We went for my partners birthday expecting when we woke up we could get room service for breakfast so we didn't have to leave the room. We called reception multiple times, called room service but nothing. Didn't utilise out late checkout because of this. Pretty disappointing.

Will definitely be back

We love everything about this property. We stay often , as my son has many surgeries at the Mater Hospital. The location is perfect , facilities amazing , as are the staff . We also got a free upgrade this trip which was greatly appreciated.

Pleasant but not service not upto Marriott standards

Proximity to work

Shower had no water pressure No Key drop options and had to wait there for the key to be handed over. Totally different and excellent customer experience two months back

Overall great stay

Location and staff super helpful. Restaurant excellent and good value. Initial room was two single beds and they upgraded us to 2 x double beds with a small fee. Good parking

Gym could have more free weights /equipment. Endurance bike/cross trainer/treadmills great but need more for a weights session. Pool was OK but hair caught in filter, pool etc. Could be cleaned.

The location and the atmosphere is very likeable. The staff need to be better trained at know there guests.

The location is great and the rooms are also very clean.

larger pool would of been nice as with 6 people in felt crowded beds hard- would of appreciated a topper pad

I would stay again. My sincere appreciation to the staff

Breakfast and coffee were excellent. The pool and gym were very welcome after a hot day in Brisbane. The manager and reception staff really exceeded my expectations on a particular matter i had to deal with on my arrival. I greatly appreciated their help.

I would have liked to have seen a microwave in my room and more utensils like a bowl and spoon as i have special dietary requirements. I would also like to have a simple hair brush or comb in the bathroom

Our room was not serviced properly . Towels were changed but the rubbish bins were not emptied and there was no fresh soap left in the room.

A really relaxing city break.

The location was great. A short walk to southbank station and the parklands. Groceries and lots of dining options nearby too. The pool was warm and a good size for laps. We went out one day and the concierge Johnny suggested we take a complimentary umbrella for the walk. We were so grateful as a heavy shower did blow up.

The gym was a little small and there weren't any exercise mats or scales. And the remote for the tv was missing.

We were given a lovely warm welcome and glass of bubbles on arrival. Our room service was prompt and tasty. The room was comfortable and lovely quiet space and the location is great for my trips.
