WRISTBANDS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL GUESTS DURING MARCH & HOLY/EASTER WEEK. Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time. **Brand New Construction** Casa Santiago A is an immaculate, modern "beach house" that will escalate your tropical getaway to the next level of luxury! Accommodating up to 24 guests, the spacious 3- story house features 6 bedrooms & bathrooms and is located directly across from the beach! The ground floor provides two guest bedrooms. The first one features two Queen beds, a 50" HD Smart TV and a private bathroom. A full washroom can also be found on the ground floor with washer, dryer & sink. The second bedroom has two Twin beds, each with a Twin trundle bed, a 50" HD Smart TV and a private bathroom as well. The second and main level of the home encompasses a large open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen provides ample space for large families or groups of friends around a massive center island with bar seating for 6 people. Stainless steel appliances are provided including a refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, oven, stove, toaster oven, toaster & a dishwasher. The kitchen has a large pantry with all amenities and complete service for 24 guests. The living room features a large, 65" HD Smart TV surrounded by an oversized sectional sofa couch. Sit back and watch movies or sports with the whole group! The second floor also features the third and fourth guest bedrooms featuring a King size bed and two Queen size beds. Each has its own private bathroom and 50" HD Smart TVs. Just upstairs to the third level of the home, you will find your luxurious Master suite. A cozy King size bed will lend itself to the rest & relaxation you deserve! A private Master bathroom entails a full-size jacuzzi bathtub, as well as a shower and large vanity area. The property also features two additional sleeper sofas, walk-in closets in all bedrooms, including a larger walk-in closet in the Master bedroom, 3 balconies with patio furniture and 2 car garage. Take a refreshing dip in the private swimming pool that features new temperature-controlled heating and cooling system and LED lights. The photos of this condo do not fully show how wonderful it is. There are three floors with spacious bedrooms (most with their own bathroom). on each floor! The condo is spacious enough for a large party. You can sit on the front balcony and watch the waves, or you can lounge at the pool. We absolutely loved it. Our arrival was hours before their check in time, but the staff did what they could to get us settled. We had a wonderful experience. If our family goes to South Padre Island again, I will definitely rent this place.

The space and location are awesome. Pool is great. Steps from the beach. Outdoor hose is great. It is poorly stocked with necessary items when cooking for a crowd. Only two dish towels. Very few simple amenities like paper towels or Saran Wrap for leftovers. It works be nice to have basic things like salt and pepper The baseboards and walls need a big deep clean. It could very easily be a five star property. We loved access to the beach and pool and the space!

The property was nice. Love how we all fit comfortably. The only thing was the pool. It was kind of small for 24 people and the filters didn’t work well. The water was kind of dirty.

This home is gorgeous and literally like 300 feet from the ocean, we LOVED the location. The pool right in the backyard was great, too, as it was often too cold to go in the ocean and there were riptide warnings a lot. What was an issue was the lack of preparation for large group stays (only one fridge, lack of extra blankets, not enough chairs/silverware/hand towels/hangers) and some maintenance things that should really be addressed like the kitchen sink that makes crazy sounds, a salty ice maker, the door handle to the main floor balcony that doesn't really work and kept like locking people out/in, many electrical outlets that didn't work, etc.. We had a great time but for the price you pay, you shouldn't really have to deal with those things lol. So just be aware if you book this place and pack some extra things accordingly, or plan to hit Goodwill early in your trip and stock the place.

This was perfect for our large group with 6 bedrooms and baths. The space could use better simple amenities. No closets in some of bathrooms. No hooks in bathrooms. This is clearly a rental not a home. We had some issues with dishwasher and broken furniture but those were resolved quickly. Staff was friendly too. 1 block from beach. Pool area was great too!

Amazing!
The property is beautiful and within waking distance to the beach. Amazing views. Pool is perfect size. There is plenty of room. We had 5 couples and never felt overcrowded. Would definitively like to return.

This is a great condo in a perfect location for our family. Steps from the beach, plenty of space for 13 of us. However a couple of factors impacted our overall review. It was not as clean as we expected - sand on floors, walls dirty and scuffed, scotch tape on walls. Refrigerator took hours to cool. We called for service and were told this was common. However, they did send a service man who provided us with ice. They called back in the morning and sure enough the refrigerator was cooling properly. One space in garage was occupied with owner golf cart and beach stuff.

Enjoyed the property
The place was definitely big enough for 10 of us. It was clean and the both check in and check out process was simple. I wish we had a garage remote and enough room for 2 cars. Because of the good cart in the garage we could not park one of our cars. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.

Great location, great space!! Beds were not the best. One mattress on lower bedroom with trundles had a huge sinking hole in it. Bed on 2nd level was extremely soft and felt like you sunk into one place. Great location for beach access and shuttle services.

The place is spacious, great finishings, and the house is such good construction (sound proof, high ceilings, white finishes!). Location is across gulf blvd from the beach, but literally steps from beach access... can't beat the location! Communication with property manager was great! checkout and checkin was super easy. the pool was excellent! Warm, and such a nice vacation. Maybe a few items (IE coffee maker, grill) could be upgraded, but they all worked, and if we came back to SPI again, we'd try and stay here!

Exactly what we needed!
The beach is super close. The small heated pool was great. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was plenty of space for each family to have privacy, yet we could play games in the common areas in the evenings when the children were sleeping. It was exactly what we needed!

Family Reunion
The property is beautiful. A lot of room for a large group. Plenty of places to just hang out and visit. Loved the view of the ocean. Enjoyed the onsite pool and the fact the ocean was just across the street.

Short trip
The house itself its great modern and the location is literally in front of the beach. The problem was the issues with the wifi not working, trash cans full of trash even with worms, the propane tank was not fill until the last day of our stay.

The property stated that they provided things like dish soap and towels. They did but it was one tiny bottle of dish soap and about 3 towels per room. There were no floor mats When walking in from door ways. There was no hose to wash off sand before walking inside. There were few pool/ beach toys. The property had a lot of space for guests. Lastly, all of the outlets connecting to the kitchen area did not work except for the ones connected to the kitchen island.
