The master suite is located on one side of the living room and the guest suite is located on the other side of the living room. There is a full sized washing machine and dryer in the kitchen. ******* NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.
