Amazing

Place was in a fantastic location, spotlessly clean, very quiet. The entrance was clean and welcoming. Great shower, comfortable bed. Very secure building, all very clean and well kept. Bumped in to the cleaners one day and they were very lovely. Amazing value for money. Able to request a late check out for a small fee. Security deposit given back immediately after check out whereas with others I have waited over 28 days. The Castle collection is my favourite place to go for when I need to stay in the city

Excellent, comfortable stay. Brilliant location.

It was very clean, warm and spacious. We felt very safe with the double locked doors.

We thought maybe there could’ve been some tea, coffee and sugar available.

Perfect location, perfect weekend :)

The location was perfect, within 5 mins of the Cavern Quarter/Liverpool One/Docks area. Surrounded by plenty of places to eat and drink. Ideal location to base yourself for exploring the city. It is located in a busy nightlife area but our apartment was 117, top floor so no issues with outside noise. Highly recommend.

The only thing that was a bit off-putting was an odd smell in the bathroom, only in the morning and evening, however as we were out most of the time it was OK.

The apartment was in a perfect position - spotless - the bed was so comfy - v happy with the stay

All very straightforward

There was a very strong smell in the main entrance and when we entered the apartment it smelt of Chinese food. I did expect noise from the street outside however the sound of bottles being tipped into bins seemed to happen all through the night and early morning which was quite annoying. Still highly rate the apartment great value for money just need earplugs next time.

Amazing accommodation!!

Everything! The location was perfect. Right in the centre and next to a sainsbury shop to purchase the little things you need . Very spacious, for me and my husband, and felt very comfortable and warm.

The only thing that annoy me was the noise from the bars emptying their glass bins almost every hour on a Saturday night. It was not the accommodation/ hotel problem, but that was the only issue I had.

There was an extremely loud noise that came from the bathroom. There must be some sort of water pump damage that needs to be replaced. Whenever the sink, shower, toilet is run, there pump is extremely loud for a few minutes.

Location ideal for town centre. Apartment massive and very clean. Very comfy and quiet. Cannot fault it.

Amazing apartment, we will definitely come again.

The property was amazing, we were highly impressed. The furnishing and decor was lovely. The beds were comfy. The living room/dining room was huge. We had everything we needed.

Superb location, big apartment, comfortable beds, good, clean bathrooms. Greatly appreciated early check in and free storage for bags after checkout. Both of these are unusual and a huge help.

Not providing the most basic kitchen staples: salt, pepper, sugar, not to mention coffee, tea. It's ridiculous to have to buy salt, pepper, and sugar for a short stay. No bedside lamps or light switches. Noisy plumbing system, variations in shower temperature (adequately hot but slightly low for my preference).

bad housekeeping and maintenance broken table in room 103 badly cut my leg A very loud hot water system not informed by the property before check in. blocked toilet, had to move rooms. staff accused us of blocking an already blocked toilet.

I loved it

Amazing spacious flat with a very nice soft bed and an incredible view from the 4th floor. Check in via key box was super easy, finding the location was not a problem at all. The bathroom is nice, the shower gets hot after a while. Washing machine, microwave and oven all worked perfectly fine. The TV is huge and apparently connected to Netflix but I didn't try to use it. The WiFi signal is strong. The living room/kitchen area is quite large and can be heated via a small electric radiator. The bed was comfy and had one big blanket on a double bed (might be important for people traveling together) When calling the agency because I had trouble opening the doors (my fault) they were super friendly and polite. Tip for future gentle travellers: don't be too gentle on the front door! Use your whole body weight to open after putting in the PIN. The door gets stuck sometimes and if you don't use enough force you won't get in.

If I really need to find something to complain: I would have loved a cozy blanket for the cold leather couch.

What a little gem of a place!

