Excellent location, beautifully decorated apartment, very helpful managers.

Our second stay at Proximity was great like the last one. We love the location at the end of the main drag with everything just a short walk away. The foreshore to the bay is cross the road where we watched the last supermoon for 2023 rise up over Moreton Island. The room was very nicely furnished, tidy and spotlessly clean. Our bedroom had block-out blinds on the window and the balcony door so we weren't woken up as the sun rose. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. We make regular trips to the peninsular and we'll definitely look forward to staying here again having sampled a quite a few hotels in the area.

Security parking is very reassuring but some guests ignore the allocations (ours was occupied by someone during our stay). It's not as though there aren't enough car spaces, there's one assigned to every hotel apartment.

Buenisima ubicación, ideal para descansar y pasear en Redcliff

Excelente ubicacion, limpio y bien mantenido, perfectas instalaciones. El cafe que se encuentra fuera del departamento completa 100% la experiancia ya que es muy bueno. La internet tenia baja señal dentro del departamento lo cual seria el unico punto bajo que encontre, pero todo los demas EXCELENTE.

Awesome area to have a family gathering

The best location, miss out on the busy traffic of the city with relaxed atmosphere. Perfect area for our family to gather.

We love staying at this place, great location, views and comfortable.

The place is well looked after and very comfortable. Location is great with ocean views and easy walk to shops. RSL right across road for good dining. Building is quiet and secure.

Two blinds in unit had to be manually put up as chain was not working.

Perfect place to stay in Redcliffe.

Perfect location. We had the 4 bedroom townhouse and we had our own 2 car lock up garage.

The location was excellent. North facing apartment had all that was required for a short stay. Comfortable bed.

The indoor pool reminded me of a rehab pool, also the heating wasn't working. It wouldn't have tempted me anyway, which is a shame, as it was our last few days in Queensland.

Incredible views and walk to everywhere!

Loved the views and comfy beds. Having the ensuite plus other bathroom was great. Loved the channels on the TV - movies and music channels! Loved that we could walk to everything!

beautiful, refreshing and lovely stay

Very clean and fresh apartment. The staff were exceptional and even left my partner and I champagne and chocolates. Will definitely recommend this property to people. Thank-you so much for a beautiful weekend!

Most likely out of anyone's control, but on the first day of my stay and the 2nd day - the emergency warning/evacuation alarm sounded 3 times. Like i said out of anyone's control - although unsettling

Comfortable accommodation with sunset and sunrise views

Next to RSL and shops. Cross one road for walks on pathway and beaches.

We had to be cautious and not trip or hurt our feet when entering bathroom. Fire alarm went off 3 times in 15 hours, false alarms, and was exceptionally loud. We weren't told we could use a trolley when it was time vacate.

Conveniently in walking distance to everything you need for a family getaway.

A perfect location for families with the water and a playground across the road

The rooms have very basic blockout roller blinds and if you get a back room there are bright car park lights that remain on all night. Only a minor issue but if you struggle to sleep in a bright room try and ask for one at the front.

We had the best stay and would definitely be back with 6 people or 8 if the bedding was changed

The view, the location and the balcony was big enough for the 7 of us

The sofa in the fourth bedroom could have been a bed. It had a wardrobe so it could have been a proper 4th bedroom. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on - and it would of been worse if there were 2 adults

Extremely noisy, balcony could not be used due to large HVAC fans from neighbour building. We had booked ocean view and were "upgraded" to an appartment on 10th level, mainly looking south towards Brisbane, sea view only limited.

We enjoyed our stay and the facility

We loved the position and the size of the rooms. The facility was great, except for the lack of milk in the frig for our tea or coffee, and we had a bedroom air con that we could not turn off. My brother froze on the first of two nights until we got some assistance.
