About 150m far from the famous Astronomical Clock , about 150m far from The Old Town Square, about 350m far from Charles Bridge, about 200m far from Wenceslas Square. about 600m far from Mala Strana. Havelska Market (since 1232), the Old Town Market, is located in the street of the building. The apartment is 90 sqm, with 2 bedrooms, 2 marble bathrooms (1 full bath and 1 additional toilet and sink), Wi-Fi internet, 52' satellite TV, lift / elevator. Guests have access to the entire property. The apartment is located between the former Coal Market (now Uhelni Trh) and the picturesque Havelska Market (since the year 1232), still lively with its many stands. Just a few steps from all the main Prague sites: the Old Town Square, Charles Bridge and Mala Strana, the Jewish district, Wenceslas Square, and close to hundreds of historical pubs and quality restaurants, nice shops and trendy clubs. The building is old but this apartment is very cozy and You will immediately feel at home. ==========RULES========== House Rules: Suitable for children (2-12 years) Suitable for infants (under 2 years) Not suitable for pets No smoking No parties or events Please let us know Your expected arrival time as soon as possible, at least 36 hours before Your arrival date. If there is any damage during Your stay, inform us. 1 sleeping accommodation for every guest. 2 towels for every guest. 3 toilet paper rolls and soap in the bathroom available at Your arrival. If You will need anything else then You will have to buy it on Your own after Your arrival or during Your stay. Please keep an appropriate behaviour towards the residents and the apartment. No extra guests or strangers inside the flat without any registration, communication and permission. In Prague this apartment is considered a 2 baths apartment. Only stayed 3 nights in Prague but this apartment allowed us to walk to everything in just a few minutes. Maurizio was there at the apartment for check-in and reviewed everything about the apartment. Maury provided us great ideas of things to see and places to eat and they were all great ideas. Maury was a fabulous host and very responsive to any questions that came up. Check out was a breeze. If we ever get back to Prague, we'll be looking to book this place. Great job and thanks for everything Maury.

The photos accurately reflect this flat. It is charming and the location is perfect for a first time visit to Prague. It was refreshing to be greeted at the flat by the host. This was a first in my VRBO experiences. The overall rating of the property isn't higher because: the towels and bedding smelled mildewy, the bedding was very rough and scratchy, the bathroom and living area rugs looked as though they hadn't be cleaned in months, and there wasn't enough paper towels and toilet paper to cover our length of stay which was five nights. On the surface the flat was clean, but it needs a deep clean.

Let me start off by saying the owner, Maury, was so nice and very accommodating with our check in time. We were traveling from Munich to Prague via train, and we ended up arriving to Prague 3 hours after we were originally supposed to. I stayed in contact with him, updating him on our new arrival time, and he was more than willing to work around our new scheduled arrival to check into the apartment. After staying in a hotel in Munich, it was so nice and relaxing to stay in a flat. The flat was homey and clean, and had everything you could possibly need! Check in process was easy, and Maury gave great recommendations on things to do in Prague and places to eat! The flat is in a great location, plenty of shopping and sight seeing within walking distance. Overall, great flat and I’ll definitely be back!

Maury was a super communicator with a property to die for. Right at the heart of beautiful old town Prague this apartment is right where you need to be. The apartment was fully equipped with all you need and spacious and comfortable. We would all rent again if we ever return to Prague. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

This was by far our favorite VRBO rental in Europe. Maury has a very spacious place that is totally secure on a very quiet street. Great light throughout and wonderfully appointed and furnished. He was a delight and very helpful. Don’t think twice about renting this place. You’ll love it,

Wonderful location. Close to everything yet not too noisy. The host met us at the apartment and explained everything. There was detergent for the much appreciated washing machine and dish washer.
The apartment is not air conditioned but in the evening with the windows open it cools off nicely.

Owner was very responsive to any request or email and took time to answer any questions on check in.
Unit is as described and comfortable. 5 minute walk to clock. In front there is a street market which has excellent fruits and local wares. I follow Rick Steve's travel books and he has a picture of market in his book. Many restaurants within 5 minute walk. Elevator made unit access convenient. Busy area during the day but quiet at night and morning. Book this unit, you will be pleased!

Excellent apartment just steps away from Old Town Prague locations. Neighborhood great and plenty to do and eat. Maury was a fabulous host, check in was flawless and he showed us everything. Apartment itself is wonderful with a beautiful bathroom and even a powder room, and fully stocked with amenities. Would stay here again and work with Maury and his family anytime.

This apartment is in a prima location in the Old City of Prague. We could walk everywhere, and had access to anything and everything we want to see (and eat). The apartment is very comfortable and Maury (our host) is incredibly quick to respond, providing personal and prompt service.

My family of 3 stayed here for 3 nights at the end of July. This apartment is exactly as pictured. Maury is a great host. He met us in front of the apartment and gave us a tour and provided lots of information. The apartment is centrally located where both Old Town Square and the shopping district are a short 5 minute walk. Prague is a beautiful city. Next time I'll plan for a longer stay!

We could not have had a better experience. Our host provided us with all of the useful information we needed to find the flat and be ready to explore the next morning. He was there when we arrived and gave us a thorough explanation of the flat and the places to find necessities in the immediate area. The location just a few blocks from Old Town Square was very convenient. It is also just a few blocks from the tram and subway (about as close as you can get in Prague). The temps were in the high 80's and low 90's (F) while we were there, but the two floor fans and windows at the front and back of the flat made us very comfortable. Highly recommend

Best Location
It is a lovely apartment with many amenities to make your stay comfortable. It's location is right between the Old City and shopping district. Walking distance to so many historical sights. The hosts are helpful and very accommodating as we had an unplanned late arrival. Highly recommend this property. Would stay there again.

This place is wonderful! Close to major attractions, food and drink. The apartment was spacious and mostly perfect, it was lacking a coffee grinder:). Prague is an accomdating arrea and the public transportation system is one of the best and cheapest in Europe! Great place to stay is this apartment and city!

We loved this apartment for many reasons. Our host, Maury, was always quick to respond to emails before our arrival. He gave us clear instructions on how to utilize the public transportation to get to the apartment for check in. He explained how everything worked in the apartment. Maury also provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and sites to see and again was quick to respond to questions during our stay. The apartment is very comfortable. Fully equipped modern kitchen, gorgeous marbled bath and a half with excellent shower. 2 bedroom rooms with plenty of storage and comfortable beds. The neighborhood is quiet, yet so close to old town and new town. Many restaurants and shopping close by. Highly recommend Maury and his family and their property!