Where to start! Clean, fresh, warm, well finished, attention to detail, excellent location, responsive staff, deposit back within a few hours, well equipped for what we needed, comfy bed, lovely big shower, fluffy warm towels, parking discount, secure building, excellent value for money.......absolutely marvellous! Only booked 1 night, wish we'd done the whole weekend. Go and get yourself a breakfast/brunch/lunch at Brunchin, just around the corner. Deary me, what absolute pleasure, the gelato in the shop downstairs is also quite exceptional. Will definitely be back.

Downsides - noisy water system but pre-warned and not that bad. Needs a new corkscrew as the bottle opener bit is too worn to work BUT there a bottle opener bit on the tin opener, so again, not that bad. Needs some softer lighting in the bedroom, lamp or dimmable main light, waaaaaay too stark or totally dark. Take your own salt/pepper/tea/coffee/milk etc, not a negative, just be aware they aren't provided but there's a Sainsburys right next to the front door.

Great price. Great location. Large and loads of room. Worth the money. This accommodation should be scoring top marks but it's not.

Silly things including maintenance problems and cleaning issues. Bulbs out lots of bulbs over the property. Door closers need adjusting to stop slamming when people go in and out. The grill was not cleaned after the last person to rent the property. All little things that let the scores drop.

Brilliant - would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location was brilliant for shops, restaurants and bars which was what we were looking for in a city break. We'd been warned that being in a nightlife area could mean that there was street noise but with the windows closed we didn't hear anything and got a great nights sleep when we came back at night.

There was really very little not to like. The Saniflow unit in the bathroom was noisy but that's the nature of the beasts and can't be helped. The one and only thing that I'd say could reasonably be done to make things better is the addition of some bedside lamps as it's a bit of a pain having to get out of bed and turn the main room light on and off if you need some light in the night.

Good Central Apartment

• great position • good size • comfortable bed • modern clean bathroom, big shower recess • kitchenette looks like it has every you need, including oven and hot plates, but we only used the kitchen for drinks, and light breakfasts • good eating places close by • parking not far away,, discounted with pre booking, easy to organise • communication by management very good

Hooks hooks hooks. PLEASE! One criticism I have with this good apartment, (and so many other apartments too), is not having anywhere to hang toiletries bags in the bathroom. And nowhere hang clothes etc in the bathroom. Would recommend •several hooks in the bathroom! • AND.. hooks in hall and/or bedroom for hanging coats, scarves etc. Shower Although it was good to have a non slip bath mat in the large shower recess, it needs a second bath mat and, ideally, a grab rail at the end as you step in and out. For safety and to reduce falls risk. Lighting Lighting wasn't great: There were no bedside lamps. Only ceiling downlights in living/kitchen area. Would strongly recommend • floor lamp in living room • bedside lamps Bedroom The blind gives privacy but let light in. Would recommend • block out blinds in bedroom TV didn't work (we tried new batteries in the remote control but still didn't work)

Great choice for a short stay.

Our first visit to Liverpool. Accommodation is central for exploring. Apartment facilities were great. City supermarket next door to the entrance.

Toilet flush noisy. Liverpool weather was unusually hot and sunny during our stay (around 30c) and so we had to leave the windows open as no no AC. Our apartment backed onto a service road/lane where bin lorries picked up litter and glass bottles from very early in the morning; as a result it was noisy. This might not be so much of a problem if, under normal circumstances, we had been able to close the windows at night?

Arrived to find kitchen floor dirty. Very noisy. We had to keep all the windows shut and it was still noisy.The flat looked out onto a service road for local bars Glass recycling from 6am-9am daily. Very loud. Street sweeper in morning loud. Beer barrel delivery 9am loud From 9pm glass bottles would be thrown into large recycling paladins. Very noisy Inside the flat the toilet has a very loud macerator. You can hear the next door flat's macerator too. The blinds in the bedroom do not block out the light. Shower was mouldy I emailed the host after the first night with all of these problems. I asked to move apartments I did not receive any response.

This is a very spacious and comfortable apartment in an ideal location.

Could do with a couple of bedside lamps. Also, maybe a floor lamp in the living room to give a cosier feel at night.
