Spacious good location
Found previous persons jeans behind the chair & dirty towel in the cupboard

The room itself was very well appointed. Large bed, well decorated and comfortable.
The bathroom was looking quite shabby and not the cleanest. Obvious repairs had been made, and lots of grout had gone black/brown.

Location
The bathroom was unclean with mold on ceiling the rooms also had mold on the walls. This was a very unpleasant stay it made my son's asthma worse. I informed staff and they just replied with sorry for the experience.

Booked room with 2 double beds as 2 adults and 2 16 year olds were staying. Ended up with a double, a single and a camp bed.

I really enjoyed my stay here. As a solo female traveller I felt safe in the hotel and in the neighbourhood. Location is good as you're about a 25 minute walk from most of the tourist areas. If you're looking to be a bit closer to the action then this might not be the place for you but the walk is really nice as you go past lots of cute shops and restaurants. My room was clean, comfortable, a great size, and had everything I needed except for a fridge, but I knew that when booking. Can't complain!
Only thing that was weird was how they make the beds, as some other reviewers have mentioned. The sheets aren't really tucked in but are just kind of laid out on top of the mattress. It was weird but I just tucked it in myself, no big deal.

Centralized
The corridor on the B level stinks of stuffiness and the carpet is old and not swept. It needs a face lift or n my opinion. A bad odor meets you as you get out of the lift into the corridor

It was clean. I liked having 3 separate beds in the room. Location wasn't too far from the city but did have to uber.
The female staff were not as friendly as the male staff (big discrepancy here). Lifts take a while. The curtains in our room didn't fully close. Wish it was closer to the city centre.

The hotel says they have elevators. But what they don't tell you is that they have family rooms that you have to go up and down several stairs. They are old Rickey stairs also.

We had room for 4 and it was really big. Actually there were two rooms. Also very big bathroom. Bed was good to sleep. Very clean.
No parking. No view as our room was in basement.

Location central and very convenient for our purposes. Hospital visit.
Arrangement with local car park also a great bonus. Discounted fee.
Breakfast. Yea coffee and bread selection good. Hot food however disappointing. Egg’s especially. Scrambled egg inedible

Location is about 10 minutes walk from the city center, or there is public transport fairly close. Taxi to or from the city center is around 10 Euro. It is a modern hotel refurbished a few years ago. It has a restaurant and bar on the ground floor. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in, and the bathroom was excellent.
Room cost and breakfast were expensive but that may be true of all hotels in Dublin. Breakfast is not included in the rate, so I preferred to walk into the city and buy it there.

The rooms were quiet and comfortable.
The front desk staff was not friendly. Many employees seemed new and had difficulty providing basic information. It may have been a language barrier. Carpet in the rooms was stained and needed cleaning. Our room was not ready at 3 pm. The neighborhood is sketchy. Lots of junkies.

stayed twice. first time was on floor 1. way too much traffic noise and A/C did not work. second time on upper floor was much better.
no wash rags in the rooms. both stays had to go to the desk to ask. also parking is bit of a walk, with no in/out privileges. Also no good place at the hotel to pull car up to load/unload.

Super comfy beds and pillows, big spacious room, parking was a 5min walk away
Our room was in the B block, and our windows were slightly below the lounge off reception which meant there was always a bit of light coming in around the gaps in the edges of the curtains, not close to the main bars and restaurants but not far by taxi

Ryan - the night desk person - was so welcoming and so helpful when we arrived around 6am. He definitely made an excellent first impression for the hotel.
The shower controls and enclosure was a little odd for us, but we figured it out.

The room was a little bit small for a family and the carpet feels outdated and is bad for asthma
