Great location

Nice warm welcome by reception. Clean comfortable room. Chloe who did the spa treatments was brilliant, as was the welcome at the spa area. Good selection at breakfast. Massive beautiful bathroom and well appointed room.

Pool area is tiny and looked tired. Restaurant menu at night, had little selection and felt it was over priced. We had intended to eat in, having had a long journey, but we waited so long for someone to come and get our order, that we gave up & walked out. The restaurant was incredibly quiet. I've never walked out of any restaurant in my life! We tried to order cocktails in the upstairs lounge bar, but was told that only 1 member of staff in the whole hotel could do them? We changed bars, a nice Irish bar tender made them. The male waiting staff at breakfast were attentive and welcoming.

Good time apart from being in the hotel in the evening

Good location near centre of Liverpool. Great bathroom

Was up until 4am as loud bass music could be heard from bars/clubs from outside. Ruined the stay. Bed was not comfortable for me

Overall good location, but the hotel is in need of a refresh.

Good location

Poor workmanship within the rooms, loose taps, toilet seat, sanitary wear. Unable to open the windows and the whole hotel needs a refresh, walls are marked, carpets stained and windows are falling to bits.

⛔️ Don’t stay here if you want sleep ⛔️

Location was good

We were put in a room where there was a nightclub underneath and the stop playing music at 3am. I rang reception where they told me there was nothing they could do but knew of the issue!!!! Needs to be some pre warning regarding this when booking. We had no sleep and the only thing they offered was a fee breakfast.

Great staff, building and rooms a bit dingy and on need of some tlc. Spa also a bit rough around the edges but lovely massage.

Would totally recommend !!

Location is brilliant - Victoria st car park right across road (£13 for 24hrs). Less than 5 mins walk from all bars, clubs, restaurants, shops - 10mins to docks. Hotel is lovely, staff super helpful. Rooms spacious, beds very comfy. No negatives at all …

Expensive but if you weigh up car parking distance and location it’s probably on par ..

Lovely stay just a tiny bit cold

-Very clean -Nice staff (especially Raymond - very polite) - nice breakfast - amazing restaurant (the servers know what they are talking about and can make recommendations)

The AC heater wasn’t working E04 on the thing meant it wasn’t a fault in just my room but all the rooms. It was a bit cold. However did get two oil heaters which had little effect during the night

The spa but it wasn’t in with the price when booking the hotel

We were giving a disabled room first , got upgraded to a suite . The suite was freezing we had to sleep with a robe on us . Rang staff nothing done , I had to go down

Emplacement Bâtiment classieux aux volumes théâtraux Magnifique cage d'ascenseur Bonne insonorisation

Tarif élevé pour un SPA exiguë et dont le revêtement est extrêmement dégradé (carreaux mosaïques décollés et déposés partout dans le bassin), seulement 4 chaises longues Personnel peu à l'écoute avec informations inexactes, promesses non tenues quant à notre changement de chambre motivé par panne de chauffage... Seule solution apportée : une 2me couette sur le lit et un chauffage d'appoint sur roulettes pour 2 nuits consécutives Pas d'excuse et 0 geste commercial, à éviter vraiment pourtant nous sommes très conciliants d'ordinaire

Our room was right by the nightclub we had no sleep at all due to the noise, we felt as though we were in the nightclub it was that loud!

Nice just needed a bit better customer service.

Nice, clean, good facilities, really nice room. Great night staff (sajeel?)

Room was cold. Our left over room service food was left outside the room (as advised) overnight and until mid morning want taken until we spoke to reception. Spa was expensive for what it was, friends had a great massage mine wasn’t great.

Super comfortable stay, will be looking to stay again

Friendly and excellent customer service. Bed was very comfortable.

Although it did not bother me, it would have been nice to be informed that there was a bar on the street right outside the room that didn't close until 3am that may have disturbed our sleep. Only one sanitary bag was available in the bathroom.

Not recommended

The spa facilities were very very very poor. The sauna was cold. The swimming pool was freezing and the tub or spa pool. The real little one was freezing and all the tiles were floating in the water.

Fabulous

Great location. Staff incredibly friendly - we got a welcome cookie which was warm and delicious. Beds very comfy. Quiet at night. Lovely waterfall shower and proper hair dryer.

Disappointed with the calibre of the double tree.

The room was grey and cell like. The high windows offered zero view of anything. The room bathroom had a musty smell that came back each time you closed the bathroom door. The cracked floor tiles in the bathroom meant we needed to have towels down for the start due concerns over sharp edges.

Disappointed, chose the hotel because of the good experience we’ve had in the past at the Hilton. Would not stay here ag

Location. Check in was very warm. Night manager was very efficient.

Breakfast very limited, we don’t eat pork. Cooked food under done, other guests complained. Day staff didn’t listen or really appreciate the situation we were put in when the police had to be called to remove our neighbours and then lied saying they had checked out. Spa area very disappointing, not worth £25 per hour.

Very nice, clean and friendly

Great location, lovely spacious room, big bed, large bathroom. Lovely staff, special touch and warm cookie on arrival! Nice buffet breakfast also.

Over £220 a standard room for the night just seems so excessive! But that’s the way of the world now I suppose.

overpriced, outdated rooms absolute shame for Hilton brand

absolutely northing to say about this hotel.

Rooms we outdated and old, very dark very very basic facility in the room. not even a water bottle for £361 pound room. breakfast is so basic I could have had better ones at outside café.

We were in a room that backed onto an alley and there was a bar in the alley playing very loud and banging music till the early hours which affected our sleep

Lovely room, close to centre

Room was lovely and had a beautiful bathroom. I dont think the heating was working but heaters were in the room and kept it warm.

Breakfast - we went down to eat about 10:15 and there was not a lot left and staff were very slow to refill the hot breakfast buffet and also the juices. We had to ask. The sausages looks lovely but were under cooked (very slimey) which was disappointing.

Very calm room cozy my partner watched tv while I was at a concert.food good at brekkie (breakfast).a very enjoyable stay

I would have liked breakfast free and a complementary bottle of wine .all round thanks for cookie each and sweetmeat dessert too.enjoyed accessibility shower and green tea and all coffee drinks

Average but good location

Location is great for the city centre.

The building is a little old as are the rooms. You have to pay £20 per person to use the pool which I don’t agree with when you are already paying for the hotel. The pool and spa itself could do with an update.

Happy - could not be better located for town centre, AND parking - bang opposite, secure and cheap.

All the staff were frankly exceptional, from GM to the night person. Its like a mini international community, Phillipino, Spanish, Italian, Indian, Sri Lankan, Australian, oh, and a few scousers ! ... Great to see all working together so happily.

Utilities/rooms a bit dated, but issues dont overly bother us when staff are so nice.
