About this house rental
Located in Sonoma, this charming house for R 11,516 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. The House. We call it a Cottage but it’s really a full house, with two bedrooms, two baths, gourmet kitchen, private garden and hot tub. It’s a great place to share with friends, family, or just that someone special! The Location. Sonoma’s historic Town Square is the heart of the California Wine Country and it’s all just around the corner from Cottage Sonoma. Walk to wineries and wine tasting, historic sites, and fabulous restaurants. SPECIAL: All adult guests at our vacation rentals receive a complimentary Sonoma Valley Wineries Passports providing access to discounted tastings at 20 Sonoma Valley Wineries (some exclusions apply). Many wineries charge $25-$40 per person for wine tasting, so the savings add up quickly. The house is designed for 4 guests however we have a cot which we can provide if there's a 5th guest. There is a modest $50 per night guest fee for the 5th guest.

The cottage is great for 2 couples. Spacious well-equipped kitchen. Great location - you can walk to the town square.
All communication with the host was answered immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location in downtown Sonoma. The house is great for two couples intent on wine tasting, eating well, and relaxing. Walkable to many shops, restaurants, and ice cream. Easy home base to drive all over the valley.

This is a lovely home nestled on a quiet street a short walk from Sonoma town square. It is a perfect place for two couples. The two bedrooms are well separated and each has its own bathroom. Off street parking is a bonus as is the central AC. The entertainment size kitchen, dining room and adjoining deck are wonderful. We will come again.

My cousins came from 3 states to meet and celebrate one cousins upcoming marriage. All girls. We had a great time and very much enjoyed our stay. The cottage had everything we needed and we were able to walk to the market, the square and several wine tasting rooms.
We had a great time! Next time I’d love to book this cottage for a weekend with my husband. I will surely return.

We enjoyed the cute, nicely appointed stay in Sonoma. This house is super close to a lot of restaurants, the town square, wine tasting rooms, and a wonderful little set of hiking trails. The home and neighborhood were quiet, and the yard and hot tub were peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

Our group consisted of four adults (two couples). We were in town to visit wineries, followed by a music festival. The cottage was well-equipped with anything we needed for cooking, a welcome bakery, very comfy beds, and the perfect location near the Sonoma Square, running trails, and Sonoma and Napa wineries. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Loved this cute cottage for its convenience to the Sonoma Square as well as the many wineries we visited in Sonoma, Kenwood, Healdsburg, Santa Rosa and Napa. We stayed here for 5 nights with another couple and the property was perfect for our needs. While we didn’t cook, the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need including the outdoor grill. Beds were comfy, bathrooms stocked with nice products and appreciated our welcome basket of goodies. Phyllis was so responsive with an issue we had with the hot water heater so you need not worry if any issues arise. Would definitely recommend this property.

Absolutely loved the walking distance to Sonoma Square. House was clean and as advertised! The beds were very comfortable and loved having parking in the driveway. Hot tub was great also!

Great house! Full of amenities for cooking and staying in on the few nights we stayed in. Great patio to grill and unwind with a bottle of wine. Bedrooms were very comfortable. We even curled in the couch and watch a movie one night. Very homey feeling! Great location!
