We had a great stay. The owner was very responsive, communication was great. The house had everything we needed and was in a perfect location for various wedding-related events that we attended. We enjoyed the eclectic art and eating meals on the patio. It felt like staying in a friend's home as opposed to a sterile rental. We would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

First, the owner was wonderfully responsive, thoughtful and kind. She knew that we had a full house (6 people), so she provided an extra folding table. She has the place decorated with beautiful art from all over the world. The upstairs bed was comfortable. The other 2 queen size beds were pullout sofas and there is only so much you can do with that... We were amused- while none of us regular height people could comfortably sit on the couch (it had hard cushions and a very deep seating area), my long legged sister felt right at home! The hardest for us was the queen pullout and the single bed in the basement- the basement was musty, making it difficult for my asthmatic sister. Maybe a dehumidifier would help? It may be the perfect spot for you if you just need 1 or 2 bedrooms, a good location and a decent rental rate!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Our family of four found it to be clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located for access to all things Boulder has to offer!
The owner promptly answered any questions we had. Expectations were communicated clearly and she was also quick to offer recommendations for restaurants and outings.
Probably not a good place to stay if you have younger kids.

It was simple and easy to do!

It was roomy, except for the living room area . As we “melted” into the chairs to relax after very busy days we felt we could use a more comfy couch and chair. The bedrooms are very nice and spacious , kitchen well stocked. Thanks

My spouse and I had a great stay at Marian's property in Boulder. The house and its many amenities made our stay very comfortable! We enjoyed everything: the house, the location, Marian's thoughtful and timely communication, and the generosity of Marian and the neighbors. Story time: When we were leaving, I dumped water into the dashboard of our car. Marian, and neighbor Troy, helped us with kindness, care, and positivity. I hope we get to stay here again on future trips to Boulder.

Staying at this house was perfect for our needs, especially because it is so close to everything. Thehottub was always a welcomed touch.

Great visit in Boulder. The property is located in what I would call central Boulder. So convenient to local eateries & businesses, we even enjoyed a walk to local grocer. We are from Texas with a running group so we took in a lot of sights/ hiking; the property was comfortable & seemed close after a day trip to Denver and Mt. Evans. The owner was attentive & communicative, available for information when needed. Neighbors were nice and welcoming. Thank you, Marion.

The house was great! It was about a 30 minute walk to the Pearl Street action. It was perfect for our crew, who enjoyed getting out and about. The hot tub helped those with sore muscles from our endless hiking.

This place is beautifully decorated with antiques. It’s walking distance to restaurants, stores, and more importantly Boulder Reservoir which is what my group came here for- the Boulder Res 1/2 marathon! The only downside to this place was that the Main room didn’t have an AC unit, but opening the windows and doors gave it a nice breeze. There is also a random guy that walks around the house checking out the yard. It was definitely worrisome and awkward. Other than that our stay was excellent as well as the host. Thanks for having us!

We loved Marian's home. It had plenty of bedrooms and although living areas are small, there was plenty of hangout space for our family; the hot tub was appreciated! We had people arriving and staying for different lengths of time and it was very accomodating. She has everything to make you feel you are at a home, not a hotel or an anonymous rental. What really set her home apart was that she offered the use of everything. This was one of my top favorite rental stays

My partner and I stayed at Marian's place on our trip to Boulder. We were a bit hesitant to travel during the pandemic but wanted to take a trip during the time we had taken off for our now-postponed wedding. The trip and our stay at Marian's home was wonderful. We chose to visit Boulder, wanting to vacation somewhere we could focus time being active outside (my partner -a cyclist and me -a runner). Marian's home was perfectly located to connect to the many biking and running paths which lead you to downtown, CU Boulder campus or west to the climbs. Not only could we easily access different climbs or trails for cycling and running, but her home is also a very short drive to Whole Foods and plenty of other stores and restaurants. We enjoyed being able to make most of our own meals, using Marian's accommodating kitchen. Her home was tidy and very welcoming. The hot tub was an especially great treat after our hours of outdoor activities. We also loved being able to use the laundry in her home to wash our clothes during our stay. Marian's neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

We had a very nice stay. The power went out in the area one morning. The owner checked in with us shortly after the outage to see if we were okay and provided several updates during the day, even after power was restored!

We enjoyed 5 nights at Marian's townhouse. It was very comfortable and conveniently located. Marian was very accessible to answer any questions that we had while we were visiting. We would love to return next time we are in Boulder!

The property was decorated too personal. Old everything. There is even an Urn in it. It smells old and feels a bit creepy downstairs.

A good neighborhood location that is an easy drive into center of town. Nice walking trails near by as well as a supermarket within walking distance. House is well equipped and has a nice private patio in the back. This all made for a comfortable easy stay.

We came to Boulder for CU graduation. Both sets of parents stayed at the house and thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, private spaces, gathering points and art work.

Upon arrival house info and rules very helpful but not informed before arrival that the owner is vegan and didn't want us to cook meat in house but permissible. If I had known before hand wouldn't of rented made us feel that we were intruding on her home . House was cluttered with too many items for us had to keep my closes on top of dresser because no room in any dresser or closet. Fridge was the same too many owner and other items. Location, size, hot tub, fireplace was great. Well stocked with household items. Had a great 10 day stay a solid four star and a great value for the size of the townhome.

Very comfortable, lots of room, all the necessities and more. A real home feel. Great stay.
