I specified through booking.com that my arrival would be between 14:00 and 15:00. On arrival the room wasn’t ready and had to wait. The cleaning of the room looked like a rushed job with unwashed floors in the bathroom. Stains around the toilet.

The breakfast was amazing, always is. The beds are super comfy and the linen is incredibly clean and luxurious. Location is close to great restaurants and the Rosebank Mall is a few steps away. The Hotel is ideally siutated if you're doing business in Sandton, Rosebank or Parktown
Maybe have a more pronounced concierge desk or a welcoming porter at the door, someone who greets you when you arrive and points you to the reception. This is a small ask but has a profound effect on the guests.
