Just Beachy is a great family vacation home, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Guests will enjoy the large 14' X 25' backyard pool (depths vary from 4' to 5' feet) - great for relaxing and enjoying the Tybee sunshine. This renovated, 5 bedroom beach cottage is perfect for your family vacation with ample space for all including two living spaces and great outdoor spaces! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is great for walking and bike riding! Enjoy a convenient location without all the summertime congestion. Just 2 blocks from the Back River beach, 5 blocks to the main beach, and 3 blocks from the Back River Fishing Pier. Close to restaurants, fishing pier, shopping. The main living level of the cottage is on the second floor, with beautifully finished hardwood floors. The open living area includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen that is open to the dining and living areas. The dining table seats 6 people, with additional breakfast bar seating for 2. The comfortable living area has a 40-inch Flat Screen TV. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and an attached private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms on this level include a bedroom with a Queen bed with a TV and a bedroom with two Twin beds. There are also 2 decks on this level which overlook the front yard and the backyard pool. The ground level of this home has an additional Den with a sleeper sofa and a Flat Screen TV. There is a small table, perfect for a game of cards, or family game night. There is a convenient sink and mini-refrigerator and coffee maker here to make mornings a breeze. There are two bedrooms on this level. There is a primary bedroom with a king bed, a 42inch TV, and a private full bath. The two guest bedrooms on this level include a bedroom with a Queen bed with a TV and a bedroom with two Twin beds. There are also 2 decks on this level which overlook the front yard and the backyard pool. This home contains many extras including WIFI, Gas Grill, books and games, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, a spacious yard, and more! Off-Street Parking for 3. Just Beachy is pet-friendly, with an additional fee. Guests may choose the option of adding pool heat to their reservation for an additional $25.00 per day for the length of reservation. (Not available in January and February). ABOUT US: Tybee Vacation Rentals offers guests the benefit of booking with a professional vacation rental company with over 20 years of experience. TVR offers a variety of payment plans depending on your arrival date, click on the Book Now button to review your payment schedule. HOUSEKEEPING: Cleanliness has always been a top priority. The TVR housekeeping staff is trained to use the best hygiene practices focusing on sanitization, disinfection, and proven cleaning protocols at all times for the safety of our guests and employees. MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: There is a one week minimum, Saturday to Saturday, from June 3rd through August 5th. Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings. PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property. We absolutely loved Just Beachy! The check in/out process couldn't have been any easier. The home exceeded every expectation! It was Gorgeous and immaculate. We have a large family of 9 and we loved that our younger kids were able to go to bed early upstairs while our teens had the entire downstairs to play games,
Watch tv, etc. We couldn't get over how quiet it was between levels. That's a Godsend for any parent with kiddos lol.
The only complaint was that we had to go home at the end of our vacation. We will definitely book again as a future vacation!

The Perfect Vacation Home

Overall we had a great time at this property and enjoyed our stay. The biggest issue we had was that the floors were filthy and seemed like they hadn't been swept or mopped in ages when we checked in. The patio furniture could use some updates too as all the lawn chairs were broken upon arrival. It just didn't strike us as the best maintained property. To be fair the company did call to ask if everything was okay after check-in, but it would have been even more of an inconvenience to have a cleaning crew come back out after we were already settled in. Otherwise though, the space was good for our group of adults and the pool especially was a great enjoyment during our stay. You can't beat the location either within walking distance to beach and the main street.

Only reason we chose this house was to have a private pool and ended up not being able to use it until the last day. Outside of the issues with the pool the property was great. Just disappointed no one for the property management contacted us .

Clean, safe and relaxing getaway
My wife, two daughters and I stayed at the property the first week of September. Contrary to prior reviews, we found the house and pool to be very clean. The house has a great layout and is decorated very nicely. We spent most of our days poolside but the beach is only a few blocks away. I would highly recommend this property to families that are looking for a change of scenery and a relaxing time.

Pictures look amazing- however, upon check-in we were massively underwhelmed. Floors were dirty, mold in the downstairs closet, two burners on the stove did not work and the pool was cloudy. The rental company attempted to be responsive and was very apologetic, however, the house needs some serious attention.

June 2020 Stay
Very disappointed about the cleanliness of this property. We have booked with TVR for the past five years and have never had a problem. The floors were filthy in the kitchen/living room and there was black dog hair in some lower shelves in the kitchen. Housekeeping staff came and cleaned shortly after we called and complained. We had received emails telling us that because of COVID, extra precautions were being taken by the housekeeping staff. We can only hope and pray the people that were here before us were healthy.

Great house and pool! We had a wonderful family vacation and look forward to the next chance we get to return to Just Beachy. Comfortable spaces and lay-out of rooms. Nice street and easy walk to beach. Pool was clean and big enough for family.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at "Just Beachy". The check in and out process was so easy. Great location! My grandkids especially loved the pool. We're already talking about a trip again next year!!😃

My parents, sister's family, and my family enjoyed our stay here. The pool was so great for our 5-year-old and 3-year-old. Easy walk or drive to the beach. We had never been to Tybee Island and it was a hit.

This house is so cute!!
This house is adorable. It's decorated really cute and very clean. Although none of the rooms are super big, we had 12 people in this house and never felt crowded. We loved the close restaurants and shopping. The kids had a blast swimming in the heated pool and walking to the beach (only a 5 minute walk)! We were there in early march and enjoyed being off the beach because it was a little warmer for swimming. Would definitely return to this house if we ever visit Tybee island again.
