Vraiment très bien.

Emplacement remarquable au cœur du quartier historique à proximité de tout (musées, monuments, gare, navette aéroport). Confortable, très propre, personnel accueillant, dans une rue calme, petit déjeuner simple, excellent, bien diversifié. Parfait pour des visites piétonnes et l'accès aux transports en commun pour visiter les environs.

Stop searching, stay here. You're Welcome.

The view from the upstairs terrace is unmatched in this area. We went to the top of the Duomo and looking down you could see just how perfect this spot is. The staff is great. Especially the bartender upstairs. He is probably my favorite that I've come across my travels and he made my experience at the terrace that much better. The location is perfect, you can walk anywhere, this is the heart of Florence. Train station is 6min walk as well.

The elevator is the most logical way up to the lobby on the 4th floor. Unfortunately this elevator is 100 years old and the exact dimensions of a coffin. Bar/Drinks closed at 10pm which is fine from a service perspective but they also then lock the terrace. This is such a shame because night-owls can't enjoy the Duomo at night while it's lit up and also cooler temperature out. Breakfast was low quality. So.... Many... Keys.... I understand places like these are old but it should be common practice for all hotels who claim this caliber to have keypads with codes. The AC wasn't "Cold" but it was cool enough on the really hot days we had. Although walking past some other rooms with the door open I felt some icey freshness rolling out and it did make me a bit jealous.

I would stay there again when we return to Florence.

The hotel is one block from the Cathedral, Duomo Museum, and Baptistery. They have a rooftop bar with amazing views of Florence and the surrounding county side!

They share a building with another hotel and it is a little confusing finding them on the 4th floor.

Perfect stay

Location was excellent and perfect to see the beautiful landmarks in Florence. The room was clean and comfortable and check in and out was very smooth. Staffreally friendly and the breakfast was a great way to start the day!

Dog at reception wasn't friendly and didn't like strangers and no notice to say not to approach it. Maybe not the best pet to have in the reception area with lots of guests.

Adored this little hotel that is almost neighbors with the Duomo.

Charming, clean, unique, incredible location, wonderful staff, jaw dropping roof top terrace to enjoy breakfast with bird’s eye view of Duomo.

Pleasant

Breakfast and terrace with the view to cathedral.

The room is super outdated, it doesn't look like photos anymore, it just feels really really old. I felt like I'm in some sort of old hospital or smth. There is only tropical shower in the bathroom and the temperature of the water is always changing by itself. The internet is very bad, it varies from 5mbps to 1mbps and sometimes doesn't work at all.

Step back in time to explore Florence

Great location to explore Florence. We had an amazing room with as view of the cathedral and a fresco ceiling. There is access to 2 roof terraces giving you spectacular views over the city especially at night.

Lift is tiny so may take more than one trip to get your luggage to the reception.

Superb

The hotel (on the fourth floor of an old building), in a super location just a stone's throw from the Duomo, is probably more like a hostel than a hotel but don't let that put you off. It's clean and comfortable with really friendly helpful staff. Not only was it no problem to leave our bags there after check-out, but we were told we could use the bathroom facilities and wonderful roof terrace any time throughout the day. No hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Great hotel for a short stay.

The hotel is in the centre of Firenze, a short walk to everthing. It was easy to find . We got there early, but the room was ready and we could check in right away. The recepionist was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed for our stay at the hotel. The hotel has a couple of terraces, but the weather wasn't that good, so we didn't use them. But a great view of the Duomo. The breakfast was included and there was a good selection of things to eat. Another good thing was that we had a late train from Firenze, but we could leave our bags at the hotel, so we didn't have to drag them with us all over Firenze.

Nothing to complain about.

Amazing location and gorgeous terrace view!

Very central location. The room was very nice, with beautiful view of Palace Vechio. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast had a lot of great options and you can eat on the terrace, which has an amazing view of Duomo. Very clean. Beds were very comfy and the whole hotel was guiet. You can buy water and other drinks in the reception.

Excellent location and the best rooftop

The location is the best, with views of the duomo from the rooftop, couldn’t be better. Nice rooms for the price, will recommend to everyone!

Staff was very friendly, central location, comfortable bed. For a night or two, it's fine!

Well... it's a 2 star hotel. It's a bit pricey for what you get. Very old building and scary bathroom. There was a kettle in the room, but no coffee, tea, cups...

Bad value for money, way below expectations. Location great

The location was great, very central. Rooftop with a nice view. Staff friendly. Room quiet.

Unfortunately the room was very disappointing, way before the standard price would suggest. Bathroom very small and uncomfortable (terrible shower flooding the rest of the bathroom), hairdryer barely working. Breakfast was an absolute joke.

Would recommend this hotel for excellent location and comfort

Best location for the Duomo. Roof top terrace was in the sun looking at the Duomo. Very comfortable bed and friendly staff

No tea/coffee in the room. Shower cubicle leaked. Would have liked a crusty roll for breakfast but they were rarely available.
