Great Hotel!

The Team was great very helpful and kind. The breakfast was very good The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Goed hotel om Amsterdam te verkennen

Een mooi hotel met uitstekende ligging om Amsterdam te verkennen. Openbaar vervoer bevindt zich in de nabijheid. Veel parkeermogelijkheden in de straat (betalend).

De kamers zijn zeer gehorig. Meerdere keren wakker geworden door de buren.

Great location just outside of the main city area. Lovely to come home to at the end of a long day.

I liked the location of the hotel close to the trams, museums and local shops. The breakfast was generous and the kitchen was able to cater gluten free. I enjoyed the lounge downstairs. Great that there is a lift. A welcome basket of treats was in my room on arrival. The room was clean and well serviced every day.

The receptionist was mean and not eager to help the client. Tired face during all out interactions with him and 0 servicial. The carpet from the room was dirty

A great stay, I would definitely go back

The room is very comfortable and super clean. Excellent breakfast.

the room and bathroom are small but everything you need is there. The price is too high for a single room. The stairs are very small.

it was a wonderful stay, I loved the breakfast! Amsterdam is a beautiful city!

it was very clean and comfortable

I had to point out that the safe was not working which should be picked up by staff. I was fortunate that there was an availability to move me.

Comfortable hotel in quiet location but close to trams. Also short walk to museums. Helpful friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere, warm - and a bath! Perfect. Only downside was door banging quite early each morning.

Calm, nice hotel close to city center

Breakfast was very good. Fresh fruits, cheese and tea and coffe. Everything was enough and clean. There were options for vegan and vegeterian as well. The hotel scene was beautiful, hotel itself decoration was very very nice. Hotel and my room was very clean and tidy. Also whole day coffee in a beatifully decorated saloon was a very good part of the hotel. After a busy day it is nice to drink tea in a calm nice room is priceless.

There is a walk of 10-15 minutes to museimplan, the scene was nice and no hurries so not a problem for me but keep in mind.

Superb

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was small but very clean, with modern furniture and bathroom fixtures. The breakfast buffet was great, with a wide range of offerings. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Excellent location, not supercheap but good value for money still.

Location is excellent, short walk from Amsterdam Zuid, but you can also take bus or tram. Just 10 minutes walk and you are at Van Baerlestraat and Museum Square. Ideal, so you can skip the Central Station and the horrible Dam area with massive amounts of tourists and awful shops. The area is clean and quiet, so no disturbance during the night. The bedroom windows could be opened, always a big plus.

Not a lot, it would be good to add an extra mirror in the room itself (we had a 3-person room), so that when the bathroom is occupied, others still have a mirror.

The staff, location and a very comfy bed.

The bathroom is small and both mornings people started to wake up at 5 which was a bit noisy.

loved the staff, shame to know the room was not as clean as I thought.

The staff - lovely, welcoming, helpful and friendly

Found pubic hair on my mattress!! Made me feel sick. The bathroom was super clean but the mattress sheets, clearly not fresh ones. The lack of sound proofing - I could hear someone going to the toilet and people walking above me. People walking past my room. Outside people were shouting, maybe drunk, at around midnight and beyond.
