Overall the unit more than met our expectations and was well equipped. We only needed to bring in food. It was good sized for 4 and the showers were hot. The walk to the bus stop was short with a small downhill. View from the living was very nice during the snow.

Nicely decorated and comfy for a family of four. Beds were great and they have lots of goodies like spices, laundry soap, etc on hand. We had a great stay!

The property is great, greatly located, it has all the things that you need to have a great stay when you go to the mountain, the only problem we had was with the property management company, the apartment was not clean when we arrived and I had to spend more than 2 hours on the phone with the company for them to send someone to go and clean the apartment that day, it was a really bad way to start your vacation, if they fix that issue then the apartment is really a 5 star place.

We arrived super late and very happy to find everything very clean and beds warm comfortable and ready to get into. We had a very easy time using the trolley going in and out of town. Views were lovely as was the condo. Had everything we needed.

This condo was super cute and very clean. Perfect location for those wanting to go to vail ski mountain. The bus stop is a 4min walk from the condo and it comes every 15min. The only downfall was that we had a hard getting it warm in there. We did find 2 space heaters in the closet we could have used. And the only other complaint was the dryer did not dry well. It doesn't hold very many clothes but yet it took 2 50min cycles on high to get our clothes dry.

We traveled to Vail for my son's soccer tournament and our stay at Timberfalls was wonderful. The condo was clean and we loved that it was not to far from the cities around. We loved the view, the pool, and the tennis courts.

Nice property but in order to be classified as "upscale" the interior deferred maintenance should be resolved. The owners have done a nice job of appointing this unit. Location is excellent and the view is simply amazing and quiet at night. It is time to replace the property management company because they simply do not care.
I arrived to find the building undergoing an exterior painting for the entire week. From 8 AM to 7 PM, the painters were working which included excessive noise of music, talking, yelling, and cussing. Windows, doors, and balcony were covered with plastic and unable to be enjoyed. The management company should not have rented the unit during this period.
The interior of the unit was unclean, with many areas skipped since the previous occupant. Very disappointing.
Despite an August tenant feedback that window screens were missing or busted, these remain a problem. I had even contacted Vacasa prior to my trip and they confirmed these would be repaired and replaced prior to my arrival. They were not.
One morning while I was still sleeping, someone entered the condo despite the guarantee that no one would enter during a rental period due to the pandemic. This intruder claimed to be "maintenance" and quickly exited the unit when he realized I was present. Despite several phone calls to Vacasa for investigation and explanation, local management did not respond and remains unresolved. A privacy/security lock should be added to the entrance door ensuring occupant safety while in the condo.
While Vacasa refunded me their management fee and cleaning fee totaling, they refused to refund or discount any of the rental fee or taxes.

The condo was great and had everything we needed. Location was about 7-10 minutes from Vail Village but the bus was convienient and ran about every 15 minutes until 2 am. Vail skiing was everything we could hope for, amazing views and trails, can't say enough about it! Thoroughly enjoyed our time!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed preparing meals and enjoying the view from the balcony! Would definitely stay at this condo again

Loved this cozy condo. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. The wood fireplace was extra special, as it rained and sitting by the fire was a nice reprieve from the 90s in Denver.

Lovely rustic decorated condo located in quiet area with spectacular Mountain Views Perfect landing place after all day hikes and activities . My only suggestion would be to fix a torn screen off kitchen window , replace missing screen on bedroom window and fix patio screen as it was not on track . All that being said , everything else was good —would definitely rent again

We arrived to a spotless and well appointed condo with a covered deck surrounded by wild flowers, a short walk to private tennis and pool. Another few minutes walk and you are wading in Gore Creek. Lots of easy to follow instructions for security, appliances, media and more. Fabulous Mountain View’s of Colorado evergreens and aspen. Live Entertainment provided by hummingbirds and dozens of other species. A ten minute drive or Uber to Vail Village. Awesome experience. Thanks!

