The property was in a great location walking distance from town about 3 mins until your at the shops and 10 mins from the restaurants and the beaches, but far enough away you don’t get the noise
Nothing it was in a perfect location and a nice pool area for people to come and go. Our room was spacious and the staff were lovely!

The location was excellent, right next to the beach and it's a short walk over from the port.
Most of the staff were good and well mannered,However our experience of the stay was ruined by the lady managing the reception who always appeared condescending and rude. We had some small issues with the booking initially so we thought it would be about that but repeated interactions with her evidenced this behaviour. Not sure if it was some personal biases or her behaviour in general but not at all suited for someone working in hospitality. As said, the rest of the staff, from housekeeping to ones at the restaurant were very nice and accommodating.
Also, the focus seems to be more on form over functionality, with rooms that are visually aesthetic but lack comfort at times, from the woven rope headboard for the bed to the overly large sink with no place to keep your toiletries. Also, dated telly with no apps or ways to watch streaming content on the telly. We had our little one and would have loved access to netflix or YouTube.
