L'accueil est carré tout en restant convivial. La localisation est impeccable et le bâtiment charmant.

The location is fantastic. In the middle of the old town and super close to the tram and bus station. You will be about 10 minutes from Charles Bridge.
We stayed during the week, so I didn't hear any noise from the streets. The shower is quite good too. Also, their space for cooking if you want to do so, is quite big as they also have tables and chairs. The apartment is quite big.
When I booked, I requested a sofa bed in a separate room. Valerie answered and said that getting us a bed in a separate room wouldn't be a problem. Before arriving in Prague, I texted them about when we would arrive and no one said anything. When we arrived, a very dismissive receptionist said that the girl who had answered me was new and didn't know that the room I booked didn't have a separate room. We requested to upgrade and he said the hotel was fully booked. He even said to us, I'm sure you guys can manage, which sounded sarcastic.
I totally understand that miscommunication can happen. But a dismissive and sarcastic receptionist looks quite bad to the business. They had a whole month to let me know. In the end, we did manage, but it was the way that this situation was handled that made us uncomfortable.

Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar gut. Alle wichtigen Hotspots fussläufig zu erreichen. Zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Zimmerservice mit täglicher Reinigung war super.
Matratzen sehr gut.
Das Mobiliar ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Sofa durchgesessen, der Tisch muss dringend ausgetauscht werden. Insgesamt alles etwas sehr benutzt.

The apartment is well equipped with kitchen, toilet, dining area, extra bed in living room, cabinets, washing machine, kettle. The apartment is beautifully decorated. There's hanging rack after your wash. There's iron and ironing board. Free carpark. Near restaurants, market, minimarts, stores, etc. Communication with owner is very good. He is very detailed on giving instruction on how to get into apartment. All through digital keypad and no keys needed.
Have to carry luggage up the stairs before we reached the lift. Carpark is about 150m away from building.

We wish we had booked this apartment at the beginning of our trip. The location is fantastic, restaurants bars and supermarket on your door stop, the apartment is in a beautiful historic building with courtyard. We stayed in 102 which was quiet. Small kitchen has everything you need with newly refurbished shower room huge comfortable bed bright airy and really warm. Very large dining room with comfortable sofa TV and dining table. Herringbone wood floors. Martin and Adam are so kind and helpful and ready to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible

Η τοποθεσία πολυ κοντα στη γέφυρα του Καρόλου, το Κάστρο, σε κεντρικη σταση τραμ, με πολλα μαγαζια για φαγητο και καφε τριγύρω. Ευρύχωρα δωμάτια και ευγενικο προσωπικό.
Δεν υπήρχαν μεγαλες αλυσίδες σούπερ μάρκετ κοντά στο κατάλυμα παρά μόνο λίγα συνοικιακά παντοπωλεία με αρκετα τσιμπημενες τιμες. Δυστυχώς, κατά την διαμονή μας εκεί, καθημερινά από νωρίς μεσημέρι εώς τις 21:00-21:30 το βράδυ, υπήρχε φασαρία από μουσικά όργανα, η οποία όπως αργότερα διαπιστώθηκε από τους υπαλλήλους του ξενοδοχείου, προέρχεται από μουσικό σχολείο που βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στο κατάλυμα. Από τη στιγμή που ενημερώσαμε τη ρεσεψιόν μέχρι να διαπιστωθεί και να επιλυθεί το πρόβλημα (αλλαγή δωματίου) υπήρξε μεγάλη καθυστέρηση. Η αλλαγή του δωματίου έγινε μόλις μια μέρα πριν φύγουμε από το κατάλυμα και μόνο όταν ενημερώθηκε ο ιδιοκτήτης για το πρόβλημα.

Excellent localization - in the center of Mala Strana, within easy reach of the main tourist attractions, yet quiet and calm. The apartment is spacious, cozy, and well-equipped. Very comfortable beds ensure good rest after an intensive day. Very clean (tidied up daily). The friendly and helpful staff provides lots of valuable tips regarding the city, restaurants, shopping, etc. I sincerely recommend staying here!

Super schön, sehr wohl gefühlt und sie könnte nicht besser gelegen sein.
Die eine Heizung lies sich leider nicht ausstellen, sodass man erst einmal lüften musste, wenn man von einem Ausflug zurück kam.

