We have noise monitoring devices that will alert us if the noise is an issue. We also have neighbors who will alert us if noise becomes an issue. Other than the need for our guests to play and enjoy the outdoor space at a reasonable volume, our house rules are pretty standard. No pets, no smoking, don't burn the house down. That kind of thing. We DO NOT allow pets. We love animals and we know you love yours, but we cannot afford the cost to clean and maintain furniture and interiors associated with allowing pets.
