Location was good, metro and trainstation is nearby. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Hotel is very "tired", not very clean, ants ran around .
10.0
The best location in Milan (near a metro station and very close to a famous shopping street), while the rooms are not expensive. The hotel is good value for money, and the staff acts friendly and polite.
No lift for the luggages but the staff are very friendly and polite so they carry the luggages upstairs with you.

Location is great - close to the centrum and train station, metro station 10 min. walk, fast food, cafes or groceries nearby.
Place looks old, we didn't have hot water and cold water in the shower didn't drain, there are only sheets and cold wind blows through the window. No heating. In the night (september) I was wearing all I've got to get warm.

Location, was good 200 meters from the tube, and a supermarket just round the corner
Ignore previous reviews, this hotel does not serve breakfast, a real deal breaker.

The insulation is not very good, you could hear the other rooms.

It was economical
It was not very clean, the bathroom was very small, the furniture were not of good quality, the duvet was untidy, the shower screen was very untidy, the window blinds were dusty. The rooms were on the first floor and there was no lift. There is basically only one guy running the entire property. This is not a 3 star hotel as listed, this is a 1 star property.

My friend's bag was stolen which had her passport. Staff didn't take the soft copy of passport for verification and insisted to show original passport only. So we ended up going somewhere else.
Also since staff could only speak italian, it made very difficult to communicate

my girlfriend and I arrived in Milan late at night. It was raining heavily. when we arrived at the hotel, it turned out that when ordering a room, we accidentally chose a single room for a one person and the administrator said that two of us would not be allowed into the room and my girlfriend could go outside. It was 1 a.m. in an unfamiliar city in heavy rain ... We offered him to take another room for two, or take a room for one and pay as for 2 rooms, or take another room for one person, but he was adamant .
the receptionist said that he could not allow us to sleep in a single room together, because the Italian police can come to the room and check .. I’v been to different countries on this planet, but I’v never heard such nonsense.
he demanded for my girlfriend to leave the hotel. When I ask him to give the key to my room, he gave it to me, but when I tried to go up to the room I paid for with my girlfriend, the administrator simply physically blocked our way, demanding to kick my girlfriend out into the street. my girlfriend started crying… and the difficulty was also in the fact that the administrator did not speak either English or Italian. the only word he knew was NO! I demanded that he call the owner of the hotel, but this too he refused to do. after an hour of persuasion, he finally figured out to call some girl who knew English and using her as a translator, we finally managed to persuade the administrator to let the two of us into the room we paid for ..
all night long we were afraid that the administrator would change his mind and force us to leave the hotel or break in with the police ...
the room, by the way, was dirty, there was a smell of cigarettes inside .. the bed was small even milking one person. I am not a tall (1 m 68 cm), but my legs were hanging from the bed. there was no hot water, the built-in hair dryer was broken. the impression of Milan was completely ruined. I strongly advise you NOT to even approach this hotel!

Everything was wonderful except for the breakfast.
It was rather disappointing considering the rank and the quality of the hotel
Breakfast could be much better in quality and offer more services considering the category of the hotel

The room was nice and clean. The bathroom is a little small but clean. Location is great, close to Loreto, where there are M1 and M2 (red and green line).
