Nothing bad to say. We enjoyed every bit

Room was very spacious and we were fortunate to be given a connecting room next door for extra family members. The breakfast was also excellent with lots of choice.

Suite with kitchen came with no kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, cutlery, nothing! We were staying almost a week and were looking forward to eating and cooking in our room but couldn't since the cupboards were completely empty. We had to ask reception at least three times for kitchen equipment and it took several days for them to hear our complaints. The pool is a long walk away which is very impractical when you have children.

Pool was nice, good layout, pool bar was a good feature.

Resort was a little quiet.

ازعاج صوت السيارات إلى بالشارع خاصه أول الصباح وما فيه عوازل صوت الغرفة إلى عندنا بعد كان عندهم ازعاج واصوات الموسيقى بالليل

Staff was amazing especially Maisa ! The room was clean and spacious and it came with a balcony. The whole hotel was very luxuous and the swiming pools so great ! Also the breakfeast buffet is really worth it !!

Space, a lot of restaurants

You can ear the other people in the other rooms. I wake up a few times during night with people in the corredor outside. I think rooms need to be upgraded

Staff was really helpful and accommodating. Faye was really friendly.

the room was not properly cleaned. The drawer has still garbage. The towel didn’t smell good like new and washed.

Customer services was really bad , as soon as I arrived I have been told that I don't have a booking , the rooms doesn't have sound block even I could hear the next room sounds

Good hotel for family vacation. Clean, tidy room. There are plenty of entertainment for children: both swimming pools and playgrounds. The hotel restaurant has a wide selection of dishes, delicious food.

the shower in the bathroom of our room was not very convenient for washing children, especially a three year old. but this fact is not critical when evaluating or recommending a hotel.

Location; the garden & the loby (design only). Room & beds size.

The persistent sweage smell in the loby and in the ROOM. The loud music well beyond midnight coming from the hotel's restaurants, that prevent me to sleep until the parties finished. The bathroom is old, with a dirty door and shower curtain (!) and water leaks around the tap. Despite in the room presentation, no slippers were offered. The 5* class must be maintained and demonstrated, not only stated.
