Located just a few short steps from the community pool and the beach at the Savannah Beach and Racquet Club! Watch ships glide up the channel, or stroll the seashore where you can watch dolphins play in the Savannah River while collecting seashells on the shoreline. The open plan condo features a beautifully decorated comfortable living area that is furnished with a sleeper sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The bright, open floor plan looks out to the balcony and includes the living dining and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all brand new appliances. There is a cafe table which seats 2 along with seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. Guests will also enjoy having an in-unit all-in-one washer and dryer which is located in the full bathroom. Relax in the newly appointed bedroom that is furnished with a king-size bed and a flat-screen TV. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in. Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. Great update condo. My daughter and enjoyed our time away before she leaves for college. We love the small quiet beach where we were able to watch the boats and ships going to and from Savannah.

It was an easy check in and check out process. The condo is small but perfect for 2 people plus it has everything needed ie washer/dryer, kitchen, & appliances. I would stay here again.

If I could give this property a 3.5 star rating, I think that would be most appropriate. The beach access was great. The view was awesome. The house was very clean, aside from the fridge that smelled like fish. Also, there are no blinds on the bedroom window, and a bright light right outside, so that was frustrating. In addition, the washer/dryer didn’t work so we were unable to do laundry in the condo. Location of the condo was lovely, easy to get in and out without getting stuck in traffic going through town. Overall, it’s a nice place, but not worth the rate we paid my my opinion.

This property was ok but there were a lot of rules - most of them were discovered after I had booked. VRBO listing says there is a sofabed but when we got there we didn't have sheets for it so I called and was told that that unit didn't have a sofabed - it certainly did. Then I was told that the mechanism was broken so it couldn't be slept on. We pulled it out and put it back and it was just fine. There seemed to be a nice mattress on it for a sofabed. The view from our balcony of the dolphins at play was wonderful but not much breeze reached us - which that's not the property's fault, just a statement. The entire condo smelled like mildew and by the end of the week my daughter and I both were congested, coughing and sneezing.

Walking in, the place was just as pictured. Super clean, balcony was perfect spot for morning coffee, reading, sunset glass of wine and dolphin watching. Everything you'd need in the kitchen. Having laundry in unit was really helpful. The only thing that was off, and this is not a huge deal, but the doors in the center of the apartment all opened into one another blocking passage. I'd suggest reversing one of the door swings. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would go back.

The condo was very updated and clean! Loved the decor and balcony with the view of the ocean! The layout of the condo was nice. The only two things I would change were: 1. The window that looks into the hallway had a curtain, but I wish that it had blinds as well, for an extra layer/feeling of privacy. 2. In order to get the gate pass you had to go to the rental office. Almost a mile down the road. I didn’t have a vehicle with me so this was very inconvenient. I’m wondering if in the future these could have been kept in the lock boxes outside of the gate for convince of the guest. I would definitely stay again!

This property was better than described. The attention to detail and cleanliness made it feel just like home. We enjoyed the playful, eye-catching decore. The view of the bay was wonderful. It was nice and quiet. The bed, though loud, was quite comfortable. My only critique is of the balcony. The wood is warped, making you feel unsteady when we went to eat breakfast out there. The electrical outlet sparked when we plugged in our speaker, and the rubber sealer on the screen door was sticking out and poked you as you passed through the doorway. Again, minor things compared to the beauty and comfort we experienced. You helped to make our 5th-anniversary getaway very special. Thanks!

We loved the property and the private beach access. The overall property was clean but there was hair in the shower, the bed and on the pillows. We didn’t know if the housekeepers hair fell on the bed and shower while she cleaned it or if the bed wasn’t changed and shower not cleaned. Other than that it was amazing.

Highly recommend this condo! The views are absolutely stunning from the room. You can watch the dolphins as you enjoy your morning coffee or preparing your evening dinner. Don’t worry the kitchen has everything you need when it comes to cooking! The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The only recommendation I would add is for blackout curtains in the bedroom because the hall light stays on all night. You also have access to two pools and direct access to the beach. I will certainly be back!

I expected traveling during this difficult time to have its challenges and we didn't expect to do much outside of relax. That led us to this beautiful location. We received a call from the office weeks ago telling us the pool would not be open, the unit did not have a washer/dryer and there would be no fireworks. While we were disappointed in all of these we still were looking for a break from the stress we had been experiencing. We arrived to find out we had to pay for enough wash clothes because we did not have access to laundry which upon renting we thought we had. The bedroom is right by the outside hallway similar to a motel and there are no blinds on the window. A very bright light shines through the curtains. VERY ANNOYING!! We discovered the pool was open, great news, wish someone would have called us back to tell us. We were also greeted at the unit by maintenance who told us the washer/dryer was broken and a latch had been ordered but we couldn't use it. So the unit did have one we just couldn't use it! This is usually a deciding factor in a rental for me and I wish I I would have been offered a different unit based on this information weeks ago when I received the phone call telling me there were no washer/dryers. Very poor communication. I feel like I should not have been charged for extra towels and wash clothes when the washer/dryer wasn't functioning and I went home with dirty clothes.
