The toilets in the reception area where disgusting poo all up the wall one n sick all over the toilet in the other, which took almost 2 days for them to be clean, rooms had peeling walls and the buck bed had what looked like blood on the frame

staff sempre assente, all'interno della camera abbiamo trovato solo due asciugamani grandi, niente asciugacapelli e solo un bagnoschiuma non rimovibile dalla doccia. il lavandino si trova accanto al letto fuori dallo spazio dei servizi, cosa che ho trovato molto scomoda. la zona è poco sicura, ve la sconsiglio, mi sono sentita poco sicura a tornare la sera, nonostante l'hotel si trovi accanto a ben due fermate metro.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, chambre assez spacieuse et propre.

Stayed in 2 x Ibis hotels (Geneva & Paris) very consistent

No Hairdryer in room and when we went to reception none available to rent! No temperature control in rooms!

Clean, friendly staff, convenient location close to bus, metro/underground stations, pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and convenience storws,, with easy access to Paris Periferique road, safe underground parking.

Room had no aircon, and opening the window let too much noise in. Even in February room was too hot to keep the window closed.

Las instalaciones están muy descuidades, nos dieron una habitación con el lavabo roto, pedimos el cambio y la nueva habitación tenía descuadrada la ventana, nefasto.

Great value for what you pay. On the outskirts of Paris, 5 minute walk to the metro and then you’re within the centre in 20ish mins. The room was small as advertised but very clean and comfortable. Every staff member we spoke to was so lovely and helpful too!

Shower room was basic and do with an extra shelf

It was really clean, towels were changed every day.

The room was REALLY small and not convenient at all, there was no wardrobe. The toilet didn‘t even have a lid to be closed, there was no sink in the restroom to wash your hand after using the toilet. The sink in the room didn‘t even have soap, we washed our hand with shower gel. Furthermore, the room doesn‘t have a wardrobe and the bunk bed at the top is really close to the ceiling so I wouldn‘t recommend it to anyone taller than me (I‘m 1,65m) because even I was struggling. You couldn’t lock the bathroom, nor the restroom and there was no lamp at the ceiling to illuminate the whole room at once - you could only illuminate certain areas. There is some nice bars and restaurants nearby, as well as several parks and even a playground. The metro station Saint-Mandé is only a few walking minutes away.

The fact that the room was really small, hot without a fan and open the windows was a NO because of mosquitoes and noise seeing that an express road was in front of the building.

The room has a strange smell and the exhaustion in the bathroom is constantly working, creating a problem to sleep because is very noisy, I think this should be fixed.

The hotel was really good value for money. Staff were helpful at check in and gave us tips on staying safe. The location is very good being close to a metro station, restaurants, supermarkets and patisseries and it was easy to get to Disneyland and all the major tourist attractions. Breakfast was continental with fruit, yoghurt, cereals, croissants, ham, cheese, coffee and juice which made for a great start to each day. Seperate toilet and shower was very convenient and the room was cool during some hot Paris days due to a constant stream of cool air through the ducted air conditioning. Towels were replaced daily and toilet paper topped up as well.

Unfortunately, hotel guests are often very inconsiderate. On two nights, I got woken up by loud conversations in the corridor outside our room, once at 12:30 am and once at 2:00 am. These guests repeatedly opened and closed their doors as well which were very creaky.

Just enough for a good sleep after long days. The location is nice close to line 1 that takes you to most touristic attractions in paris. Very easy to access the highway to the airport. Safe neighborhood. Not very touristic despite the zoo.

Breakfast is not worth it in my opinion. I would recommend eating on nearby restaurants.

The rooms were quite spacious. Unfortunately I can't say much about what I liked about the hotel and the staff but more lacking things which I'm sure they could change and provide better.

The hallway had a bad smell to it. There was no garbage bin in the room we had to bring out the garbage bin from the bathroom to use. There were no soaps for hand washing and we moved the shower gel from the shower to wash our hands. There was some dirty old soaps stuffed into a thing by the shower which was gross. When we arrived there was hair in the shower and on the walls which grossed me out. Also the floor was not cleaned and it was pretty sticky when we were leaving. For the breakfast we paid for our arrival for two adults and a child for 4 days because one day we planned to go out early but one of the days at breakfast a guy came and said with a list that you didn't pay for breakfast it was only two days I really got mad and although I told him how we paid and for how many days he didn't apologized only said ok in a suspicious way. I mean I had three pages of Receipt in the room. It was way out of line. It was very rude. The cantin area was not very clean and the breakfast could be much better. For the amount we paid it could be with breakfast because the room and facilities were not enough. We needed cold water since it was very hot and there was not even a water cooler or something there in the hotel and we had to pay every time for bottled water.

The location is great, close to metro station, walking distance to restaurants and very good value for money. Rooms were cleaned every day, good selection of breakfast and generally ok.

The hotel's lack of attention to detail left a lot to be desired. The torn towels and insufficient quantity provided were just the beginning. The bedside tables were not properly cleaned, and we found hair everywhere in the room and bathroom. Overall, our stay was disappointing, and we cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Not expensive for Paris. Stuff was nice. Wifi works well. 5 min from the station.

Shower is very weak and temperature fluctuates all the time. Nothing in the room, not even a chair, only a plastic stool. I mean, it's cheap for a reason ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯
