Despite the downsides, the apartment's location was convenient for a one-night stay
This apartment offers ample space and comes fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect location with easy walking distance to all the restaurants in Fortitude valley. There was a nice balcony to sit outside.
The Wobbly door lock made me feel a bit uneasy about security, Bathroom sink tends to overflow fast, causing inconvenience,Toilet flush is weak and the shower head leaks. The cleanliness of the bathroom walls, with signs of mold, could be improved.

Pleased with size and location. Parking available was good as well.
Excellent location in the heart of Fortitude Valley, nearby restaurants, bars, transport. The apartment was a good size with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Table on balcony had many cigarette burns - unsightly. Some cigarette ash on balcony as well. Floor inside the apartment had been washed but very streaky.

A pleasant surprise but the noise will make this an option well down the list for a next visit
Clean apartment Decent kitchen Secure parking Spacious Location is good if you like clubbing and going to restaurants
The bed pillows. Wow, I had the absolute worst neck ache which stopped me from going out the next day. A bit fumbly to get in - reception is in a different location to where you exit and the parking is not that obvious. I had a quiet room but unfortunately the whole building is an echochamber. Any conversations and anything going on outside is amplified. Bring ear plugs to sleep in!

Passable
Reception falsely accused the group of creating noise and having security call out when it was actually the apartment above. No apology given.
