About this house rental
Nestled in Flagstaff, this attractive house for R 4,795 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Located in the coveted Country Club area of Flagstaff, this 3 bedroom, 2400 square foot, newly remodeled beauty, accommodates 12 people comfortably. Equipped with NEW Central A/C System! You will only be a 10 minute drive to Historic Downtown Flagstaff or Northern Arizona University, about 45 minutes to Sedona, and just an 1 1/2 hour drive to the Grand Canyon! What more could you ask for? How about some entertainment at home you ask??? Well this family friendly home has it! The upstairs loft area has a foosball table set up and ready to go and a flat screen TV & DVD Player. In the garage is a ping pong table and an arcade style basketball hoop game. If you’re in the mood for some relaxation instead, you will love the backyard with seating for 8, where you can relax around the propane fire pit with a glass of wine, while possibly watching the deer that have been seen sauntering up to the patio rail! The kitchen is open to the living area, with a breakfast bar in between that naturally draws people together. There are beautiful granite countertops and all the essentials necessary to prepare and serve a delicious meal, including a full size stove, dishwasher, large side by side refrigerator, built-in microwave, coffeemaker, large crock pot, toaster, and blender...all you'll need to provide is the food! When you walk into the tiled entryway, you’ll love the clean, fresh, bright ambiance of this city home with country charm! Off to the right is a den with a new sofa. It’s also the perfect area to escape and curl up with a good book. There is a queen sized air mattress that can be placed in this room. Off to the left is a Dining Room with seating for 6, adjacent to the Living Area, which has a ceiling fan, a flat screen TV and a big comfy couch set. The large loft room upstairs is completely finished, has the Foosball table, a full size futon sofa and a twin bed with a trundle. It’s the perfect hangout for kids, with a flat screen TV and DVD Player to boot! This Lovely Master Bedroom was made for romance. It has French Doors opening to the deck, a King Size bed, a ceiling fan, and a spacious Master Bath with a large jetted tub, separate shower, and dual sinks. The fireplace is decor and does not function. The 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms have a Full Size bed in one and a Queen size in the other. Both have ceiling fans and touches of Country Charm. All beds have brand new Memory Foam Mattress Covers! There is a full size bathroom between bedrooms 2 & 3, with dual sinks. You can barbecue out on the deck on the new gas grill while admiring the serenity of the pines surrounding the hill in the back. Since the back is not fenced in, deer actually will sometimes walk up to the patio rail. There is a full size Washer & Dryer for your convenience. There is also a Pack & Play available. Pets are considered, however we asked that you keep "4 on the floor" as we say in our house. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please pick up after them outside. We usually allow one small to medium size dog. No vicious breeds. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions. We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Very much enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and had lots of space. There was an issue with the shower that the property owner came and fixed reasonably fast. This is our third trip to Flagstaff and I think we need to realize that these are vacation homes and it's kind of dusty there. Would probably rent this house again. As they just replaced all the appliances.

Overall we had a good time but we’re a bit disappointed in the quality of the master bed and window covering situation. The master bed is very old and the bead squeaks with any movement. No cable or Roku in the master. And the window coverings do very little to keep the sun out in the morning. If you like to walks up at 5am no worries but if you want to get some restful sleep you may want to look elsewhere. The kitchen was well equipped and the house has a nice deck in the back however the seating is not well taken care of to say the least. And we certainly did not appreciate the fact that while we were out for the day someone came into the house without any prior notice/warning and replaced the stove. When we came home there was a new stove in the house and not even a note as to who was there. Not sure if it was a delivery crew or the owner. We will not be returning to this property in the future but had a good time overall.

This was a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood and close to everything in Flagstaff. We had a nice stay. I gave four stars only due to neither of the two fire pits not working. It was great weather to sit by the fire but neither one worked for us. Everything else was great!

The house is so beautiful. We welcomed family and friends and enjoyed the wedding. The key was convenience. Easy access to the venue, eateries and shops made it so easy. Thank you.

Overall it was a decent stay for most of us, but the home owners have pets, there were dog hairs on the couches and that caused my husbands and daughters allergies to act up, it did ruin their vacation. The beds are very noisy and there is no privacy for adults in the master room or guest bedrooms. The home was clean other than that, and had a peaceful view where you can enjoy your coffee or wine. Fun little play room for kids as well.

Excellent location in a pretty neighborhood within walking distance of a park with trails and play equipment. There's always a deck in the shade. The kids got to see eight deer at dusk.
The back patio has some deteriorated planks that stick up, or have fairly wide gaps between planks. The bottom rail is too high to keep kids from sliding under. The kitchen faucet and microwave had maintainance issuues, but were useable.

