Step out on the private deck off the master and enjoy rocking chairs aimed right at cargo ships moving across the horizon towards the port of Savannah. Relax with an air bath in the custom master tub for two. Enjoy private club privileges with pools and a world class restaurant (“The Deck” – Tybee’s only truly oceanfront restaurant) right next door on the property. Walk right out the back door through the dunes and you’re on the beach! Parking is available for up to three cars. The home includes a 2 car garage with 3rd space outside in a private gated lot with NO CROWDS. Just a short walk or bike ride down the beach to the famous Tybee Lighthouse or the fishing pier on the Strand, it's the perfect location. Pets are welcome with a large park across the street with sand volleyball, tennis and basketball. This property has it all! We had a wonderful stay here. We took our college age children- perfect condo for a family with older kids. It had everything we needed. Beach was great-easy to walk and hang out- not too crowded. Great restaurants on the island, but also went into Savannah for dinner there. So easy to stay here- i would highly recommend it!

The Condo was just as promised, beautiful decor, every amenity you could ask for and the best view. Sixty seconds to the beach. Parking the car inside was a great way to stay cool when you headed out. The pools and Deck restaurant, also sixty seconds, excellent breakfast and seafood dinners. Great art in the property from owner Donna. It was a wonderful stay.

Checking in was easy and we were so pleasantly surprised that the condo was as lovely as the pictures! Great location on a “private” section of the beach but chairs and umbrellas could be rented. Condo was beautifully decorated and so clean. The beds are the most comfortable STR beds, I’ve ever slept in. Donna was so helpful sec quick to respond with any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

The Condo is perfect and Donna was great. It is so close to the beach and pool. The house is well stocked and Donna is so generous with what ever she has!!! If we go back, we would stay there again. She sends detailed information about her place and the Condo.

We had a nice family spring break trip with two adults, two teenagers and two dogs. The property location was wonderful and had lots of amenities. Overall, Tybee Island and the complex in which the condo is located is not as dog friendly as many other beaches. Dogs aren’t allowed on Tybee beaches, and the complex has a pet relief area that is outside of the gated yard. These aren’t the fault of the property owners in any way, but something to consider if you are bringing dogs. We would return even if we didn’t bring our dogs.

This condo is stunning and the location cannot be beat on Tybee. Plenty of room for our family of adult children, and tons of restaurants close by. Donna was a fabulous host and so accommodating. I won't stay anywhere else in Tybee going going forward. You will not be disappointed with this VRBO and working with Donna!

It has it all! Comfort, style, views, beach, pool, restaurant and so much more! It was an amazing time with 3 generations, lazy days, learning to surf, jet skiing, swimming, ship watching, nature hunts….. The design talent, attention to details and masterful management were much appreciated.

As a Savannah native, I grew up going to Tybee Island. Countless times I have explored the beaches, from the lighthouse on the north end to the sand bars on the south end, and stayed in quaint beach houses to hotels “on the water”. I can genuinely tell you that I have never experienced Tybee Island as I did when I stayed at Donna’s beach house. The house is beautiful, private, and only steps from the beach with a private walkway, which was a first for me on Tybee. It is everything you could ask for in a beach vacation.
The house is the perfect size for a family and the finishings are absolutely gorgeous. The views from both balconies are stunning with a perfect view of the sunrise. The place was clean, the sheets were incredibly soft, and you can tell from the moment you walk in that you are somewhere truly special. I encourage anyone to stay to really take notice of the art as well. The paintings are so unique (and I would love to even buy one for myself). You also must try the Airbath! It was very clean and so relaxing after walking on the beach. The Deck restaurant was really good and very convenient, but everything is so close on Tybee that you can easily go anywhere and try everything the island has to offer. Donna, the owner is very kind and also easy to contact when needed. Our family absolutely loved every moment of this vacation and this home and if you find that this property is available, don’t hesitate to book it with full confidence that you will get more than you paid for. We loved it so much, in fact, that we booked our next trip to Savannah at this Tybee home-away from home before we even checked out.

Our stay was nothing short of AMAZING. Great location with the most BEAUTIFUL views of the ocean right at the back door. Literally. You walk out the back door with a private entrance to the beach!! Great for shelling, relaxing, and of course fun! We will be back! :)

We had the most amazing time in this beautiful house. The pictures and write up were very accurate but actually didn’t do the house (townhouse) justice. The house was gorgeously appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen and elsewhere. The art work in the house is apparently by the owner and is gorgeous. The house was extremely clean-a necessity for us as we have allergies to dust and mold.
Donna was so kind, generous, responsive and easy to reach.
So grateful for her timely responsiveness! The location of the property can’t be beat… across the street from the ymca, where we worked out. The beach was literally right outside the back door so we were able to spend hours walking, Collecting shells and watching the sunrise.
We are an active, athletic family so we rented bikes, kayaked, and hiked in nearby parks.
Would rent this house again in a second!!!

This condo is perfect for families. It is clean, well kept and beautifully renovated. The master is spacious enough to accommodate a travel crib and even has a lovely wicker rocking chair. The view of the ocean is beautiful and you are only steps from the beach. Communication with the host was prompt and pleasant. If we ever travel to Tybee again we will book this property again.

Access to the beach and location by the pool and restaurant are huge added bonuses, and Donna was fabulous and responsive.

We enjoyed our stay in Tybee. The condo was clean and met all of our needs. The location was the number one attraction for us. The views were great and when we had to contact the owner regarding the air conditioning she was kind and courteous and had the situation remedied immediately. Definitely rent bikes for the week it made getting around so easy! Thank you for a memory filled family vacation!

This property was exactly as listed and better than I expected! All communication with the owner was quickly responded too and with such care. The condo itself is just beautiful with so much room for the 8 of us (6 adults 2 small children) and the location to the beach is perfect. The views from each level were beautiful as well! I would definitely rent this place and/or from this owner again.

We could not have loved this property more. It was absolutely perfect in every way. The decor was lovely. The views were spectacular. The amenities were perfect. The location was exquisite. The ocean views were incredible and listening to the waves was so relaxing. Our teenagers loved their rooms and the proximity to the beach. The master bedroom is a dream We have traveled many places and this was one of the very best. It was an excellent escape from our Covid fatigue. Everyone seemed to be following the precautions and we were able to venture out and still follow pandemic protocols. The owners were fantastic and the neighbors on either side could not have been more friendly and helpful. Tybee Island was a new location for our family and we would definitely rent this home again. Six ladies over the age of 62 stayed for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. Kitchen well appointed and had everything we needed and more. Plenty of towels and laundry facility was useful. The unit was decorated very nicely and loved the owners paintings.

It was nice overall except all the stairs! My dog had to be picked up in order to go outside because of the steep and many stairs! I prefer ground level...I didn’t know it was a townhome either! I prefer a home...Went outside, on the beach side, and people staying there didn’t clean up their dog’s poop! Almost stepped in it several times! The sign says no potty in grass!!! A bit aggravated...

Family of 5 adults with plenty of space and privacy. Such a lovely home. The owner is the best. Communication leading up to our stay was kind and prompt. She truly cares about her visitors. Location is perfect! Beach rates with some of the best. We would love to come back again.

It was great...word of warning though...the steps inside were NOT a problem for myself, my wife or kids. We did have the in-laws and the steps were a struggle for them...please keep in mind.Also...no fault of the owner AT ALL, but the AC units are outside the back decks and if they are running, it gets loud.The place itself is GREAT!
