Our very private, immaculate, beautifully decorated home has everything you and your family and friends need for a relaxing, carefree getaway, from luxury linens to a well-stocked kitchen. This single-level, 2,100-square-foot home is perfect for a large family, two families with children, or multiple couples (maximum occupancy 8), with a large central great room flanked by two bedrooms and two baths on the left side of the house and another two bedrooms and two baths on the right. The open floor plan features: Large tiled entry hall. Spacious central great room with cathedral ceilings, two oversized sofas, 65" flat-screen smart HDTV, brick fireplace (not for use), and dining room table for 8. The rear wall is all glass and overlooks a very private, lush, tropical green space. Two sliders open onto a large deck with glass patio table and chairs and a gas grill. Large, modern, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and tile floors. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Vaulted-ceilinged eating area off of kitchen, seats six. Want privacy? This house offers four luxurious bedrooms--EACH with its own full en-suite bath! A hallway buffers each pair of bedrooms from the great room for added privacy. There are two master bedrooms, one on each side of the house. Each has a slider and private deck overlooking the tropical green space at the back of the house, a king bed, and a flat screen tv. The third bedroom features a convertible king (can be separated into two twins), a full-size desk and office chair (if you MUST work!), and flat screen tv. The fourth bedroom is a kids' delight--with two twin beds, in a charming nautical decor. All bedrooms have wall-to-wall carpeting. A semi-circular driveway with dog leg offers plenty of parking and added privacy. Dates Available: Year-round. Please check our calendar for your desired dates. Overall the property is spacious and provides good gathering spaces for family. We loved the proximity to the community pool, and also the bike trails around Sea Pines were a very convenient way to get around. Having each room with its own bathroom gave everyone privacy and the house was fairly soundproof, which was nice since we had a baby with us. Overall it was a delightful stay and I would highly recommend this property.

Convenient and hassle free. House is located within the Sea Pines development and is about a 5 minute drive from Harbour Town. Neighborhood is quiet and secluded. Bike trails were conveniently located and pool is a 5 minute walk away. House was clean and all TV’s / appliances were in working order. Check in was a breeze and there was plenty of room for everyone. Functioning gas grill on the back deck was an added bonus. No issues - no complaints.

This house provided a wonderful vacation for my family. The property was well stocked, immaculate and beautifully decorated. It was the perfect layout for our crew of 5 adults and 3 children. Our hosts, Risa and Jonathan made sure everything went smoothly...and it did! Risa was extremely kind and helpful throughout our planning process. We enjoyed all there was to do in Sea Pines, great location! I highly recommend this property!

Had a very nice week at Risa and Jonathan's house. They were great to work with, and very responsive to our questions. The house was clean and comfortable. Liked that both of our families bedrooms were on opposite sides of the house for privacy. Great location, 10 minute bike ride to the beach. Great pool within walking distance!

Risa and Jonathan’s home was absolutely everything we could have hoped for. Check-in process was simple. House was comfortable and roomy. The location was great. I really can’t find anything bad to say! If you get a chance to book the property, do it!

The property was perfect for our family of 8. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was stocked well with items for cooking. The Selig’s were very attentive to our needs and are always quick to answer any questions that we have.

This was the perfect house for us! It was my boyfriend and I, my two girls ( 22 and 24 ) and his two sons ( 16 and 21 ) plus a boyfriend and girlfriend for each of our oldest. Having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was GREAT! We all had privacy and it was all on one floor. This is definitely hard to find on HHI.
The water pressure was very nice and the house stayed cool. We had a three story townhouse last year and the 2nd and 3rd floors were hot. This property stayed nice and cool!
We hope to come back next year!

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It is rare you find a rental with four bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house was centrally located to different places in Sea Pines.

Have stayed in rentals in Sea Pines for almost 30 years and this was one of the best ever! The home was spotless when we arrived, and the hosts were responsive almost immediately throughout the booking process. The house was exactly as described and is very well built and quiet and in a great subdivision with it's own pool and tennis/pickelball court. Can't wait to rent this home again!!

This is a great property. Four bedrooms, each with their own full bathroom, and a large commons area. The kitchen is also well stocked, which is really helpful if you’re planning on preparing several meals while on vacation. The property owners are super-responsive and we really enjoyed our time.

Perfect home for our group
Plenty of room for our family. We had 7 adults. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom was so nice. Nice size dining tables and even a table in the family room to do a puzzle on! Loved having beach chairs at the house. And having them all the same color was great. We had more family with a home right on ocean and we left our chairs there but never doubted which ones were ours!

House is a great size with a bathroom for each bedroom. Large dining areas as well. Large deck was a great place to relax. Communication with owners and check in was great. Would stay here again!

Great size for 8 visitors with all bedrooms on one floor. Owners were very responsive to a couple of issues. They immediately dealt with a bathroom problem and a dishwasher breakdown.

We were four senior couples. The house was lovely and we each had en-suite bedroom. Kitchen well stocked and our hostess Risa was extremely helpful when we had a few questions. Only suggestion is should put an extra roll of TP under the sink. We had a great time but gained five pounds so it’s diet time now.

We enjoyed the size and layout of the house for two families of 4, the community pool, tennis courts and playground and great neighborhood for letting the kids ride bikes. Every room having their own bathroom was great for a week at the beach and less than a mile bike ride to the beach. While it could use a bit of updating it is well peiced and exactly what you want in a family friendly beach rental.

Lovely family stay
Quiet, clean, freestanding family home in SeaPines. Near bike trails and just a short ride to Harbor town or the beach. Kid-friendly space and an office for working remotely. Our whole family loved listening to all the birds sing in pines every morning. A nice back porch to enjoy the afternoon sunshine as well. The hosts are terrific! A wonderful, relaxing stay in a great location.

Kitchen was well stocked and spacious. Living room was decent size with a large dining table. There was an additional table in the kitchen. Washer and dryer were great to have on hand and put to good use with kids. Unit was a a great location in Sea Pines. 10 min bike to the beach. Did bike rental with Island Bike rentals. They drop off and pick up. very easy. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Nice back deck area with a gas grill and tables and chairs. Risa was great to work with and very accommodating to any issues or concern that came up. We would stay here again and definitely recommend

Great House in a great location
We would totally stay here again! This house was perfect having 4 bedrooms and each having their own ensuite bath! The neighborhood was a perfect location for biking to the beach, to see the horses, or to harbourtown. It was also a perfect neighborhood for walking or running! The owners were exceptional and had great communication and customer service as well!
