Convenience for Ubahn Staff generally friendly and helpful

Gym is tiny, badly designed and non-functional. Breakfast buffet is too small for the size of the hotel and it gets too busy. Bad smell from bathroom sink. Coffee, tea and milk in room not refilled once during 4 night stay. Minibar temperature warmer than the room itself. Online check in and check out process a waste of time as the system did not work. It's 2024 so why no access to streaming services on the in-room TV? Hotel generally felt dull and tired.

La chambre était très confortable avec deux petits lits côte à côté. Salle de bains bien décorée et très fonctionnelle également. Le personnel était très à l'écoute et très serviable. Mention spéciale pour Juyong, qui m'a servie le jour de mon arrivée au restaurant de l'hôtel. En plus d'être très aimable, il parlait un excellent français! Merci encore. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très complet: viennoiseries, charcuterie, fromages et autres.. Il est également possible de faire son omelette sur mesure avec une sélection d'ingrédients au choix. Enfin, la localisation permet de pouvoir parcourir une bonne partie de la ville à pied (Porte de Brandenburg, Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, Museum Islands etc.)

J'ai trouvé le restaurant/mini bar de a chambre un peu chers par rapport à la qualité des produits proposés. Très peu de choix au niveau du diner/déjeuner. Salle de sport très petite et agencée un peu bizarrement.

unpersönlich, hektisch, zu gross .. wer das nicht mag ist in diesem Hotel falsch Frühstücksbuffet wäre eine 10 Wert, doch zu hektisch und das Personal zu gestresst

Die Lage ist sehr gut (U-Bahn Station Stadtmitte in unmittelbarer Nähe) und somit alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu erreichen. Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit - ein späterer Check-Out war ohne Probleme möglich. Frühstück war gut und alles vorhanden was man benötigt um gut in den Tag zu starten.

Wir hatten einen Zimmerwechsel (welches problemlos mögich war) aufgrund lauten Geräuschen (vermutlich durch den Regen) im 7ten Stock.

Die Lage war für uns top. Tiefgarage groß genug. Frühstück top. Alles ging sehr flott und unkompliziert.

Hubo confusión en nuestra llegada con las reservaciones que hicimos pero inmediatamente el personal nos presentó solución al respecto y todo fue muy satisfactorio

Freundlicher Empfang, sauberes Zimmer und sehr ruhig.

Am Sonntag wurde das Zimmer erst am frühen Nachmittag gesäubert.

Personal war extrem auf Zack und freundlich!

Uitstekende locatie in centrum Berlijn, zeer vriendelijk personeel, ruime zeer verzorgde en smaakvol ingerichte kamer, verzorgd ontbijt

Ich komme regelmäßig in dieses Hotel, die Lage ist für mich einfach perfekt.

Es schleichen sich in letzter Zeit kleine Mängel ein. Bei dem jetzigen Aufenthalt war z.B. die Kaffeemaschine defekt; der Wasserkocher fehlte; die Handtücher waren sehr abgenutzt, eines mit großem Riss. Das Personal war weiterhin sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal auch zu später Stunde und in stressigen Situationen, wie z.B. beim Frühstück.

Modern clean and well appointed room. Super gym and wellness center. The location of the hotel is excellent and is within walking distance of many local attractions. Would definitely recommend this Hotel.

Reservation via Booking.com not known in the hotel, hadn't transferred automatically (which is not the hotel's fault). Very helpfull staff at the reception desk and in the blink of an eye booking was registered. Extensive breakfast buffet choice. U-Bahn around the corner

Overall a good, nice and comfortable city hotel, but in the end a little expensive with regard to the overall facilities and therefore a mediocre price/quality rate.

Lage ist top, Personal auch

Zimmer sind viel zu klein u schlecht ausgestattet für den Preis; Handtücher sind verwaschen u kratzig; keine Wattepads im Bad; das Housekeeping hat das dreckige Geschirr, ohne es sauber zu machen, einfach wieder in den Schrank gestellt; bei offenem Fenster hört man eine ganz laute Lüftung oder sowas in der Art...

The front desk were all excellent. My son lost his wallet, which the police returned to the hotel. When we went to him a new card, they put it together and brought out his wallet. All of them were excellent!

Bathroom is from the 1970s with no walk in shower.

The air conditioning in the room was very noisy, and to make matters worse, the refrigerator started making loud noises in the middle of the night. I wanted to open the window because the air conditioner was too loud, but room 544, located on the street side, made it impossible to sleep with the noise coming from outside. Even though I complained to the reception, I didn't receive any professional assistance. They didn't take my complaints seriously, and, most importantly, I wasn't provided with any follow-up information. While I was discussing my concerns with the receptionist, another staff member interrupted, showing a lack of professionalism. When I requested an invoice for the company, the inexperienced receptionist struggled for a long time to prepare it. They repeatedly asked me to provide the same information I had already given during check-in. Moreover, the showerhead was broken, causing the entire bathroom to get wet.
