The bed was amazing!
Absolutely nothing. Everything was perfect.

Wonderful views. Infinity pool looked nice but too cool to swim. Komo restaurant at front had reasonably priced food and tasty. We'll set out and comfortable apartment.
Room was tired. Carpet needed replacing or at least a deep clean. Cigarette burns in the balcony furniture. No fan in bathroom caused black mould on ceiling.

Great location- especially for families. We we’re going to the Entertainment Center and this was a very convenient and pleasant location for that. Very nice to have the cafe and outdoor dining right downstairs.
It was annoying our tv wasn’t working properly and they had to come up to fix it each time we turned it on. However the front desk was very responsive.

We've stayed previously, and choose these apartments because they are close to family in Woody Point. We come from London and really appreciate the sea view rooms.
The bathroom drain had a bad smell that permeated through the entire apartment. We alerted cleaners and manager and sadly this was dismissed as nothing can be done. The shower was really poor until we asked for a replacement. One lift was out of service for the easter weekend, due to routine maintenance and made journeys up and down very onerous on a very busy weekend.

Location, facilities within the apartment, reception staff
Air con stopped working and they did their best to get it going again.
Housekeeping/cleaning was a bit hit and miss…. As people are eating in the apartments, they should be hoovered and wiped over the kitchen every day.

Fantastic location with the lagoon right across the street as well as several parks, the beach and jetty. Restaurants and cafes and Woolworths close by which made it super convenient for me when I had children in tow. Comfy bed and relatively clean apartment. The view from the balcony was 10/10
Couch seemed dirty and like it needed to be replaced or cleaned.

It was in a good location, close to shops and restaurants
The rooms were dirty - stains on the walls and hair in the bottom of the shower that was definitely not ours, the only 2 frypans they had to cook with were dirty/rusting (you could just tell they were not stick pans but the coating was coming off) A few of the door handles were broken and almost falling off, they had a lock on the bedroom with 2 single beds (the kids room) but not the main bedroom.
But worst of all was the only power outlet in the kitchen to use for the kettle/toaster was faulty. When. You tried to put the plug in on the left side the whole out let went in and then the plug would come back out. The right side it would at least stay in (but still not safe to use) we did say something each time me found something wrong and they didn’t seem to bothered but on check out we mentioned again about the outlet and was given a refund of 10%
So we paid $808.20 for 2 night and only got $80.82 refund. What a ripoff definitely won’t be staying there ever again. They used to be so nice there but now definitely not worth the money.

Upgrade to 2 bedroom suite which was lovely.
Difficulty getting lift to different parking levels and trying to see family on a different floor.
Our apartment was excellent, but the patio outside on level 2 hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The small table was very dirty and there was bird droppings all over the floor, making it impossible to stay out there for king,

Incredibly helpful staff, when the smoke detector broke and kept going off I’m my room rather than say “suck it up, buttercup” like I was expecting they found me a replacement room.

It was a lot of money for not getting service. We had not realised this until we asked for fresh towels etc.

Very spacious 2bedroom apartment.Across the road from the water ,view of the bay from enclosed balcony.Cafes and supermarket short walking distance from complex
Dishwashing liquid and cloth were inadequate to effectively clean cookware. In these times of sustainability it was disappointing to see single use ,throw away containers toiletries are still being used in the apartments.

Location was great. Good water pressure. Comfortable bed and furniture.
Two night minimum stay is a bit of a rort! You can get a more luxurious apartment on inner Brisbane for less.

beautiful view wonderful location best view of fireworks
our room smelt really bad, like sewage. Fortunately we adapted to it after a few days. It was the only thing that really made us feel it wasn’t worth what we paid.

The view and balcony wasnt great for an ocean view room and the price. These side apartments should be cheaper than the ocean view rooms. The balcony doors hardly open, the loungeroom is dark and horrible and the couch needs replacing. Hardly any back cushions that don't belong to the couch and not comfortable at all. NOTHING like the apartments in the photos for the same cost. I was very disappointed.

We wanted an ocean view room but only got like half view. Also bed linen in one of the rooms wasn't clean. We booked for 2 days then extended, you need to put more detergent, washing powder, toilet paper and coffee. We booked 2 bedroom apartment so you need more items.

Locations great. 2 bed apartment is very spacious. Sea view is on point!
Wifi is terrible. Only allowed max of x3 devices logged in and out of the 3 devices only 1 will have a semi strong connection.
