Our oceanview premium king exceeded our expectations! We loved the comfortable bed and the space in comparison to a lot of the hotels we’ve booked before. The staff was incredible. 10/10 service!
Our room was mostly clean. They could’ve vacuumed a little better but we’re also crazy because we have a toddler who crawls and picks up everything she sees. Everything else was good.

We booked the hotel for the pool for our kids, they loved it! So did we - there is a kids pool and adult pool separate!

The location was good. Easy to get to from the airport but slightly away from restaurants and stores. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pools are great and activities like evening s’more’s were a nice touch. It was wonderful to be by the ocean and see the sunset.
We had several issues with food. In one instance the room service food arrived cold. The hotel rectified this by sending a fresh order, although no other compensation was offered for the inconvenience. We had another issue where a hamburger tasted of fish, possibly due to being cooked alongside fish. I was also expecting more from the breakfast, which was rated as very good on booking.com. Easily the weakest breakfast of the four hotels I have eaten in over the last 2 months.
Our other issue was the age of the hotel building. We chose Crowne Plaza on the basis that it had been renovated fairly recently, having stayed in the Westin in 2023. The room was refurbished, but we underestimated how small it would be, assuming that a 5 star hotel would offer more space in a room with 2 double beds. Another issue was the elevators, which seemed old and would sometimes take you to the wrong floor.
