With just a hop, skip and jump from Downtown San Antonio (around 5 minutes or so), this is your gateway to countless popular tourist sites, venues, restaurants and attractions. For those who enjoy walking, running or bike riding, I encourage the Mission/Riverwalk trails. Over 12 miles of trail from the downtown Riverwalk to Southtown connecting most of the Historical Missions along the way. There are bike rental stops all throughout and I have even seen a few people canoeing down the river. Regarding our sleeping accommodations, this is a four-bedroom home. The master bedroom has a beautiful King size bed. The second and third guest rooms each have a Queen size bed. The fourth bedroom features two twin size beds and the Family room has a sofa sleeper. We look forward to hosting your stay! Minimum age to rent: 28 years of age or older.

I brought the family to be with Mom/Grandma in her final days. The property was a perfect fit for our family, and Carlos was amazing. We needed flexibility, as these kinds of things don't have a fixed schedule. When another family's booking forced us to move, Carlos found us another fabulous property to fulfill our needs. He definitely went above and beyond

I had the pleasure of occupying this home for my son’s Airforce BMT graduation ceremony & it was a decent stay. Carlos (Host) was very attentive & reachable. It’s also within the 1604 loop & about 15-20 mins away from Lackland. Very comfy & clean. The only issue was, there were no TV’s in 3 of the bedrooms, only in the master. We like to watch tv and relax & had to view movies in the living room or on our devices. Overall, it was enjoyable. 👍

This rental met all of our needs. It was easy access to destinations, clean and comfortable. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for representation is because some pics in the listing were not consistent to the house, most notably the backyard. The backyard has a brick patio and a sitting area. It also slopes. It is not flat and grassy as depicted in the photo. This was not an issue for us, in fact our smoker friend was happy to have a place to sit when he went outside. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we loved San Antonio.

The house was absolutely beautiful... It made our Easter Plans so much nicer.
I only wish check out was at noon. Easter Sunday was a little rushed and crazy... but everything was great!

We had a great stay in this vacation house. The open concept downstairs lent itself to great gatherings and fun times catching up with family. The neighborhood was quite and there was quick access to main highways that take you straight to the downtown area.

The house was a quick drive from where we needed to be. It is located in a quite neighborhood which was very nice. House had everything you would need to accommodate a stay. Can’t wait to stay again!

Before we arrived, the manager, Karlos, contacted me, asking what time we would be coming. I told him about midnight. I then jokingly asked him if he was available 24/7 and he replied that he was. I could tell that he was serious. We arrived at midnight, but had difficulty getting into the house. We called him and he pleasantly answered the telephone and walked me through the process to get him. He would not hang up until he was assured that we got in OK. The house was quite nice and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. Also the access to shopping was very close. It was a very good experience. The only regret that we had was that check-out time is 10 AM which is difficult for my wife and daughter who are late risers.

This VRBO was very comfortable for this adult group of 5. Close to areas of interest and in a family oriented neighborhood. Inside it was very clean with upscale decor. Amenities were the best top notch with many extra's. Communication with Carlos was easy, friendly and informative. We would rent here again.

This is a clean, comfortable home and a very responsive owner. We had plenty of room for 5 adults and 1 child. We enjoyed our time at the Riverwalk and the San Antonio zoo, and the location of this home was perfect for us. Would stay here again.

Spacious home close to everything! Host was very attentive and communicated well with us throughout the process. It had everything we needed with the exception of additional blankets or throw blankets (it got a bit cold towards the end of our trip). We felt safe and at home the entire trip in this nice neighborhood!

This was a dream house. Close to everything you want to do. Comfortable and extremely cozy. Carlos had everything we needed and was always available to answer questions. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly (our backdoor neighbor always had a smile and a wave for us). I highly recommend this house!

I know there are a few new guidelines in light of Covid so aside from the outdoors camera monitoring who was entering and exiting as well as the suspicion of someone entering the property while we were out, the stay was great! The tv and internet service went out a few times, and the tvs didn’t allow for streaming which was by harder when trying to occupy the kids. We were glad to find a high chair in the garage and would of loved a baby bed or crib in terms of accommodation. The location was perfect. And the space small but spacious complete with a backyard. Overall we were glad with the experience! We’ll look this place up again when back in San Antonio, thank you Carlos!

Reconnect with family
This property is just as listed and in a very desirable area. The home has everything you need for an enjoyable stay with a kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils needed. It was very comfortable for 5 of us with room to spare. It was also very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Carlos was an excellent host and made check in and check out a breeze. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend SA Vacay.

The house was exactly as pictured. It was clean, efficient, roomy and overall one of the best vacay rentals I've stayed in. The rental process, including check-in and check-out was the easiest I've been through. Carlos is the best!
