Location is awesome! Darling harbour is just 3 min walk, and many city attractions are walking distance.
Room is reasonably spacious. For a family of 3 we didn't feel cramped.
Kitchen area included is convenient. And it is stocked with the essentials (dishes etc).
Bathroom is a bit compact, but usable.
There is a washing machine and dryer provided.
Reception is up a flight of stairs so lugging bags up/down during checkin/checkout was not fun. The elevator does go down to street level, but that access is disabled. This should be rectified at least for checkin/checkout.
Washing machine and dryer are provided but no detergent is provided. No one's going to buy an entire box for 1-2 uses - so it should have been provided.

The noise from the street was terrible. We were on level 4 and the windows needed double glazing at a minimum.

The location was good, walking distance from attractions.
Heater was only effective on top area.
The cloth dryer's door latch was not good.
You have to lift your heavy luggage as entry is from stairs.

The location in the city next to Darling Harbour is excellent. Lots of public transport and restaurants.
It is a very noisy location and the traffic goes almost all night. The apartment is split level so you need to go upstairs for the toilet. The toilet seat was very old and the plastic was blistered. It was not hygienic and needed to be replaced. The apartment is old and getting tired.

The best about the Metro is the location and the reception staff—they’re very accommodating and friendly. Always have a smile and ready to help.
The children love that the they can watch YouTube on the small tele.
There were no dishwashing soap to clean our dishes.
They have microwave though which I didn’t expect

Very good situated in Darling harbour, next train station quite close. Big appartment on two floors.
Window not properly sealed, overall the place is in need of renovation.

The second floor is not safe for little kids. Towels are dirty.

Booking was made for 3 adults. Not informed the third bed was a sofa bed. Towels for two only. Had to get extras from reception. Was not informed about the steps up to the bedroom and bathroom.

First walking through the stench of bleach throughout the apartment. The pictures definitely need to be updated at it needs a whole new renovation as they are outdated. We had 3 adults staying and provided with 2 of everything not the 3. On a positive a note the beds were comfortable.

The location was ideal for sight seeing. Foxtel.
Being made aware of stairs to bedroom would have been handy. Bathroom was very dated and with mold around bath edge and the surface of bath was worn and stained and didn't feel I could bath in it. Toilet cistern was away from the wall so a gap behind it. Just not a very pleasant experience. Unit in need of desperate refurbish especially the bathroom. Traffic noise was very loud as well.

loved the duplex bedroom. the view was amazing, the facilities were good. would stay again!
the only downside was actual location it was situated at. by a crossroads with traffic lights. The cars accelerating all night and beeping their car horns….LITERALLY ALL NIGHT. I did not sleep well. Added to that they were doing roadworks on the traffic lights which was also all night. a pneumatic drill started up at 1.30am and continued for hours. that was the Friday night. They had finished by Saturday afternoon thanks goodness.
When I complained about the road noise and roadworks, the staff at reception could not have been more concerned and caring. Although unable to stop the noise, they sent up some Prosecco and 2 boxes of chocolates for the kids. A very nice gesture. It was much appreciated!

Rooms are so old and in miserable condition. Rusty kettle that could not be used. Microwave in the same condition cannot be used due to rust.
Mattresses for bed and sofa bed are so bad and leave you with back pain next morning. Bathroom needs to be renovated NOW as it is in extremely bad condition and all very dirty. We ended up having cockroaches in the room. Photos attached as proof.
Staff promised a full refund as compensation, however paid only the night that we ended up not staying in due to the above reasons, and availability of other options in the same area with same price and location proximity. NEVER to go back again even for free.

missing towel and pillow (both rectified)
broken shower head
