Great place to stay in Okayama

Located in 5 minutes walk from Okayama station. Very nice and clean. Helpful staffs, public bath facilities.

First Time in Okayama

Staff were friendly. Thou we had some difficulties in comunicating, they put in their best efforts to assistance. Walking distance from the Okayama train station and Aeon Mall. Close to many restaurants.

Only provided 1 pillow per person which we had to request for additionals. Room was a little hot so we had to request for assistance to resolve. Will be good if staff could communicate better in simple English.

Comfortable hotel in good location

5 minutes walk to Okayama Shinkansen Station, not too expensive

Room very small, breakfast japanese food only (not a problem for me!)

Most disappointing hotel of 4 weeks in Japan

Convenient location, good breakfast choices

Room was not properly maintained - piece of laminate veneer missing, visible nicks in painted cabinets. No storage spaces. Room temperature was too warm even with thermostat low.

急に決めた岡山でしたが、ホテルがよく満足でした。フロントのスタッフの方の対応も好感が持てました。

駅から近く便利。ロビーにあるセルフのドリンクサービスは種類も豊富で美味しかったです。

Good location and value for money

Good location and room is of good size. Bathroom was level with floor so no danger of falling.

Very good location but poor isolation

-Location was perfect, in particular for day trips - employees were very nice and helpful, especially a lady at the reception - public bath was nice

- bed and pillow were quite uncomfortable, I slept several nights without using pillows because it hurt my neck - the room was really poorly isolated, could hear everything from the street and the sirens kept waking me up. Should improve the isolation. Generally had poor nights of sleep in this hotel - only 3 laundry machines for the entire building, so we could not use them as there were too many people waiting

Super hotel, short walk to Okayama station.

We loved our stay here. Great location right by the station. The public bath was fabulous after a day of exploring. Great breakfast too. Great staff

Authentic Japanese style. Supper friendly owners.

It looks much better than the pictures in the bookings. It’s authentic Japanese style. The owners are very nice and fluent in English. Best experience ever!

The small rooms and bathrooms. The room and the bathroom felt claustrophobic. The bathroom lacked boost ventilation causing the room to become very stuffy.

Great location, busy onsen, good value overall.

Very conveniently located right next to the train station and the mall. Has a generously sized onsen and drinks available throughout the day.

Might be in need of some renovation soon, with somewhat dated rooms.

A decent place to stay in Okayama

The greatest thing about this hotel is its location right next to a train station. It was also affordably priced and the staff was very kind and helpful.

The room was small and all its equipment very outdated, especially bad was the bathroom which looked like being taken straight out of a train. There was also a bad smell in hallways. The noise insulation of the room is also not the best.

Basics needs met

hotel was standard with everything you need. staff were very friendly and though had limited English did their best to help you.

there was no ventilation fan in the shower and it made the bathroom stuffy. also the bathroom had a bit of dirt on the corners of the bathroom but not enough to worry about

An excellent place to stay in Okayama and excellent value for money.

The location was perfect & so convenient for day trips from the station. The staff were so helpful & assisted our daughter to phone the lost property office at Kyoto JR Station (they did this so willingly and wit no fuss). We would certainly recommend your hotel to our family & friends Thank you MGH
