Nous n'y retournerons pas

la gentillesse du monsieur à l'accueil

salle de bain minuscule et vétuste il n' y a pas de place entre le toilette et la douche on ne peut pas s'assoir obligé de se mettre sur le cote ou bien sur il y a le lavabo ....bref salle de bain impraticable sans parler de la porte de douche cassée et remplacée partiellement par un rideau ...literie moyenne avec couverture …. l'époque des couvertures est révolue simplement pour une question d'hygiène

Good location but the single room I stayed in needed some cleaning and repairs.

It is in a very good location

My room had mold on the bathroom windows. The flooring in the room was loose.

Good for a short stay

1. Great location - we could easily walk to metro station, bakeries, & restaurants.

1. Size of bathroom was too small. It was very inconvenient to use. 2. Not properly cleaned.

I requested a room woth good view from the window as it was our honeymoon but instead I got a receipt a room with lights

Very central, literally 4-5 minutes from the Gare de l'Est by metro or 10 minutes walking distance. Very nice and helpful team.

I have to say that I had a single room, a very small and not so modern room, BUT it was during fashion week so there was not so much choice left. And it's a 2 Star hotel so it was ok for me.

Pleasant

I liked the area that this hotel was located. Being along a less busy street made it quieter at night. The staff was very friendly.

We happen to be there during a heatwave and there is no air conditioning. Even sleeping with the windows open just wasn't cutting it. The shower was so small I could only move the shower wand to clean with.

Exceptional

Charming Parisian 2 star. Not luxury but clean, comfortable, very quiet, everything you need. Above all the staff were great, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Location is superb, particularly for anyone arriving by Eurostar.

convenient location

the staff was super friendly, you can leave your luggage if you arrive early and if you don’t plan on leaving to the airport until later.

wifi was a bit spotty but it works. the room is pretty small for two twin beds, the bathroom even smaller. if you are facing the street side be prepared to hear a lot of street noise.

The bed was very comfortable and the daily maid service was impeccable. The room had two full length door/ windows on the street; when closed all was completely silent. Although my room was directly across from the elevator I was never bothered by noise outside the room. During my 5 days there were three different guys at the front desk and they were each delightful and helpful.

Very good Wi-Fi in the hotel but not in my room. Bathroom was perfectly clean but old, moldy (smelly), and tiny (at 1.88m could barely sit on the toilet).

Loved the stay and will stay again. The location is great!!

The room was spotless and the beds comfortable....... the staff was awesome. They helped with trains and taxis and location.

Room and bathroom very small. Hotel is shabby but clean. Shower okay although hard to get in and out of. Reception very helpful. Llft very small and scary. We were 5 floors up and the stairs are very steep.

Hotel needs a face lift.

The money you are paying is solely for the location. The facilities and the rooms are very poor.

The location is very good. The neighbrhood is lively with lots if restaurants and bars. You even get a theatre! Very close to the heart of the city. 15 mins walk and you are right into downtown Paris.

The room was horrible. First off, they room key, is an actual physical key! A one that you hand over to the reception desk whenever you leave the hotel and collect it back on your return. Extremely inconnvenient! A modernization into 21st century locks would be nice. The TV remote was held together by a rubber band! The desk lamb switch was wrapped in scotch tape! The towels were beyond beaten and worn out! And some unfinished businees by the carpenter in the cupboard! One more thing, the cable channels aren't working either.
