The Property is Located at 30 Corine Lane In The Singleton By The Beach Community Mid Island On Hilton Head Elegant Seaside Home With Access To Private Community Beach * 5 Bedrooms * 6 Full Baths * Over 3000 Sq ft ***Private Pool (additional charge for pool heat) This fantastic Charlestonian style home is located in one of Hilton Head Islands youngest seaside communities, and is just a short walk (approximately 700 yards) to the beach. In addition to the beach you will enjoy the Chaplin Oceanside park just 100 yards away. Within walking distance of the house you will find tennis courts, basketball courts, bike trails, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, a playground, beach parking, and restrooms. If you are not familiar with the Singleton Beach area it is located mid island right between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surf watch Resort (which are both very popular resorts on the island. It's mid island location makes it convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head Island, and Bluffton have to offer. The areas best restaurants, shopping, and recreational amenities are all a short bike ride away. "Bordered by a tidal inlet, Singleton beach is one of the least crowded beaches on the island. For a bite to eat or a refreshing break from the sun, just steps away is Coco's on the Beach, known for their frozen drinks and grilled menu fare." There is a golf cart beach shuttle service that runs Sunday-Friday 9 am till 5 pm from Memorial Day till Labor day. We enjoyed our stay every room had its own bathroom which was a plus. The property manager, Tony was available whenever we had a question.

We competed in the 65 and older tennis State Championships. Five members of the team (along with their wives) stayed in the home. It was the perfect location for us. We’re an elderly group (all in our late 60’s and early 70’s) so it was nice to have nice comfortable rooms, beds and private washrooms. The sitting area was also very roomy and comfortable. We opted to eat out for all of our meals and spent most of the day on tennis courts; however, it was nice to have a comfortable house to come home to at the end of a very active and tiring day. Would definitely rent this home again.

Had issues with the AC & it was resolved VERY quickly!
A few suggestions would be to have some more kitchen items, blankets, actual beach chairs instead of camp chairs & an umbrella would be great!

The house was really nice, the rooms are huge, the bunk beds were all big enough for adults to sleep in, we had a group of 12 adults there to golf and it really didn't feel crowded at all. It's also such a short walk to the beach, I didn't realize how fast it would be to get there. The beach itself was great, and there's a little tiki bar very close by as well. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here in the future, thanks again.

My nephew and his fiancee were married in an afternoon ceremony on HHI. This location was a perfect fit for our a large family because each of the bedrooms had it's own bath. Everyone had their own space which was very nice.

We were booked the weekend that Ian was coming ashore, the property manager responded quickly to my many safety questions so we ended up having a beautiful weekend when Hilton Head was not very crowded. The house had plenty of room, plenty of dishes and utensils. The pool was cleaned of leaves and debris from the storm, so we were able to use it also. There are quite a few doors on the lower level which made for some challenging moments but once again the property manager came through.
The only thing I would recommend is giving each bathroom a “litte love”; sink and tub stoppers were missing or not functioning, towel bars and hooks need added or replaced, toilet paper holders need replaced/repaired, and handles on main floor bathroom cabinet need replaced.

other than the distance to the beach the house was very nice, clean, and everything pictured. the walk/drive to beach access was not ideal with kids but we still had a great time.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood. There were plenty of bedrooms and bath rooms for our family of 15 people. The swimming pool area was all shaded, would have enjoyed if sun during the day. The beach was about .7 of a mile away. I would have preferred to be closer. There was a golf cart service provided by a young high school student who did an outstanding job getting us to and from the beach. Great location for groceries and restaurants.

The house exceeded our expectations as soon as we walked in! It was beautiful and the beds were extremely comfy. Each bed had a set of towels bundled together and each bathroom had a small bag a toiletries which was a very nice surprise! The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes on a low traffic road but you get access to a beach that is not nearly as crowded as others. We did have an issue with the door lock for the downstairs however the host sent someone the next morning to fix it and was very quick with his communication! Plenty of plates/utensils and cooking supplies as well as beach chairs/supplies. If we go to HH again I would absolutely stay here!

We paid to have the pool heated since it was early April and this turned out to be the best decision as everyone enjoyed the pool every day. An added bonus for the kids was that the playground was a very short walk from the property. The property manager responded to our requests promptly (smoke alarm was beeping when we arrived). We did replace the can opener and buy some additional dish towels. There were plenty of dishes and silverware, however, pots and pans were old and cooking utensils were sparse. We would definitely book this property again!

I really love the location and the neighborhood. I look forward to renting again and planning accordingly.

The main living quarters of the home were nice and comfortable. The beds were really comfortable! The lower level pool/rec area is in desperate need of cleaning and repair. The screen that separates the outside from the lower staircase that leads into the house was completely ripped out and bugs/flies were all over the place. There were several burned out light bulbs (garage and some bedrooms) that made it frustrating for our guests. The back patio needed a good power wash. Good location.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the home spacious with lots of room to accommodate our families. It is within a 1 mile driving distance to food shopping and convenience stores you may need. We rented bikes and found it easy to navigate and explore the area. A community park is located across the street with tennis courts and soccer fields. A safe bike path is also accessible . A beautiful home located within walking distance to the beach. Our family was very comfortable in this home. The beds were extremely comfortable and the home spacious with lots of room to accommodate our families. It is within a 1 mile driving distance to food shopping and convenience stores you may need. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had trouble with the showers and the temperature of the water, the room with the patio chairs and garage was locked, and the door left unlocked downstairs had garbage left in it
