The hotel is conveniently located in the Latin quarter. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple croissants and coffee. Just wasn’t we needed.
The staff was great. And even accommodated a very late check in time. At midnight. They were there to greet us and open the door. So appreciated.

Loved that we got a balcony! And such a nice room in a historic building. Comfy beds. Great Parisian breakfast included. We LOVED the little elevator - the smallest in Paris!

A central location, an old and interesting building
My room was like a cave with only mediocre lighting. my window (dirty net curtains) looked out onto a patch at the back of several buildings and had an impressive collection of potted weeds. No shower curtain, no bath-plug, no kettle.

Excellent localization. The place with atmosphere of Paris.
The room was a little bit dark because of small window. It would be good to know this in advance then I would probably decide to choose a superior one.

The hotel is conveniently placed. The rooms are small, but clean, and very quiet. The staff are helpful. The price is reasonable.
The breakfast was OK, but very ordinary.

Breakfast, staff was kind and helpful and friendly!
Dirty carpets in the room. Maybe it was clean, but really needs to be replaced for the new one. Looks like dirt.

A charming and quirky property that provides a wonderful experience of staying in a 18th century building, which they have managed to retrofit a (tiny) elevator. Lovely staff who were always available to help. Great breakfast (the bread!). Location was great - access to multiple metro lines within a 2 minute walk, passing the creperies and gelato bars

The location was super! Overall, great stay!
Breakfast is very 'okay'. Facilities are 'okay'. Value for money is unsure. I guess you pay for the location mainly.

The hotel location is good near the subway station.
The hotel staff are quite friendly.
The hotel building itself is very old. The entire hotel's environment is very poor and dirty, and the room is very small.
The corridor mattress is very mouldy, and has a strong pungent smell of the mould.
The corridor is also too narrow. It is only wide enough for 1 person to pass through.
The shower drainage system is extremely poor, when we bath a lot of water accumulated very fast.
The toilet is also very cramped.
The janitor did not clean the toilet at all. He/She only cleared the rubbish bin and changed the used towels.
The lift is too small! It can only fit a maximum of two 28 inch luggages placed in 1 row (unable to fit 1 person inside after placing the two luggages). We had to let our two luggages take the lift by itself while we walked down the stairs.
For breakfast, the food provided were: croissant, baguette, tea/coffee, orange juice, yogurt, butter, cheese, jam.
There were no fruits, eggs, vegetables (e.g. salad), meat (e.g. bacon).
No bottled water is provided. There is not even a kettle provided for us to boil our own water.
