The location of the hotel is splendid! I had stayed there before so got the room I had expected. It is a well-equipped suite which has a balcony overlooking the street and some pageantry!
I have commented before about the inconvenience of the phone system. This further stay has made it feel worse, not better. My earlier comment was: "There are no longer in-room phones. I had to use my mobile phone for in-hotel communications with reception etc. This was repeatedly inconvenient. I found it all rather too strange an "advance"!" So, one has to make an external call to get through to hotel staff / services or other members of one's journeying party.

Great stay at this hotel, location outstanding, staff were very helpful and professional, will go back for definate.
They ciuld have tried to do the beds properly after our first nights stay as it was when it arrived, also replenishing the coffee & milk in the rooms, people may think this is picky, however other hotels I've stayed in do this with pride, appart from the aforementioned it was a great hotel to stay at...!!

Great location
Phone system had you scan a QR code to reach the front desk, but it didn’t work. No USB ports. Burned out lightbulbs in my room. For what I paid, I thought it should be better quality. Food at the restaurant was terrible.