Logement très propre, bien agencé. Pas de bruit malgré sa situation dans une rue passante.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist hervorragend, sie liegt sowohl in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Karlsbrücke als auch zum Zugang zur Burg. Das Schlafzimmer mit der sichtbaren Dachkonstruktion hat einen besonderen Reiz. Achtung: Leider nur für Personen geeignet, die mobil sind, da die Treppe ins Schlafzimmer sehr steil ist (Das ist keine Kritik, ich wollte es nur festhalten).
Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gab, dann war es das Nichtvorhandensein von Haken oder einer Gardarobe sowohl im Wohn- als auch im Schlafzimmer.

Camera ampia, letto comodo, servizio di pulizia tutti i giorni, caffè. La struttura è centralissima, a Malà Strana, a due passi dal Ponte Carlo. Assolutamente consigliato. Servizio reception molto cordiale, ti danno la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in o dopo il check out. Le camere sono tutte non fumatori, ma c'è la possibilità di fumare sul pianerottolo esterno alle stanze.
È andato tutto bene, ma se proprio devo fare un appunto è la mancanza di una smart tv. (è presente una tv a schermo piatto sì, ma dov'è possibile vedere solo canali in ceco, tedesco e qualcosa in inglese). Ma questa è una piccolezza.

Die Lage war toll, nur kurze Laufwege bis zur Bahn oder in die Innenstadt. Auch eine tolle Atmosphäre durch den Altbau und den Innenhof. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit schönen, hohen Decken und das Bett sauber und gemütlich. Das Bad gefiel uns sehr gut und hätte genug Platz für alles Nötige.
Die persönlichen Empfehlungen des Empfangsmitarbeiters waren überraschend gut und allgemein war das Personal auch sehr freundlich. Auch das Englisch war verständlich und gut. Zudem gefielen uns auch die kleine Auswahl an Tees und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Hätten wir den Stauraum voll nutzen wollen, hätten alle unsere Klamotten auch ihren Platz gefunden, war jedoch wegen des kurzen Aufenthaltes uns zu umständlich umzuräumen.
Der Fernseher auf dem Zimmer bat leider keine Möglichkeit Streaming Dienste zu nutzen, was ich nicht mehr sehr zeitgemäß finde. Etwas zu klein war er meiner Meinung nach auch. Leider gab es auch keine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit außer einem kleinen Sessel. Ein kleines Sofa stattdessen oder ein zweiter Sessel mit Beistelltisch wären noch gemütlicher zu zweit gewesen, so blieb uns lediglich das Bett zum entspannen. Es gab keine guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, weshalb die Küche im Zimmer nur wenig genutzt wurde. Aufgrund dessen wäre wahrscheinlich ein typisches Hotelzimmer besser gewesen.

L'emplacement est top, au pied de l'église Saint-Nicolas, à 500m du pont Charles et de la vieille ville, proche du château également. Nous avons pu tout visiter à pied pendant notre séjour.

The location of this property was perfect for our first jam packed trip to Prague- super close to old town in front a beautiful square. The rooms were sparkling clean with crisp white towels and bedding. Martin at the front desk gave us brilliant recommendations for food and sight seeing. The fact that there was an equipped kitchen meant we could also eat at home if we wanted to - but with all the delicious Czech food on offer, we didn’t.

Ubytování je na fantastickém místě historické Prahy, přitom v klidné dvorní části bytového domu s pavlačí. Ani jsme nevyužili MHD, protože vše bylo dostupné pěšky. Vybavení pokoje bylo dostačující, kousek od ubytování řada kaváren a bister, kde je možné ráno dojít pro čerstvou kávu a toast.
Vše bylo v naprostém pořádku.

Umbrellas in reception, location and price.
24 rooms, and only 4 have views as in the pictures. You should expect a view of the patio, not to the square. Cave feeling. No air conditioning, they provide noisy fans. In July/August the heat and wet is a problem. I challenge the owner to sleep and eat some nights in the apartments to feel what to improve.

Location was fantastic, good selection of restaurants and bars. Very safe as it was near the embassy’s so police always around. 5 mins walk to the castle and Charles bridge, 10 mins to old town and the funicular to Petrin tower. Beds very comfortable and cleaners were exceptional. Very quite at night.
Booked a deluxe apartment. Stayed in room 201. It was clean and functional but not deluxe. Large parts of the parquet floor missing. In fact cut my tie as it got stuck in the gap. Kitchen small and little work surface. Apartment was nice but is tired and needs updating. However the staff location and cleanliness means I would stay again.