Upon our arrival, it was like a winter wonderland! The breathtaking scenery, the quiet neighborhood felt nice and secluded. Inside the home was neat and immaculate. Everything including the utilities seemed to work really well. We were told the place was cleaned per COVID standards, which overall we felt safe. This is definitely a recommended location, we hope to use it again in the future for a much bigger party. The only negatives that came up, the back door patios were unlocked upon arrival; the beds and the couches need to be updated (not very comfortable) ; the company has someone help place the garbage cans back on the property after being serviced, however, they ran into our car side mirror, obviously an accident but be aware that they handle this themselves so either put it away yourself, or park away from their path. Overall a great weekend, roasting marshmallows in the fire pit, and enjoying the snow and wildlife.

My family came in from California so we decided to get out of the valley and celebrate Thanksgiving in Flagstaff. This place was perfect for all of us, babies, kids, and adults. The game room was a perfect space for the teenager to get away from his siblings and be a teenager.
The neighborhood is beautiful, I enjoyed runs and walls through the area spotting the deer hanging out in yards. Highly recommend staying here.

In town for a weekend soccer tournament, we split the house with another small family on our daughtes soccer team, so there were 4 adults and 3 kids total. The adults both had ample bedspace in two of the bedrooms, and then the kids were split between the other bedroom and the fantastic "play room" above the garage that had multiple beds, foosball table, games, etc. We could have easily fit a few more as we didn't even use the pullout in a nook area, and didn't use all the beds in the playroom. We weren't around much, but the house has a ton of great things for entertaining: gas firepits, ping pong table, pop a shot basketball, foosball, and plenty of room to hang out. Also appreciated the fact that the 3 car garage was clean as to accomodate both of our vehicles so we didn't have to park outside.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Coburn Cabin! Most everything was wonderful and interior updates have been made since the photos on the listing, which was a treat! The bad news is that there are windows on the bedroom doors that face the living room. We stayed there with our young and adult children and got married in the backyard. It was beautiful! But zero bedroom privacy for us with a big window on the master bedroom door. Our daughter had to MacGyver something to cover her bedroom windowed door for a bit of privacy. Really bizarre and frustrating. Besides that, it was a beautiful, well stocked house. We especially enjoyed the fireplace, watching deer roam through the backyard each morning, and the kids had fun with all the games. We had an amazing weekend!

The wife and I stayed with our 2 adult boys and their significant others. Great time was had by all. Accommodation were great for 6 people. Location was quite which we enjoyed. Had no problems with any of the process. Mathew the property manager was very helpful. House itself is older so expect some creeks. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Overall stay was great.

Neighborhood
The interstate is close enough that you can hear traffic during the night as well as the occasional train. The neighbor directly north to the property called the property manager to keep them posted on our activity, which was strange. Specially that our dog barked at other dogs barking in the neighborhood, oddly enough.

Family after Christmas stay
We rented this house for a ski trip getaway with my adult children, two grandkids and a pair of their friends. The house was perfect for this group! It snowed both nights we were there and the grandkids were able to use the provided sleds in the back yard. Also the gameroom was a perfect space for them. The house accommodated everyone just right and the kitchen had everything we needed. All in all, this was a great place to stay.

Coburn Flag stay
We enjoyed the location and quiet street location of the Coburn Cabin. The house is dated and needs updating to match the nightly rates. The front patio chairs are falling apart. The kitchen pots/pans need to be replaced, but we were glad to see some tin foil, plastic wrap etc. No soaps were provided for the showers.AC worked great and cafe lights made our evenings out back just lovely. We would return if overall upgrades were made.

The Coburn Cabin is locates in a very nice and quiet area of Flagstaff. It was easy to check in, clean and comfortable for the 2 nights we stayed. I would recommend.

Disappointed
All I can say is inside was run down. Outside furniture not clean enough to sit on. Toilet stopped up on first try. Texted and never heard back. No lamps or bedside tables in bedrooms. No lamps in main living area. No tv in master.
Kitchen faucet sprayer stuck. Shower had no water pressure. Had to take garbage out to road twice and garbage was overflowing from previous tenants. Didn’t use bbq or fire pits so don’t know if those worked.

Great property for families
The property was great and very well maintained. I would highly recommend it, especially if you have kids!! Great layout, ping pong table, basketball hops, and a perfect snow sledding area in the backyard. The only downfall was that the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Especially the two guest bedrooms.

Very comfortable
We were all very comfortable. It served our needs while attending our granddaughters graduation from NAU. One suggestion is the inclusion of extra blankets! Thanks for letting us use the home.
