Hotel as Nice as the city its in, Prague !!!

David at reception was wonderful & accommodated our request with a lovely smile. Location is in the city centre square, you aren there in the middle of all the. happening.

Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit von Freitag-Montag.

Die Lage ist perfekt für Sightseeing und Party Sehe nah zur Altstadt und Karlsbrücke. Direkt gegenüber ist das Duplex (Disco). Die Matratzen waren fest und gut. Nicht durchgelegen.

Definitiv keine 4 Sterne. Altbacken und in unserem Zimmer hat es ein bisschen komisch manchmal gerochen.

Sehr gute Lage

Das Hotel ist in einer guten Lage und das Personal war freundlich. Zimmer waren sauber.

Die Fenster zur Straße waren etwas 'undicht'. Sodass man morgens die Leute/Autos vom gegenüberliegenden Club hören konnte. Aber alles in allem war das Hotel wirklich in Ordnung.

Prague is a very nice place to visit but no thanks to this hotel. definitely no 4 star. more 2 star.

The beds are comfortable. The AC is good. The bathroom is acceptable. size of room and high ceiling. Location is great but the underground and the buses are very efficient and you can get around very easily in Prague .

I am not the kind of person who complains but this is an exception and I had to do it. There is no reception desk on the property. Carpet is very old and dirty. smells like sewage. You cannot smell the room on the photo... Towels dirty and stained. furniture very old and overused. minibar door broken, staff reception in another property 100 meters away . Staff do not care if you are alive until the end of your stay when they block your electronic key without notice. We had to ask them to re activate the electronic card to get our luggage from the room.. Too expensive for the price . Booking .com priced my 5 night stay at 473 euro including all local taxes and I ended up paying 506 euro when I arrived at the hotel at 11.00pm because the hotel payment is done on check in not directly via booking.com.. They charge you a lot for currency exchange when booking.com price should be final. Will never recommend this hotel.

Amazing stay! Would go back

The location was great, it was within close distance to everything. The rooms were big and spacious Daily cleaning of beds and towels with the environmentally friendly option of no towel change

Sometimes the daily room clean was quite late in the day, around 2/3pm Only downside of the location is how noisy it can get outside, especially at night Reception is currently at a different hotel

We had a window facing the street and there was unreal noise in the morning, but this does not affect the hotel and it is a tax for living in the center

Very good

The location was perfect - right in the centre. We walked to all the key central attractions with ease. The room and bathroom were spacious. It was just what we needed. Nothing too modern or glamorous but clean and comfortable and safe. We had delays at the airport so it was good to have helpful staff there 24 hours a day.

Very good

The location was perfect, close to metro , square, and shops. Stuff very friendly , and the room was big and clean 👌🏻

There wasn't any coffee or tea bag to make it I would expect it to be included.

If I go to Prague, I will reserve this hotel. Hope I will be able to get a better price.

Unfortunately, there were no bottles of water, tea bags, or coffee available in the room. These amenities are typically expected and appreciated by guests, as they provide convenience and comfort during their stay.

A pleasant hotel in an excellent location.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff in the reception area were very helpful and friendly.

Exceptional

It was my second stay in this hotel. Location is just perfect. I had no breakfast, so I cannot comment it. Room size, all the atmosphere of hotel is very sympatic for me. This time I had room oriented not to wencels square and it was the best - during night it was so quiet place - in the heart of Prague! Many thanks. I will come again.

Excellent location, disappointing service

The location was the best thing about this place. It is central and accessible in multiple ways.

I will disregard the (extremely) loud cleaning staff, the poorly located reception, and the rather uncomfortable mattress. The *one* thing that earns this place a "do better" comment from me is the cleanliness. In a five-day stay, I requested the room to be refreshed on only two occasions, and on each of those occasions, the only thing that was addressed was fresh towels. The bathroom was never properly cleaned, the bed sheets were not changed, th room was clearly not vacuumed, etc... Their ideas of room service is simply to haev new towels. Conclusion: Do better (preferably quietly).

Nice & comfortable

I was only passing by to Berlin and arrived very late near midnight. The location is great and staff was friendly. The hotel is a bit old-fashioned but it is a proper hotel with high ceilings and good bed and bath. It's a little aged, however, other than that it was a good stay.

Across the hotel, there is a disco running until late, so it gets noisy.

The reception is in another hotel and it a little confusing. For hotel with 4 stars I would expect more.

Very Bad! beneath criticism! Should report to Sanitation Department.

Location only! Very bad hotel.

1. Guy at the reception was unpleasent and unpationt. 2. Hotel refused to split the charge into 2 credit cards of each guest. Had to pay in cash. 3. Smoke smell at the room. 4. Mini bar didnt work and had very bad smell of mold (see pictures). 5. Towels, so called "clean", with stains. 6. It says 24/7 reception but the phone is not working and to go to recetion at middle of the night is not pleasent. 7. Reception is not under the hotel. You have to go out and pass 3 hotels on the street to get to it. 8. No cleaning the whole stay. Dirty cups. Have to go to reception to get "clean" towles. 9. No loby.
