Hôtel calme et agréable

Confort. Chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner très bien

Chambre qui donne sur les pistes de l’aéroport. Heureusement, très peu de trafic durant le séjour et pas de vols la nuit.

Perfect

The reception staff were very helpful, found me an early check in and upgrade room.

Everything was very good. I did not eat at the hotel as surrounded by restaurants.

Superb

Location. Ideal for airport and ferries but located in a quiet yacht marina. Plenty of restaurants to choose from in a lovely setting.

Choice of tea in the room. Limited and no real tea!

Very difficult to find affect the Palermo ferry crossing, sat nav useless, only Google earth saved the day

Never again. Not good value for the money.

The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating

1.) the AC was not turned on, apparently by city ordinance, so the room as hot and stuffy despite a fan the t was provide. We had to open the windows to get fresh air, which unfortunately subjected us to the high pitched noise of airplanes taking off and landing in the Genoa airport, which is literally a stone throw away from the hotel.

big room, big bathroom. breakfast was ok.

attached to airport so you can hear the planes land, 15-20 minutes to get to the city. the gym is not as advertised, it is used up and very dirty, and extremely smelly.

Overall it was a good stay. The staff is the best!!!

the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Overall a great hotel

the only problem was the location if you are going to stay for more than a few nights. There are a few restaurants around, but you need to get a taxi for other options

The view and the beauty of the room were beautiful.

I had trouble finding all the lights especially the one in the shower. otherwise very good stay.

Ok, but wouldn’t hurry back.

Staff were helpful in organising a taxi for an early morning check out. It was ok for a single overnight stay to be close to the airport for an early flight the following morning, but would be in no hurry to return.

The room had a weird overpowering smell which was quite nauseating. Reception not 24hrs so it was a very long night in a fairly remote area when the TV channels decided not to work properly and outside of reception hours so unable to seek assistance.

Great stay every time. We love the location and the staff is amazing

The rooms are beautiful with comfortable beds, the staff is amazing and kind. The hotel is in the marina, which means great views. The breakfast is good, and they also have great coffee.

Very good

We were only here for a night to catch an early flight. Proximity to the airport is fantastic. Literally around the corner.

We were off season, so there were only 2 dining options that weren't that great. Not the fault of the hotel, but worth noting.

big parking place, basic, but good breakfast with a nice view of the harbor, helpful and friendly staff, 24h available coffee machine for free, good restaurants in the near

unfortunatelly the toilet flush button was a bit broken in our room, so it was not easy to use

leaking ceilings in hallways. far away from downtown. front desk said airport was short walk, but actually about 20 minute walk on road around to entrance of airport.

Pleasant

Rooms are very clean, however furniture is old and overused, ready for some upholstery works.

Location was horrible. You need to pass next to industrial area and cargo terminals to get there (at least gps recognized only that route), when you come close to marina it smells on sewage. Marina is hideous, very under-maintained, no nice retails, just two restaurants that were not impressive.

We enjoyed the boutique style hotel, staff was responsive and provided excellent information.

We had a great view of the marina and the balcony was spacious and equipped with relaxing chairs. The breakfast had many options that included fresh fruit, meats and cheese. There were plenty drinks to choose from including, 4 kinds of juice drinks coffee and water.

The drive to the marina was confusing and led me to the airport terminal. Need to follow Google Maps for accurate information.

how to get there. take awhile to get to the hotel. far from the genoa centre. not good to be reached by foot.

Staff at reception was so welcoming, thanks a million for that! Room was amazing with a view on the boats. Definitely a nice hotel to stay at, close to Genova (but, NOT in the City Center).

Windy and breezy

There are a lot of restaurants where you can eat. If you like a marina you are in for a treat!

But there is only the marina. You are very far from the city it self.
