This newly updated unit is located on the 16th floor of the Patricia Grand Resort and new king bed with loveseat sleeper! Not one, but TWO oceanfront balconies to enjoy the amazing views. Don't start your vacation standing in line at the registration counter either, go straight to your room with your own unique door code and start enjoying your stay! This unit welcomes respectful owners and their small pets also. Resort has 20 lb maximum for guest's dogs, with a 2 dog maximum per room. NOTE: City of Myrtle Beach restricts beach access for pets between Memorial day and Labor day to before 9:00 am and after 5:00 pm. There is a small park next to the resort that welcomes pet as well. The Patricia Grand Resort is close to EVERYTHING in Myrtle Beach and offers all the amenities that you expect from an oceanfront resort hotel and more. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. The space is very well equipped. Views were amazing. Was get to be able to bring our fur-babies (yorkies). We were able to take them on walks on the beach due to the time of year. The location is great, only a mile or so walk down the beach to the boardwalk. Would definitely go back!

This condo is very spacious with excellent views from both balconies. Nothing like waking up to views of the ocean. The kitchen and bathroom had all the necessities and were very clean. Our door lock battery died and the owner responded right away within 5 mins. He fixed it right away. We hope we will be able to rent the same condo next year.

The room and the view was amazing! Property manager very quick response. Great location. The only thing I would have loved to have would’ve been some umbrellas and chairs for the beach. Other than that we had a lovely time!!

Everything was just like in all the pictures. The condo was very nice and clean and everything worked. Check in couldn't have been easier. Located as close to the beach as you can get. My 7 year old son, and 12 year old dog loved it. The property manager contacted me with the check in code way before check in time. Everything was very easy.

Perfect place to stay! Room was clean and had everything we needed, and the condo is full of amenities! All of the staff were super friendly, the pool has such a fun and lively atmosphere, and you are only steps from the beach. Plus, the host was easy to reach and communicate with, and ensured our time here was stress free. Would definitely stay here again !

Tom the owner very accommodating with all request, Friendly staff, great location. We had a great time with 8 other couples, nice meeting area on premises. very clean beach, Did rain a little to be expected :-) overall would stay again same place.

This was our first time staying at a VRBO property, so we really did not know what to expect. Tom was fabulous to deal with and we really appreciated the ease of check in, since we just had to go to our unit and input the code. The views from the unit do not disappoint as well as the fact that there are two oceanfront balconies to choose from. This was great on windy days, we could sit on the other side of the wind, yet still enjoy being outside. The condo is equipped with everything you need from dishes to plenty of towels, bedding and pillows. All in all we had a wonderful vacation at the beach and we plan on returning each year. Thanks Tom!

Studio was wonderful! Property was nice. Inside lazy River was tiny. Might have been something smaller children would enjoy, but much too small for adults. Overall, wonderful stay!!

Easy check in, dog friendly. The 2 balconies, we’re a nice touch to suite. They thought about everything, suite was very roomy, and the view of the ocean was great with Curtains open. I would definitely come back to property.!They were very accommodating, and good communication!

The room was perfect for the wife and I. On the 16th floor we had a birds eye view of the sunrise and the balcony was amazing. we had a question checking in and the sponsors were easy to get in touch with. Our westie loved it too! :) Thanks!

Everything was perfect. Room was clean and airy and great size for 2. Tom was very responsive and helpful. Staff at the property were professional and knowledgeable and fun. After the storm the staff was up first thing and the property was back to perfect before I finished my coffee! We are already looking to rebook!

The room was exactly as pictured, it was very clean, and it also smelled clean when we walked in which was nice. I loved being able to go straight to our room without having to go through a check-in process. There was an abundance of fresh towels and wash cloths, and I loved that too. The kitchen had everything we needed just as described. Having two balconies with ocean views was awesome as well. Another big plus was that we got to enjoy all of our streaming services while watching tv in the room. We enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this rental.

Our stay was relaxing and just beautiful, the view from the front balcony is beautiful, we saw the Sunrise. The sound of the waves was relaxing. Checking was smooth. The bed was comfortable, the room smelled clean upon arrival, the kitchen essentials were plenty. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We definitely would come back and recommend others to stay.

I am very happy that we stayed here! I was a bit nervous at first that it was a pet friendly property but for the price and reviews we gave it a chance and I am so happy that we did! The condo was exceptionally clean and I never would’ve known it was pet friendly if it wouldn’t have been listed. The condo is spacious and the kitchen area was an added plus. The 2 balconies were the cherry on top to a wonderful place with the most incredible views! Tom was very helpful and quick to answer any questions we had and took the time to add touches like a few snacks and chocolates to make you feel very welcome. We most definitely will be staying here again or one of his other properties if we return to Myrtle!