Perfect - except for the dog hair
This is a nice little condo. I agree with all of the previous reviews. The views are beautiful from each window and deck, the condo complex has great amenities with a lovely pool and onsite tennis courts, and the condo is nicely appointed. It has everything you need. The owners stayed at the condo before us and they have a dog. There was dog hair everywhere - on the furniture, rugs, etc. And consequently there was dog hair on all of our stuff. We asked the manager to clean the condo. They came but didn't really clean. Had my son not liked the place so much and the amenities and views not been so nice, we would have left. No other previous reviews mentioned dog hair, so I was surprised. We did see lots of dead flies, that other guests commented on. Also - it was hard to communicate with the management company. They didn't answer their phone or return messages. I sat on hold for 75 minutes to ask a question and eventually gave up and hung up. We messaged them when the condo power went out asking what we should do - we never got a reply. I found them to be largely unhelpful and unresponsive. If you can put up with dog hair and some dirt/dead bugs, this place is perfect. If either of those will bother you, I'd look elsewhere.

Internet is a challenge
During our stay we had difficulties with the internet and cable. Was out for most of the trip. We contacted the property management and arranged for service multiple times with the internet provider (Comcast). As the property is located up the hill ( fairly steep for an older person), the internet signal is weak, so it was a challenge to fix. If you don’t need the Internet and cable then I would highly recommend.

Amazing home
This condo was amazing. Plenty of space, well-decorated, well-equipped kitchen, great views, etc. It felt really homey and cozy. You can tell that the owners have put a lot of thought and effort into the place.
It was an easy bus ride to vail village (10-20mins). I will note that the bus stop is about a 3 min walk semi-uphill from the condo. This was not a problem for us, but might be a problem for someone a little older.
Seriously - this place was amazing. Would highly recommend!

Great place for skiing!
We had a great time on our first trip to Vail. The condo was right on the bus line so getting to/from the slopes was super easy. The condo is nicer than the pictures show. You do have to be hard core to use the hot tub in the winter since it's outside and no where to change! We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Vail.

Excellent Stay!
The condo was a perfect set up for our group. The unit was tastefully decorated, immaculate and cozy. The king sized master bed was super comfortable! Thank you for sharing your home. We hope to return.

Lovely place!
Enjoyed my stay so much! The place is cozy, location is super convenient, and everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The bunk beds need some attention though (one of the side beams was broken) but other than that, lovely place to stay.

Very nice probably even better in summer
Very comfortable and didn't need for anything. Did have a little trouble finding where to take garbage out and killed about 8 flies, which is unusual for winter. The king bed was very comfy but I heard the others were not.

A perfect place to call home for the long Thanksgiving weekend
My younger son and I came to Vail to celebrate Thanksgiving with my oldest son and his gf who work in Vail.
The condo was perfect! We felt home in no time. It was very comfortable. It is nicely furnished with great taste. When looking for small thinks like a vase, or fire start up/matches, or what was needed to cook a Thanksgiving complete dinner, they were rationally located where you would expect to find those at your own home. The stove top and oven were so efficient to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner.
The beds are very comfortable , the condo is very quiet. The view from the living room is quite spectacular, particularly in early mornings when the first sun rays start to illuminate the highest summits.
It was so good to have a very nice fireplace, and plenty of dry wood to burn to make cracking and roaring fires; what a treat for a person born and raised in Switzerland and now leaving in Texas for the last thirty years.
Thanks to the condo owners to make their loving home available to us. It was a perfect and warm home to celebrate the long Thanksgiving weekend with my close family. In spite of the lack of snow, our five nights long stay was so perfect that we felt at home! We really do not want to leave this afternoon.

Overly priced for what it was, would not book again
Cold, cold cold, prepare to be cold. This unit has floor board heaters that cannot get the place comfortable. I am opposed and never used a space heater in my life but when I found them in the closet I had no other choice. I am 100% certain that is reason the unit has them. Then the annoying issue you have is the noise they create when running.
The master bedroom shower does not drain fast enough, so you are standing in a pool of water at your feet. The shower curtain has mold on it and either needs to get washed or replaced.
Now on to the kitchen cookware. I will state I understand this is a rental, however the pots and pans were subpar, however I was able to cook meals. The place I booked last year from another company was a better experience overall.
In summary I would not book this unit again.
