Good location right near park and walking street. Great breakfast.
Reception staff were not overly helpful. We had issues with plumbing. Had to change room. Little understanding given in response.

good location, impressive lobby, comfortable bed, great reception team
the breakfast experience was a full let-down, we came one hour before the end of breakfast and there was barely any food left which has not been replenished, another day I ordered some poached eggs, the chef had issues making them and I waited long time, he did not even say anything nor apologise - just dissapeared, also we got a table just by the plate-scraping area where the waiters were clearing up the dirty plates, it was loud and I could almost smell the food behind my back, when I stood up I noticed some food leftovers on the back of my chair - disguisting!
on top of that the room was not the cleanest (see pictures) and it smelled like an old carpet as it had one
