The concept of this hotel is great if you are in Amsterdam for the nightlife. It is a busy hub of activity during the day and night. The location is ideal, the tram stop just outside takes you straight into the city. The room was adequate.
The fact this hotel advertises parking is quite unfair. I booked this as a stop over on a road trip so parking was essential. The hotel has around 15 spaces. Of those spaces some are reserved for the offices. There is hundreds of rooms in this hotel and it houses office buildings, so the chance of getting a space is highly unlikely. After 5pm many of the spaces cleared but by then I had already paid for parking elsewhere. I was super lucky to get parking just outside the hotel for 30euro for 24hours. If I didn't get this I would have been unable to park, all the other car parks in the area have height restrictions. As I was sat outside the barriers deliberating what to do another van driver turned up and faced the same issues as myself.
No air con or fan provided. The room was unbearable at nighttime. I hardly slept due to being so uncomfortable. I couldn't open my window because I was facing the main hub and people were in the social area until the early hours talking and smoking. There is also no net curtain in the window. So while I was in the room I had to have the curtain closed and it made the room dark.
The advert states plugs near bed - I had no plugs near my bed at all.

The room was clean
The room was basic with very little in the way of luxuries or facilities. It was basically a student hostel.

Breakfast was ok, but some more explanation on how it worked would have been nice.
I had to go into another building for my stay and was on the second floor where I had to go outside again after I came outside the elevator before I could enter again the hallway. This was not so nice. For sure not if I came out of the elevator at 12 o'clock at night and all of a sudden 2 people were blocking me to enter to hallway door because they were chatting in front of it. Did not feel that safe to be honest.
When I opened the bathroom door it really smelled like the sewer. The smell was heavy and not nice at all. I had tom make sure my bathroom door was closed to avoid my whole room would smell like it.

Room was spacious, not luxurious but adequate. Bed very comfortable. Had aircon. Was quiet. Relaxed vibe in the style of Wework. Good value for money
Telephone didnt work. Breakfast chaotic - had to search for things. Not a great choice of items. Manager was over-aggressive in pointing out I had passed check-out time!

Energetic and youthful hotel. Near the train station. The environment in the room is clean and tidy, and the overall environment is very quiet. The price of this hotel is mid-range for Amsterdam, but we had a very good stay experience. I don't know if this is a student area. I feel that most of the people in the hotel are young people.
Not many options for Breakfest buffet. Only a few breads, Musil and sausages.

Great place, kind staff, good location and easy to go in town. However, paid 48 hours for parking but stayed 40, unfortunate as we accomodate to the fact that one room has no light and the water was not working well in the second one. 1/10 as business is business.

The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were beautiful and the staff was very friendly. I totally recommend it
The shower drain was slightly clogged so when we went to take a shower later in the evening we couldn’t in fear we would flood.

Clean and spacious room. Quick & easy check in. Beautiful space for working or hanging out at the common area. Breakfast was delicious and had good variety.
Location wasn't ideal. I feel the distance from center put in the description is misleading. If you don't like using the metro, then you will be forced to pay for a cab everyday as most activities are in the city center.

Rooms are clean, the breakfast is great. There are a lot of stuff to do on the ground floor, like table tennis, billiards etc.
Common spaces have the same smell as all Amsterdam, just be ready. You cannot open the window without help of staff. The hotel is far from tourist areas, however the tram and metro stations are close.
