friendly home, no exceptions. * Treasure Cove truly is even more of a treasure now with new renovations inside and out. The style is modern but warm and boasts more windows for ocean views. Rinse off the sand with the outdoor shower then soak in the six person hot tub on the patio and watch sea life, fishing boats and all the ocean has to offer. Treasure Cove comfortably sleeps 6 and is great for a few couples or a family getaway. This custom, 1810 square foot, two story home located just a few houses away from downtown Trinidad has great ocean views and coastal access trails (Trail located directly in front of home leads to Trinidad Head & Beach). Relax by the fireplace and enjoy the large Smart T.V. Log on to Netflix and have fun watching your favorite shows and movies. The three bedrooms plus two marble full bathrooms are located downstairs. Sleep to the sounds of the sea in the Main bedroom complete with slider to step out and enjoy the bay views, covered patio and hot tub. The Main bedroom has plenty of privacy w/ a King bed, T.V. and en-suite bathroom w/ shower. The 2nd bedroom also has a King bed, ocean views and direct patio access to the hot tub. This room also has a large flat-screen T.V. The third bedroom has a Queen bed. All bedrooms are very comfortable and well appointed. The second and 3rd bedroom share another beautifully marble tiled bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Upstairs is the living room, dining area, kitchen, and a conveniently located half bath. It has a very well equipped kitchen and brand new breakfast bar with everything a cook would need. The furnishings are modern, stylish and comfortable. The wood burning fireplace simply adds to the ambiance (complimentary wood supplied). You can also enjoy the upstairs expansive deck and grill on the propane barbecue while taking in the panoramic view of Trinidad Harbor. We have provided FREE wireless internet, expanded cable T.V and a super fun finished garage complete with a ping-pong table, kids game area and bean bag chairs. Washer & dryer also located in the garage. This home is within easy walking distance of local beaches, pier, lighthouse, hiking trails, restaurants and Murphy’s Market. Please note there is not a fenced in yard but plenty of grass for the kids to play!

We have stayed in many homes in the area and this by far is my favorite! It was immaculate, very modern/updated and the view is spectacular.
The location was perfect…walking distance to the beach, market and restaurants. And the check in process with Trinadad Retreats is always so good!!!

This home was perfect for our trip to the Redwoods. It was situated between hiking and Arcata for supplies, restaurants, and the airport, all within half an hour of the vacation the rental. Murphy's Market is right there for quick supplies you may need. The views were magnificent, we had great weather, and Trinidad is a beautiful little seaside town. The home had everything we needed and more. The fireplace and hot tub were nice after long hikes during the day. We loved our time there and made great memories.

Magnificent views and incredible kitchen.Accessible to beach, restaurants and trails.Loved the convenience of grocery store.Only negative is the heating system covers both levels and upper level is hot while lower bedroom and bath area is probably 10 degrees cooler.This is probably it an issue in summer months.

The property is extremely well maintained, great location with a very short walk into town and very close to the marina and beach. Murphy’s Grocery Store is a must. The top floor and patios of the home look out on Trinidad Bay and surrounding coastal area. This home was very comfortable and made our four day stay very memorable.

This place is something else! It is everything it claims to be. Comfortable beds, clean, walking distance from the beach and more. My children loved soaking in the hot tub and playing ping pong. This place is very kid friendly. I enjoyed the views a peaceful nights sleep and some much needed relaxation. Thank you to the owners who represented this property accurately! We will definitely be back.

Overall, this is a wonderful property for visiting Trinidad. Easy walk down to the harbor and beach, as well as to the store and restaurants. The view is amazing. The 3 bedrooms are nice. One bedroom does not have a closet, so we had to be a little creative with luggage placement. The house was clean, for the most part. We did notice dust bunnies and some dust under tables that was probably an oversight. When cooking in the oven, we noticed it could have been cleaner. Communication to the managers was easy and they responded promptly. I would stay her again.

Gorgeous property with gorgeous views. Lots of comfortable spaces for relaxing and dining. Well-equipped kitchen, tons of toys for kids, ping pong, etc. Close to town and the shore. Only minor shortcoming - second and third bedrooms could use more shelving for clothes.

Just Right namely Spot On!
Our son & his wife plus their children enjoyed the location on Edwards Street very much! Our reunion included some treasure hunting on the beach as well as sand hikes and a visit up to Lady Bird Johnson Grove and Tall Trees. Just Trinidad town can be a wonderful place to explore too. Million dollar view
The home was exactly as showed in pictures. The check in process was very easy. The hot tub was a welcome treat to enjoy after exploring the nearby redwoods. The view was absolutely breathtaking. My only complaint would be the driveway. It is very steep and was a challenge to back out of daily. We bottomed out upon arrival when we pulled into the left side however the right side was a little easier. Still an amazing place.

The home was clean and well-maintained. We loved the view, the hot tub, the ping pong table and the location in town. We walked to restaurants, trails, the beach and the grocery store. The manager was able to arrange a little earlier check in time, since our flight arrived early. The cabinets do not have soft close doors, so we startled each other a few times when the cabinet doors slammed shut. This is literally the only improvement we could think of! We are in a different rental for our second week and miss some things. We appreciate the generous amount of towels and linens provided. We also now appreciate the curtains provided for light control in the bedrooms. You folks seemed to have thought of everything!
